Worst service ..they dont have any kind of knowledge. Always transfer call to each other. I called so many times they never solve my problem

Highly recommend *** at Payroc. Made our transition basically effortless. Very professional , competent, courteous and prompt in responding to questions I had. Great peace of mind knowing we can count on her!

We have been a long-term users of Payroc Credit Card Processing Services. They refuse to credit our bank account for the Transaction we used their services on the final day of service with them. Be Very, Very Careful if you use Payroc and make sure you get the Money entitled to your business. They refuse to credit our account. Thankfully it was only 2 transactions that day but the point of the matter that they processed the transactions and did not pay is not good business! Be Very, Very Careful if You are Considering or Doing Business with them.

Although we miss the ability to search for these things ourselves that we had with our former processing company, her speed makes it completely easy to be able to attend to our guests questions and needs. She is wonderful and Payroc is super lucky to have such a dedicated and great employee. Thank you!

Payroc is one of just a few companies that is paired with our software system for our med spa which we need to use for payments. Payroc is actually the second company we have worked with for payment processing, we recently switched from another payment processor and have been SO happy we did! Our contact at Payroc, *** is amazing. She is responsive, helpful and answers all our questions. She has even gone above and beyond to help with issues that came up before we joined Payroc. Issues are resolved the same day and we are never left hanging. Making the switch has been a game-changer for our business - Payroc keeps everything transparent and friendly. We highly recommend Payroc.

I have owned my own business since 2015 and have worked with a number of wonderful business during that time. Payscape is not one of them. The only way to close your Payscape account is to send a WRITTEN NOTICE of closure no sooner than 90 days an no later than 30 days of your contract auto renewal period. Payscape does not accept electronic signatures or standard email requests. And, if you are outside of this window you are charge a $500 early closure fee.What is worse is this: I followed their convoluted closure directions and mailed my letter within the closure window. But, they did not close my account and are saying they did not receive my letter. I now need to wait another YEAR or pay the $500 early closure fee. Trust me, do not use Payscape. There are much better companies out there that operate with integrity. I would recommend Gravity Payments.

So I used this service for over 18 months to run smaller transactions for my bussiness. Because of covid inventory ran low and we went out of bussiness. I talked to *** and he informed me (and I have emails as proof) that if I canceled my service that I would be charged up front $595 etc. And that the reserve amount would be paid out in 30 days. I was fine with that. Then 30 days have passed I was charged 595 and no refund then again I contacted *** he said it was actually going to be 90 days. 90 days later I was still charged for $595 of money I really didn't have with the understanding that would be refunded the *** in my reserve. If I had been told up front it would take this long it wouldn't be an issue. My family is struggling to keep it together with everything thats going on in the word and this million dollar company is jerking me around over *** dollars!

Unfortunately we have to use Payroc due to our salon software only working with this company
Unfortunately we have to use Payroc due to our salon software only working with this company. We only have a single credit card reader in our small salon but during quarantine in 2020 we opened an online account to take gift certificates orders. Some how a third account was opened, which I was told by them they think it was a duplicate but not sure why. I have called several times to cancel accounts other than our single brick and mortar account. Yet we continued to get billed for 2 more months after canceling even though not a single charge was used on it and I had been told it was canceled. When I call again about the continued charges, I was told they canceled it now. This company is completely unorganized and had no explanation to the fraudulent charges after an account was closed. I was literally told by an agent, that he wasn't sure why it wasn't canceled the first time. If I could go to a different merchant, I would in a heartbeat.
