My paycheck
I did a contract with Kevin Best who has been with you all for a long time. When I got contacted for the job I did all my work and more and sent it off. I started on October 16 and was to get paid on Nov 16 which never happened. Then Kevin told me I would get paid Nov 20 which is today and nothing in my account. I have been texting and calling him all day and he has basically ghosted me. I brought supplies that I didn't have the money to buy for him not to pay me. Please get back in contact with me at [protected].
Sincerely,
Shondoria Graham
Payroll
My company uses Paycom for three entities. One of the entities was shut down eight months ago. We turned off the reverse wire for that company since it was no longer operating. Paycom attempted to pull funds using the reverse wire and the request was denied. We were told the request was for an annual fee for service. Paycom was told we needed to decide if we wanted to continue to use the service for the shuttered company and that we could no long pay by wire or by ACH for this company. Two days later Paycom shut down access to all three of our entities even through the other two entities were operating, the reverse wire requests were working for them and had no balances owed. No one in the two operating companies are able to access payroll. We have attempted to pay this invoice, even though we are unsure it is needed for the closed company. But Paycom has shown no urgency to resolve the matter. This is not a trustworthy company.
Desired outcome: Warning to other users and potential users of Paycom

Customer service/tax filings-payments
I am genuinely fed up with this Payroll/HR Service at this point. I have purchased the use of their system due to the variety of services they offered and the customer support I received in the beginning. Now...it seems every time I have to contact Paycom with a question, there is a new account specialist listed.
We are also having issues with our taxes being paid. We have received a third notice from the IRS about our taxes not being paid and no one at Paycom seems to want to answer to this or provide proof. Not sure if the lack of response is due to the employee turnover or no one wanting to be responsible for the tax payments.
Not sure what it is going to take for Paycom to start resolving these tax issues and customer service issues, but I can tell you I am going to start searching for a new provider! Very frustrating and disappointing! Not to mention they are more expensive than the rest of the service companies anyway! I thought I was paying for better service, but that's proven to be untrue.
Desired outcome: I want PAYCOM to provide a more urgent response AND fix the problem with the taxes not being paid on time or at all. And fix customer service issues
My atm was a hack on my sportybet and deposit the money into paycom
Someone hack my Sportybet and entered my deposit profile on Sportybet and use my ATM digit to deposit into my Sportybet account and later send the money to Paycom account.I wil provide to you the 2 paycom account end with..6833 and..0996.
I want you to help me so that my labour on this money will not go in vain. I have made a report to my Bank and I have wrote a letter as well. They have reply me with complain ticket, also Sportybet have said they will provide for the person account and assistance to the issue. Please help me for God sake. I will be available if you need me or my present with Sportybet account and bank ATM evidence. They withdraw #500, 000 between 09:29 am to 09:31am same day (Friday 03/9/2021).
Did they put money into your account. If so keep it. You can't legally get in trouble because the security cameras at the atm will not show you if it was someone else.
Online Job application
Paycom is requiring a social security number to be entered in order to apply for a job. This by itself is troublesome.
But it also requires me to "sign" that I have read its disclosure statement and understand it. However, there is no link on the page that explains their disclosure policy. They provide no information on how long they will save the social security number, with whom they will share it, where it will be store, and under what circumstances it will be stored.

Desired outcome: Refund
No Time Management or Clock in Options
The clock-in feature is only showing up on half our employee's apps.. How do you resolve this issue? Is there something the employees need to do to get access to the clock?
Payroll
Our company uses paycom for recruiting, hr, benefits, time-off approvals and all those modules are great, we really like them. The employee app is really great too. However, our cfo is requesting that we find another payroll company because paycom takes forever to file our payroll taxes. This causes delays to our month, quarter, year close by almost a...
I have had quite a negative experience with this company recently and can see on several other internet forums I am not the only one. I have submitted my complaint formally to the EEOC. I want to know if anyone else has experienced discrimination through this company. Unfortunately, the reviews on the other boards/forums don't give you an option to communicate with the other posters. I don't know if the other people who have experienced what is obviously discrimination through Paycom anywhere but something needs to be done to either stop the company in it's tracks or make them change their ways. This is America and there are laws for a reason. I basically had a job offer rescinded due to items on my credit, most of which were medical in nature. It was so odd as to how the company approached the situation and I am still in shock for their responses since! I really don't want to get into much more personal details but I hope that there are others out there who are willing to respond. It is not right.
Harassing
Paycom in Lewisville, TX has been harassing us for over 6 months now, stating they are a Software provider for HR when in fact they are a payroll provider. It started with the first gentleman (not knowing who he was speaking to) telling one of the owners, after she stated that we were not interested, that he needed to speak with someone that was competent...

