I booked a Christmas holiday in Wales with my family of 12 I am terminally ill so I wanted to treat all my family as I don't know how much longer I have to enjoy with my sons and grandchildren as I could not fit everyone in one caravan I booked 2 I paid the deposit and signed up to pay the rest by direct deposit
the next day I had an email to say it was cancelled I then had a phone call to say I had broken term and condition 13 and she said we had booked and told other people we had booked and we would meet them there which I had not even told my children that we were going as I wanted to surprise them and which she called me a liar and would not even allow to speak
