On this day, after finishing my grocery shopping at Walmart in Florence Kentucky, I wanted to get two cans of Pepsi which is located in the hallway of the Walmart store. I put 4/4 into the Pepsi vending machine push the button to get a can of Pepsi, and nothing came out. I tried crossing another button but nothing came out. I went inside Walmart to the customer service desk to get a refund of one dollar. I waited there for 15 minutes and then the Walmart cashier said they do not reimburse for the vending machines outside of Walmart. She then sent me to the window next-door where they cashed checks and pay bills. I waited there for 30 minutes and then when reaching the cashier, she said they are not responsible for the vending machines either. This was a very frustrating day with the Pepsi vending machine at Walmart. How often do Pepsi employees check that the new machines located at the store. Possibly they should be checked a little bit more often? Just a frustrating moment with a Pepsi product ...

While shopping at the food 4 less on carson & norwalk I purchased 2 of the 24 cubes. One of the cans was empty. I took it back to the store. Was told I needed to bring back the whole 24 cube. I didn't know it was empty until I pulled out the last 2 cans. As the consumer, I don't feel I should have to pay for this mistake.

Hi I'm really upset, I was always buying your soda mellow yellow I have to drive to a few stores to find mellow yellow, why aren't you carrying it anymore ? ? That's our favorite soda. Please don't stop making it .

Whom every this concerns I purchased 4 24 packs at meijers, I love Pepsi, it's my water & coffee, I was very disappointed when 1st one was flat had no taste, when flat after like 10 minutes of being open, then thought ok bad batch then the 2nd, 3rd, and today open the 4th one and it's the same after opening a can take about 3 drinks then that's about all you can stand it's so flat !
I've never had this happen, but it nasty, I would have returned it but really can't when they are gone . I just kept thinking it's just this can and continue on drinking it but nope it was all 4 24 packs, hopefully I'll get a refund or atleast a explanation of why this is happening, the pop was on sale at meijers,

I own the Rivers Bigway Foods, an independent, supplied by FCL in Western Canada. We are located in Rivers, Manitoba and our service office is in Brandon.

I am writing to complain about the service we are receiving as retailers in Western Manitoba.

Pepsi has failed to fill the limited space I am willing to allocate them, because of such poor service, and has been the only product in my store this year to experience contraction. Your Lay's rep will advise that we are up 15% over last year. Our Pepsi sales will have declined as a result of our inexperienced, under trained rep who cannot make meaningful buys. I have attempted to resolve the issue here with "Dave" at Pepsi in Brandon but with no relief. As I understand it, from the employees Pepsi can't retain and are working for Coca Cola, its not a very competetive process for promotion in Brandon here and I never saw anyone, even once, working with my rep, who drove the truck previously and didn't do that to my standard either. His name is Myles, he is timid, shy, uncommunicative and unmotivated by sales. He is hurting your business and mine.

Looks like they need some oversight. I have written to FCL in hopes they might have an interest and advocate on our behalf as well.

I love the pure leaf blue sweet teas. I drink them regularly. However, sometime they have a strange skunky taste like they have been sitting out too long. Last night after a long trip, I went to the Toms gas station, where I live in PA and purchased 4 of them. I got home and and opened one and started to chug...immediately I started to gag and then threw up multiple times. It tasted like a mold or fungus. I looked at the bottle under the light and found a large mass of thick cloudy slimmy looking something in my tea. I threw up again. I dont know how you are storing these teas but these plastic bottles cannot stay unrefrigerated long like before getting a funky taste. I am so discusted right now and my stomach still hurts and feels qweezy. I don't think I will drink another bottle. I would take all four bottles back but I told the cashier I did not need a reciept. I'll send you the bottle or a pic of the slimy stuff massed in the tea if this site allows. I emailed the company but I don't think it will do much good since I see some of these complaints are from way back in 2013 or earlier and this is still going on. I think the company needs an audit for cleanliness and sanitation or shutdown until this is fully resolved. Maybe a lawsuit is the ticket to get thir attention. IDK! I am so sick today and so so so disgusted. This has not been addressed or appropriately taken care of and this contamination is a serious matter. My daughter in law is alergic to mold and fungus and drinks the purple extra sweet teas. She has been having complications with her pregnancies and I pray to god this is not one of the reasons! I purchased a Pepsi 6 pack of 16.9 fl Oz bottles at Dollar General in Van Wert, Ohio on Friday, December 16, 2016. On Saturday, December 17, my family and I were watching my son play soccer, my nephew was drinking from one of the bottles of Pepsi he took a drink and felt something in his mouth, he proceeded to take it out of his mouth looked at it and asked "is this glass?" I looked at it, told him yes it was and asked where he got it, his response was "it was in my pop".

