Disappointed with Slow Payment Processing and Lack of Receipt Options at Walmart
I used to rely on PayNearMe for instant payment posting, but I won't be using their services at Walmart anymore! It seems like Walmart is slower when it comes to processing payments, and there are no options on their website to check the receipt. I had to call them instead.
Outdated and Inconvenient: Unacceptable Line and Fee Policies for Bill Payments
Why should I have to stand in a long line just to pay my rent or any bill? I mean, seriously, I'm a senior citizen and I don't even have a car. My poor feet are already hurting enough as it is. I absolutely refuse to rent an apartment from this new place I got accepted to simply because they expect me to stand in line like some kind of animal at a slaughterhouse, and on top of that, they want to charge me a fee for it! Can you believe it? I mean, come on, it's the 21st century, not 1972!
Smooth and Affordable: My Hassle-Free Experience with PayNearMe
Yo, lemme tell ya 'bout my experience with PayNearMe. I've been usin' it for over two freakin' years to pay my Comcast and PG&E bills, and lemme tell ya, it's been smooth sailin' all the way. Never had a single problem, man. My bills were paid and posted right away, no delays or nothin'. Now, I gotta say, I don't get why all these peeps be talkin' smack 'bout PayNearMe. I reckon they're just greedy companies tryna get ya to use their own services and charge ya more. But with PayNearMe, it only cost me like 1.99 bucks to make these payments. That's a steal, bro! So, if ya ask me, PayNearMe is the way to go when it comes to payin' your bills hassle-free.
PayNearMe's Slow Payment Processing Leaves Customers in the Dark
Payment processing through PayNearMe takes a whopping 2 to 4 days. Seriously, it's supposed to be fast, but it's more like snail-paced! I was recommended to use this service, but boy, was I in for a surprise. After making my payment, my cable got shut off because PayNearMe hadn't received it yet, and they said it could take up to 4 days. Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, they wouldn't even give me a refund, even though I paid in cash. So there I was, left without any money, internet, or cable, all because I thought I had made my payment. I ended up having to pay reconnection fees because of this mess. Let me tell you, fellow buyers, be cautious when dealing with PayNearMe!
Delayed Payments and Poor Service: A Total Waste of Time
So, I had to pay my Directv and Century bills, right? After I made them payments, they told me it might take like 4 business days for the payment to show up. Can you believe that? I did this on a Saturday, man! So, I had to wait all the way till Thursday just to get my service back on. Ain't nobody got time for that! Let me tell you, I ain't never gonna use this company again. I reckon it's way better to use Money Gram or Western Union. They know how to get things done, unlike these guys. They're just plain awful, you know? They wouldn't even give me my money back so I could try something else. I'm telling you, don't even think about using this service if you want things done right away. It's a total waste of time, man.
Terrible Service and Lies: My Experience with the PayNearMe App
This PayNearMe app, let me tell you, it's supposed to be all about fast service and quick payments. But let me tell you, that's a load of bull! I swear, I will never use this app again. It's a complete waste of my precious time. It doesn't live up to its own saying, you know what I mean?
And don't even get me started on their customer service. It's just plain bad. I mean, nobody there really knows what they're doing. I asked to speak to a manager, and what do you think happened? They hung up on me! Can you believe that? It's just ridiculous.
But wait, there's more! The customer representative, oh boy, they told me not one, but two different lies. First, they had the audacity to tell me that it takes up to 5 business days for something. But guess what? I corrected them, because a manager had told me it's actually 4 business days. And you know what happened then? They finally agreed! Can you believe the nerve?
And just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, I asked for a refund. And guess what? They hung up on me again! Can you believe the audacity? It's just unbelievable.
Let me tell you, I won't stand for this. I'll be reporting them to the BBB. They need to be held accountable for their terrible service and their lies. Don't waste your time with PayNearMe, folks. It's just not worth it. Trust me on this one.
Frustrating Experience with PayNearMe: Missing Payment Confirmation, Unhelpful Customer Service, and App Glitches
I just had a really frustrating experience with PayNearMe. I needed to make a $300 payment to my credit card, like I always do. But this time, something went wrong. Normally, I get an email confirmation right after making a payment, but this time, I didn't receive anything. I was a bit worried, so I decided to give PayNearMe a call to figure out what happened.
Let me tell you, their customer service agents were not helpful at all. It seemed like they had no idea what they were talking about. And to make matters worse, they were located overseas, so it was difficult to understand them. They told me to call my credit card company and provide them with the payment confirmation number. According to PayNearMe, my credit card company should be able to see the payment using that number.
So, I called my credit card company and explained the situation. But guess what? They couldn't find any record of my payment using the confirmation number provided by PayNearMe. I was starting to feel like I was being scammed. How could PayNearMe claim that the payment went through when my credit card company couldn't even see it?
To make matters even more frustrating, the PayNearMe app didn't show the payment as completed like it normally does. I checked multiple times, but there was no sign of the payment. This made me really angry. I rely on this app to make my payments easily and securely, but it let me down this time.
I am extremely upset about this whole situation, and I have decided that I will not be using the PayNearMe app again. It's just not worth the risk of having my payments go missing and dealing with unhelpful customer service. I hope others can learn from my experience and avoid using this app.
PayNearMe's Website: A Total Mess with Terrible Design and User Experience
Their website is seriously bad in so many ways. The design is just awful. When you sign up, it only asks for either your phone number or email, not both, which is a pretty lousy design choice. And once you sign up and log in, there's no way to check out your account info or profile. Like, seriously? How are you supposed to link both your email and phone number to the same account and make sure your account info is correct? It's a total mess.
