I've been rockin' my Peepers for a solid three years now and they're still holdin' up strong. I've even ordered three more pairs since then, but unfortunately, they all came with some issues. One pair was returned, another was broken, and the replacement for the broken one came in a busted package. It's a shame, but I think it's time to say goodbye to Peepers.

I had a chance to try out Peepers and I must say, they were pretty good glasses. They were strong and dependable. I had ordered a few pairs in the past and they were all great. However, I recently ordered four pairs, two in September and two more recently. Unfortunately, the two pairs I ordered in September broke within two weeks. I was really disappointed. And the two pairs I ordered recently are not any better. They are really fragile and flimsy. I don't think they are the same quality as the ones I ordered a few years ago. I am really disappointed and I don't think I will be ordering from them again. I wouldn't recommend these glasses to anyone.

Peepers is the real deal when it comes to customer service! Nowadays, it's hard to find a company that values their customers and provides top-notch service. But Peepers is different. When I called to inquire about a refund, I was pleasantly surprised to speak to a real person named Katie. She was so helpful and patient with me, and even suggested some new styles for me to try. I didn't have to pay any extra fees for the exchange, which was a huge relief.

But that's not all. When I mentioned that I was disappointed that they didn't offer a certain style of glasses that I had purchased in the past, Katie went above and beyond to find a couple of pairs and sent them to me as a gift! I was blown away by her kindness and thoughtfulness. And to top it off, she included a lovely hand-written gift card. It's rare to find someone who cares so much about their customers, and I'm grateful to have had such a positive experience with Peepers.

One thing I really appreciated about Peepers is their virtual try-on feature. It's so helpful to be able to see how the glasses look on your face before you make a purchase. It takes the guesswork out of the selection process and ensures that you'll be happy with your new glasses.

Overall, I can't recommend Peepers enough. Their customer service is exceptional, and their products are high-quality and stylish. If you're in the market for new glasses, look no further than Peepers. You won't be disappointed!