This is not something that is OK. What if he would have swallowed this, damage definitely could have been done. I have been a Pepsi customer for years but I have worried the past 2 days anytime a family member has grabbed a Pepsi.

I do not have a copyramid of the receipt of purchase but I do have the bottle and piece of glass and can provide this as evidence. At this point, I'm not sure how to handle this, a refund doesn't seem adequate as I'm not sure about Pepsi anymore.

August 2015 I signed up my daughter to the Bloomingdale Illinois "premium" location. After several months I had to move work related to the state of Arkansas. I sent my daughter to the club to cancel in "person" as requested by the agreement. After my daughter went there she was told not to cancel and to put her membership on "hold" for $10.00 per month. After I told my daughter to cancel she was pushed into the tactic of "your parent needs to be here to cancel"
After we moved to Arkansas I called myself as the parent to cancel and was told I needed to be there in person, How in the world can you be there to cancel when you moved to another state where there was no Life Time Fitness. Very disappointed on their delay cancellation tactic and after ripping me off another $160, 00 without using the club. I am still being told to go there in person or to write a certified letter to cancel my account to an address in MN. As advise to other prospective or current customers be very careful this Club Life Time Fitness is a SCAM and will continue charging you fees use it or not. I am now going to the BBB to complain and looking at litigation.

I bought a 12-pack of Mountain Dew From Wal-Mart on 10/15/16. As I am drinking a can, I feel something on my lip and look inside the can and found something floating inside of it. Ever since i was a young girl pepsi has been my favorite brand of pop. Its all i drink. I buy a 24 pack of cans every 2 days. But recently i am very disappointed because for the last few months mostly all the cans have been flat and taste funny, also making me sick, as for my son as well. I also have purchased several packs of bottles and 2 litters and they taste the same! I would like something done about this please. Thank you

I live on a small country road in Johnson City, Tn. The road is Cash Hollow Rd. It is a shortcut for the driver to get to the Pepsi plant. I don't know the drivers name or truck number but he comes through around 3:00 PM everyday. Today I was taking my granddaughter to the movies. There is a dangerous narrow curve about 1/4 mile from my house. I met this truck in this curve. He was doing at least 40 mph on a 30 mph curve at best. His trailer wheel was 2 feet into my lane. The right side of this curve (my passenger side) is a rock wall. I jerked the wheel as much as I dared without hitting the rocks. We missed but I honestly don't know how. I was telling the minister at a neighborhood church about it. The first thing he said was he was flying wasn't he. The road in my opinion is too narrow for semis but it isn't off limits to . This driver is going to kill someone if he isn't stopped.

On 1/29/2016, after I got off work, at about 1:30 AM, I went to Walmart in Casper WY, I purchased a 12 pk of Pepsi along with a few other items. When I got home, I proceeded to take my groceries out of the truck, I grabbed the 12 pk of Pepsi by the handle of the cardboard suitcase and the handle ripped causing the 12 pk to hit the ground, Pepsi is now everywhere, under my truck and rolling around in the parking lot! It is about 2:00 AM and dark outside and the wind is blowing 40 MPH. I had to go inside and grab a flashlight and a bag to go outside and crawl underneath my vehicle and look around for the Pepsi to get it out of the parking lot and take it inside, which wasn't very fun at all ! 2 of the sodas were damaged and 2 were squirting everywhere ! I would like to request a few coupons or something for at least 1, 12 pk of Pepsi for free and maybe a few others for a discount or something ! The only proof i have is my receipt, ST# 01617, OP# 000251 TE# 19 TR# 00299 TC# [protected] . I don't have means at the moment to take a picture of the damaged product or receipt ! All I have is my word! Thank you !