And then, when you try to pay a bill, they hit you with a message saying they need more info from you before you can make a payment. But do they actually ask you for that info? Nope. Instead, you get slapped with an error message saying they couldn't verify your identity. What the actual heck, man? This system's user interface, design, and usability are so messed up that I wouldn't even trust it to handle my payments.
I mean, seriously, PayNearMe, get your act together. Your website needs a major overhaul if you want people to actually use your service. It's a total headache trying to navigate through this mess of a platform. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values their time and sanity.
PayNearMe: Quick, Convenient, and Cost-Effective Payment Solution
Yo, listen up! I gotta tell you about this new thing called PayNearMe. It's like a replacement for that GreenDot Moneycard that was causing so many headaches. People were getting scammed left and right by those sneaky thieves on the phone. But with PayNearMe, you can send payments real quick, no fuss.
Let's say you forgot about a bill and you don't wanna deal with some customer service dummy who's gonna charge you an extra $10 for speedy service. Ain't nobody got time for that! Instead, you can just stroll into a Seven-Eleven or a Family Dollar store and get it done right then and there. And guess what? It's gonna cost you less than 5 bucks. I think it's actually $4.99 for sending up to 500 bucks. That's a steal, my friend!
I personally use PayNearMe to fund my handicapping accounts for Thoroughbred Horse Racing. It's way faster than waiting for an electronic bank withdrawal, and way, way cheaper than using a credit card. All you gotta do is sign up, find the closest location, print out the barcode, and you're good to go. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.
Oh, and let me tell you, I love going to those Dollar stores anyway. They got all sorts of cool stuff for cheap. So, it's like a win-win situation, you know what I'm saying? PayNearMe is the bomb, my friend. You gotta check it out!
Review: PayNearMe for Child Support Payments - Smooth Customer Support, but Some Issues and Room for Improvement
Don't just go ahead and pay a bill in a hurry, especially if it's a big one. The ads may make it seem like a breeze, but in our experience, it wasn't that smooth sailing at first. However, the customer support was top-notch! I did have to ask for a supervisor to get past the first rep, who was well-trained but had limitations. Nonetheless, he was professional and nice. Once I spoke to the supervisors, two people reached out to me and followed up, showing genuine concern for our experience with the product.
Here are some important details you should know:
CHILD SUPPORT: BE AWARE OF POSSIBLE DELAYS - make sure the recipient has enough time. It took four days for our payment to go through, which wasn't too bad, but it immediately showed up at the child support office, which was a bit nerve-wracking.
1- The barcode on your phone may not scan well at the cash register. It could be an issue with the printer quality as well. I suggested to the company that they add the option to manually enter numbers.
2- The cashiers at these places may not be experienced with this payment method and might not be able to assist you much. You might even be their first customer using it.
3- From my experience, you need the app to make payments, although this isn't clear on the website.
4- Be aware that your payment may take a few business days to be credited, even though it goes through immediately and is visible on both ends.
5- There seems to be a need for more clarification regarding maximum amounts and accepted payment methods like debit cards and ATMs. The website states a maximum of $1500, but that wasn't the case for us. They need to clarify this. Some advertisements and FAQs mention the use of debit cards and ATMs, but that's not possible. Only cash is accepted, so they need to make this clear and consider allowing debit card payments since they are similar to cash.
I can't give it a 5-star rating, and even 4 stars is quite generous considering the issues we faced. However, the excellent customer service deserves those 4 stars. Not everyone will go the extra mile to call and resolve their problems, so they might not use the service again. But if you do encounter issues, don't get angry with the first rep. Instead, escalate the matter and you will be taken care of. The service will improve once they iron out the kinks. In our case, it was related to child support.
I believe it would be wise to provide more education to the places where this payment method is accepted. Cashiers should be trained to use it confidently and assist customers effectively. Otherwise, it puts both the cashier and the customer in a frustrating position, which might discourage people from trying it again. I strongly recommend creating a short instructional video to guide people through the process. This video could be provided to stores or even made available on the internet for easy access at the register.
In the end, in our county, PayNearMe was a great way to pay child support, despite the initial frustration and scare. I would like to see more people aware of it and using it. Moreover, I would really appreciate it if they allowed direct payments from debit cards through the app, eliminating the need to visit a store.

Frustrating Delays: The Hassle of Waiting for Cash Payments with PayNearMe
So, I gotta tell ya, I've been using PayNearMe for a while now, and let me just say, it's been a bit of a hassle. You see, when I make a cash payment, they don't send it right away. Can you believe that? I mean, come on, it's 2021, we should be able to get things done instantly, right?
But no, I have to wait for up to 4 whole days just to get my service back. And let me tell ya, that's just plain ridiculous. I mean, who has time to wait around for that long? I've got things to do, places to be, you know?
Now, don't get me wrong, I understand that things take time. But in this day and age, we've got all this fancy technology at our fingertips, and yet it still takes days for a simple cash payment to go through. It's frustrating, to say the least.
I mean, I'm just a regular person, trying to go about my day, and I shouldn't have to deal with these kinds of delays. It's not like I'm asking for the moon here, just a little bit of efficiency, that's all.
So, PayNearMe, if you're listening, please, for the love of all that is good and holy, speed things up a bit. We're living in a fast-paced world, and we need our services to keep up with us. I don't think that's too much to ask, do you?
Overall, I gotta say, PayNearMe has its flaws. The waiting time for cash payments is just too darn long. But hey, maybe they'll listen to us regular folks and make some improvements. We can only hope, right?
