Patro Masters places more than one citation in a 24 hr period, resulting in a TOW in just over 24-36 hours...when our HOA has a 72 hour max parking rule. I picked up my towed car and foound 3 tickets placed on my car in one night. Look closely at the citation numbers printed in red, and the dates and times. The three tickets were in SEQUENTIAL ORDER, but dated the 30th, then 29th, then 30th, ALL placed on the vehicle on THE 30th. TYPICALLY THEY GIVE MANY CITATIONS IN ONE NIGHT AT DIFFERENT HOA's..so the sequence should be staggered NOT in sequential order if they were actually placed on the car on different nights.

Another resident on the Board also received 2 citations in one night, had he stayed another night he would have been towed. Again in just over 24 hours hours.

So when a error occurs...who pays the towing fee...us. I will pursue with Patrol Masters directly than if they do not reimburse, I have been advised to file small claims for $260.00 towing fee.

My car has been towed two times in the six months I have lived in an HOA property, I'm now forced to park 200 yds from my condo walking with a handful of pinched nerves in my back and legs. We need to stand up and fight these nazis, I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get my money back. I will support anyone with a case against the HOA and Patrol Masters.

Sincerely
Sam Joyner

Total gestapo! My husbands car was towed from our assigned space with his placard clearly visible. There is no recourse with these as%holes. You are completely at their mercy. So we pay a $300 mo, HOA to get our vehicles virtually stolen overnight! Insanity! Lets bring these cretins down. Email me if you want to take action...Laralinger@yahoo.com

NAZI's is saying it nicely. I have an officer who goes by #19 that patrols our community who directly has it out for my vehicle. When I call and speak to the manager I am told that he is one of there best and abides by the regulations that they place on their rent a cops. BULL**** and there is no way that he pegs my car. (I am sure he is there best because when I called and talked to an operator I was told they get a kick back from the tow company. I got his name and time I talked to him) Well well well today I went to the market returned parked my vehicle in an allowed open space for residence and literally 12 minutes from parking he placed a ticket for NON movement deserted car. BULL****. I have my receipt from the market so I know that it was exactly 12 minutes. The irony in it was when I pass my car to walk the dog the violation ticket wasn't placed on the windshield held securally by the wiper but rather nicely folded into a square in stuck in the hood crevace next to the front passenger headlight. (There website misleads you into thinking that they will place it on the windshield as they have it pictured for the company front page) When I talked to the supervisor on hand she put me on hold but said she could not find it in the handbook what the company rules are for displaying the violation notice and I would have to talk to a manager tomorrow for that exact info). The violation paper even turned brown because the car hood was still hot when he placed it there so officer 19 was well aware the car had just been moved or at least used for that matter. I tested it out myself and ran to the market again and came home waited 30 minutes which was longer that he waited before ticketing me and gee imagine the hood was still warm.

All I can say is that if you look at your ticket and notice officer 19 wrote it BEWARE from that point forward if you call and complain about him he will peg your car for good and will watch for it so he can mark it.

Also, patrol masters marks your vehicle with a PENNY typically on the passenger front tire somewhere to see if the car has been moved the next time they come around. BEWARE OF THE PENNY TRICK!

I don't believe that you are using the proper platform for your agenda. This site is for use by clients or customers of a particular business, to have their problem heard with the expectation that ultimately the resolution will assist in avoiding future problems of the same nature. This sounds more like a personal attack, and I don't believe that there is a forum created on the internet to serve you in your attempt to slander this company or person. Perhaps more focus on the many complaints that you have to deal with in your own business would better serve you. Your eagerness to satisfy your agenda has already lost you the right to post on "Yelp.com." Maybe if you offered us something that we could assist with that wasn't rooted in desperation for your own failing business would help both you and ourselves. There is plenty of space in the industry, and we would welcome healthy competition that serves the customer.

They have always done what we have asked of them, more of less. It just seems that they all are very unhappy with their careers. No one is ever kind or pleasant. I can imagine that this business must really be terrible to work in. I feel like if I were to offer them each $10, 000 as a gift, they would simply scowl and kick sand around like disgruntled children.

Just take em to court people! I took patrol masters and my HOA Villamira to small claims and I was rewarded reimbursement for illegal towing of my vehicle. So log everything get names of who you spoke with and my phone records came in handy! We all know that they are doing things to tow vehicles from the properties.. My favorite was when they said my car had a warning and it was two days before I even purchased my car! Awesome huh! I don't worry about them anymore cause I'll take em back to court and they will have yet another judgement against them. So everyone please if they towed you illegally take them to small claims the judge will see how many judgments against them there are and judge may see things in your favor... $30.00 to file and prob only two hours of your time the day you go to court..