I got through at 9:08 and was so excited i thought i was going to get a bottle i clicked pre order and when got to the checkout got a message the item you have selected is unavailable and to go to amazion! your cart is empty i am very pissed how can i be able to click pre order and not be able to get it! it was before 9:11 when they said they sold out! I feel like you are picking and choosing who you want to get them

I was bought mountain Dew from on of the shop at Penang island . when i drink this the taste not same as mountain dew that i drink . I was check the date of expired - not expired yet . I do not know why the taste become different from other mountain dew . I went to same shop ask them but they said don't know about that . the bottle i still kept & i bought new mountain dew from another shop the taste good . Fyi, I had this drink from 2009, Please get the pepsi to call me . Need clarification

The taste has changed in the diet wild cherry Pepsi now that it's made with sucralose rather than aspartame and I don't like it. Diet wild cherry Pepsi was the only soda that I drank. Not anymore. Why did you bother making the change? Sucralose isn't any better for you than aspartame. If you wanted to make your drink better for people, why didn't you use stevia? You've ruined my drink for no good reason.

Since you changed "the recipe" for wild cherry diet Pepsi & diet Pepsi recently it no longer has any taste. I've been a faithful consumer of diet Pepsi & wild cherry diet Pepsi (my fav) since it came out on the market decades ago! I'm 63 & started drinking diet sodas such as Tab & Fresca when it first came out...then finally came diet Pepsi & I've been a consumer ever since. However, currently I'm very seriously considering changing to another diet soda because diet Pepsi & wild cherry diet Pepsi are so horrible now. You're forcing faithful consumers to choose other brands. So sorry! Your loss!

I drink Pepsi all the time and the other day I was drinking a bottle and there was something in the bottle .made me sick .This should not have happen .I saved the bottle .
I'm really not sure what it was shaped like a bean .I thought it was a worm at first .it was sick to see something in a bottle .Someone must of put it in.
I'm not sure to buy again .Please look in to this and let me know I can send you the bottle .I can't take a picture of it I don't have the camera . I don't have my sales slip .Just saved the bottle. I bought it at Tops market in Hamburg NY .

Have been a drinker of Diet Pepsi for many, many years (in my 50's now). The only diet pop that I like, and have always brought a 24 oz. bottle to work with me, every day. Thank you SO very much for screwing over your customers by now apparently only putting out six packs of those stupid, puny 16.9 oz. bottles. Now if I wanted to take the same amount of Diet Pepsi with me to work every day, I'd have to bring TWO of these stupid bottles. VERY inconvenient, as well as creating more trash in the world.
Really thoughtful of your company to do that with no consulting, no asking, no testing to see if it suited THE CONSUMER. Shows me just how much your company cares about what WE think. It obviously is so you can squeeze more money out of us. My grocery used to be SOLD OUT every Sunday afternoon of six packs of 24 oz. Diet Pepsi in bottles. Funny how I haven't seen that happen since you switched to these new stupid smaller bottles. With sales of soda steadily declining every year, sure seems like you'd want to keep the consumers happy; but apparently we don't matter to you, and that is now the case. But I guess it's better anyway--I have thought about giving up drinking Diet Pepsi (and any other soda) for a while, and your thoughtless basic telling your customers to kiss your *ss just helped me make up my mind. After so many years, farewell Diet Pepsi (and any of your other products). And I hope lots of others do the same. As I just said--my grocery used to always be sold out of your product in 24 oz. bottle six packs by late Sunday afternoon--but I haven't seen that happen since you put out these stupid bottles. Apparently I'm not the only consumer--oh, I mean FORMER consumer--that you all have ticked off. Thanks for helping me make up my mind to stop buying your product, as I have done for probably 40 years or more. Stuff it!

It is a ripoff for Pepsi products to sell the smaller 6 pack bottles of ALL Pepsi products at the same price as the larger bottles. We are not going to buy Pepsi products because I see it as a deliberate change with no explanation and no discount for a lesser product.

Just like all of the products for cracker and other snack products who have the same size wrapper but the product is SMALLER and the price is the same.

THE GREAT RIPOFF OF THE AMERICAN CONSUMER AND IT IS TIME TO STAND UP AGAINST THIS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF US!
