Ria is not a respected or trusted company and I don't know who they paid off to say they were but they are 100% scammers. They lie about services, they steal money, they give you a receipt saying they transferred your money and say it will arrive within 15 minutes but when you go to pick it up it's not in their system and then they give no way to get your money back. They stole $1,216.50 from me. and now I am probably going to have to take them to small claims court just to get my money back.

RIA is ridiculous! They stopped me from sending money to a very close friend of mine in Ghana, Africa and they didn't even want to give me a valid reason why they stopped my transaction! It's my first and last time that I deal with RIA! Very unprofessional!

This is the worst company to send money to another country, they will make you wait more than you have to wait for the money and if you try to contact them it is a waste of time because you will be waiting more than an hour for a representative you will never talk to, it is a well inefficient company and the treatment offered to its clients is not the right one. THE WORST COMPANY TO SEND MONEY ABROAD.

They will not allow me to receive money family members send to me and when I call they wont tell me why but they insist it has nothing to do with me personally. They instruct me to have the sender call in at which time they are givennthe ex use that trying to receive money in high fraud alert area. What? They are lying and will not tell you the reason for their decision.

I contracted Ria Money Transfer to send $300 USD to my family in ***, Ukraine. However, the funds received in the local currency was $60 less than what I sent. Someone stole this money and Ria claims that the difference is due to a bogus currency conversion. The difference amounts to 20% of what I sent and my family really needed this money. Ria has done nothing to remedy this situation, other than to lie. They have now blocked my IP address and seemingly canceled my account so I can no longer login to their website. These people are CRIMINALS!

Send money using RIA, to my son on Dec 23, 2019. The reference number is not available. He never picked up the money. I went to the local branch to get the money back around the first of July. They could not refund me and advised calling RIA directly for a new reference number. Called RIA at the number on the receipt but could not reach a representative; however, I got a status that said the transaction was cancelled. Tried another RIA number, but the line kept looping back to the menu. Multiple attempts to reach a representative were unsuccessful, as the line kept returning to the menu.

I've used their service with my personal account for more than a year. Today, I was denied service and told to contact customer support. I called 12 times, possibly more, receiving different responses from each agent. They were incredibly rude, hung up on me, and I remained polite throughout. My funds are still with them, and they won't provide clear instructions for resolution. I request the company send me the recorded calls with me for review. They must also release my funds immediately.

I have utilized an online account with Ria Money Transfer for over 2 years. I recently on October 15 attempted to make an online transaction and was subsequently locked out of my online account. The transaction was NOT completed, however Ria charged my bank account twice in the amount of $44.00 for the same transaction. I contacted customer service several times and was informed that Ria does not have any outstanding charges for pending transactions for my email address. Ria then proceeded to consider my request closed. I checked my bank account to observe the 2 charges still pending on my account as of October 19. I contacted Ria again to attempt to resolve this issue without response from Ria. I want this matter resolved as quickly as possible and would appreciate Ria cancelling the charges to my bank account since the transaction was never completed and they charged my account twice for an incomplete transaction.
