However, has been happening for weeks before that. My hours weren’t update and I had to constantly chat with them about getting my hours updated. Then all of a sudden I couldn’t use my account. They put a ticket in and 24-48 hours it was supposed to be resolved. Here we are almost 3-4 weeks in and NOTHING. I’ve had one supervisor call me and tell me it’ll be resolved still not resolved. Every time I go for an update SAME copy and pasted message! No one helps you AT ALL they just say oh there’s a ticket oh there’s a ticket. Then when you demand sup none is ever in and they “arrange a callback” that never happens. I have all the transcripts and my call records to prove it! So I came here, found their business information in online and we will see what happens now that I HAVE escalated the issue. Going on 3-4 weeks no updates, no answers, and only one callback out of all the times I’ve requested one and most importantly NO ANSWERS just the same copy and pasted message! I work in customer service and to say that this place has none is completely accurate. If that’s all the job is I can do it FOR THEM
