Our service was super with Paul Davis of West County. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for emergencies and rebuild devices. Our house looks better than it did before the water event.

I had 2 other clean up companies come out to give me an estimate for a toilet overflow clean-up. The other 2 companies did not give me an estimate until the insurance company had contacted them for 3 days. Paul Davis came out for the clean-up the day after they were contacted. The residue had dried up by the time I could get someone to clean up the mess. Paul Davis contractors cleaned up the mess efficiently, their employees were polite and helpful when I asked questions, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a restoration job. The project cost a reasonable amount.

This company was the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced. They way overcharged my insurance company, lied to me, and treated me like an idiot. It concerns me how they treat others who don't understand the mitigation and billing process. When I tried to reach out to them about it, they acted like I was out of line. I had to have them come back three times, and this was supposed to be an easy job. They still didn't complete it to my satisfaction. I had already removed all the damaged flooring and drywall, yet they charged my insurance company for the removal. That's just part of it. It would take me a while to type out everything they did unprofessionally. Even after we discussed their incorrect charges amounting to thousands of dollars, they revised the bill but didn't remove the false charges. They also didn't bother to send me a copy of the bill before sending it to my insurance company for payment. I will never, ever use them again, and I won't refer them to anyone. If you have elderly friends or family using them, please protect them from getting ripped off badly. Their sales representative, Michelle, was the worst. She lied to me on multiple occasions and then tried to smooth it over by giving me a bag of M&M's. Seriously? Do not use them! I didn't want to give them any stars, but I have to give one. They don't deserve it! I tried to get the owner, Dennis, to call me, but he wouldn't. These are bad business people.

This company has never finished the job they have been paid for. They always leave things half done and it's really frustrating. I hired them to fix some water damage in my house, but they just made it worse. The workers were lazy and didn't seem to know what they were doing. They would show up late and then leave early without even telling me. It's like they didn't care about my time or my property. And when I tried to reach out to them to complain, they would never answer their phone or return my calls. It's been a nightmare dealing with this company and I would never recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find someone else to do the job.

7/30 Paul Davis (PD) came over to take out my hardwood flooring, as my insurance company told them to. They started taking out the flooring and used black trash bags to put the pieces in. The flooring was 3/4" hardwood that was nailed down, so when they took it out, the nails came with it and poked through the bags. The workers dragged the bags across the deck and down the stairs, which scraped the deck boards and chipped the stair treads. I saw this happening and told the worker to stop, but she said the bags were too heavy for her to carry. They also damaged the bottom of the patio door during the process. I've made many phone calls, texts, and emails, but nothing has been resolved. It's been almost 2 months and PD hasn't taken any action. The last person I spoke to was *** and the owner of the company, ***, was supposed to call me two days ago, but I haven't heard from him. My insurance won't fix the damages caused by PD unless there's a ComplaintsBoard.com complaint showing their negligence.