Paycom is a company the processes payroll for companies. The company I worked for filed bankruptcy and went out of business. There was no one at the company to get a hold of. I called Paycom and they said I would need a Company ID to access the information which is only known by HR, which is non existent. So now I have no access to Pay Stubs. There has to be someway to get that information from a closed company. Paycom is a SCAM. If you are a company thinking of using there services, DON'T, you will regret it in the long run.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Paycom just took 35 dollars out of my account and I don't know why. I just want to cancel whatever it is they think I got from them and have this not be an ongoing problem each month. What should I do?
Scam and cheating
I am currently an employee at Paycom and i think there is definately a bright future for Paycom. There are also a lot of things Paycom needs to improve on. I am going to list a couple of things I think Paycom needs to change that will help us Paycom in the long run.
I was doing some calculations on a revenue per employee basis compared with other current public payroll companies. We (Paycom) as a company has somewhere around 200 employees and we produced 14 million dollars in revenue last fiscal year. It calculates to $70, 000 of revenue produced per employee. ADP produced 9 Billion dollars of revenue last fiscal and employees 47, 000 people. ADP produced $180, 000 of revenue per employee. Paychex is another payroll company that is very similar to Paycom. It employs 12, 200 people and it produced 2 Billion dollars of revenue last fiscal year. The calculations come out to be $163, 000 of revenue per employee.
What all these numbers mean is that Paycom running about 2-3 times less efficient then other current payroll companies. This is not going to help Paycom in the long run. Paycom really needs to look at their strategies and figure out what they need to make Paycom more efficient. They really need to find out if having 99% client retention is really something that can be actually cost efficient. What good does it do to go public and then your 1st quarter operating margin is 3 times worse then your competitors. This will catch investors eyes and not in a good way.
As a payroll specialist I find it too easy for customers to call me and ask questions when I know if they have logged in and tried they could of figured it out their self. This is really great and nice for the customer, but it is not great for all the specialists that have to take all those kind of calls all day and can get all of our tax issues done on time. I think we are very understaffed in the first place. Having this strategy might produce enough revenue in the short term, but its not good for the long term health of the company. In five years, if Paycom ever goes public. We will run into huge operating margin problem and also see an employee retention problem because all of it will stem from our 99% client retention (spoiling the client) strategy.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
They regularly overcharge fees, draft from the wrong account, fail to make tax payments on time and fail to put standard tax rates into their system correctly thus grossly over assessing taxes. Their payroll staff giving tax advice they Googled isn't inspiring much faith either. I'd pick anyone else.
I'm an employee at a company who uses Paycom. Due to cancer, I have medical bill garnishments. Paycom charges $10 per pay period for anyone having fa garnishment-even when you haven't made enough for them to deduct the garnishment amount. This doesn't seem quite right.
Paycom has not provided our company with even the minimum level of acceptable service. The product itself is not bad, but the customer service is abysmal. They treat customers like we are an inconvenience at best, or more frequently like the enemy camp. Here are just some examples of the service fails we have dealt with over the last 60 days:
500 checks were written on the wrong bank account - not even one of ours! Most of the checks were distributed and bounced.
3 days after the scheduled pay date we received 500 replacement checks. They were neatly stuffed and sealed into individual envelopes - WITHOUT SIGNATURES!
For all of this mess, with bounced checks, check cashing places threatening to turn us in to the DA, bank reconciliations that took countless hours, Paycom was kind enough to waive the fee for this debacle! Gee...thanks - NOT.
They do not follow instructions, even written instructions and somehow decided that they would deduct FICA last out of the paychecks (in a tipped environment this was a very big deal). Rather than fix the problem, the supervisor called to argue about semantics. Common sense and IRS rules were out the window, and no offer was made to resolve the issue caused by incompetent "help" desk people.
It is the habit of Paycom to call rather than email when they totally drop the ball. This is assuming the customer receives any response at all. CYA and misleading statements seem to be the only aspects of Paycom staff training that are thorough
Sadly, the set up of our system was even worse than the ongoing lack of service. Written promises were not honored. Claims of functionality were misrepresented (lies), the transition was incomplete, 90 days behind schedule, unprofessional and incomplete. Our company's decision to transition to Paycom was a big mistake. Be advised to do a little research before following in those footsteps. It was a costly error and will likely have long lasting heartburn, even after we move on.
Taking my money for no reason
PayCom.net has been taking £20.80 from my account for the past 3 months and i have no idea how to stop it... its taking my money for no reason and i will do everything i can to screw them over!! How can i stop it?? Advise smb!
