New position of handles
I have been purchasing the 6-pack of bottles for many years. A few months ago the handle on the plastic strip holding the bottles has been placed on the side rather than the top. It is extremely difficult to pick up the six-pack and it is then on its side when you go to set it down. Turning it upright requires you to snap your wrist which can be difficult and painful. This is so ergonomically ridiculous! Who came up with this new design and what was the point?

My family has been drinking Pepsi and Pepsi products for years and we love it. However, on Tuesday 07/10/2012 my daughter opened and unopened Pepsi (16 oz in plastic bottle) that was sold to us at our local grocery store in a six pack) and was shocked as she placed her mouth on the bottle. There was an unknown item that she felt in her mouth. She gagged and quickly brought the bottle to me for inspection. Upon opening the lid (which she had quickly placed back on the bottle), I was shocked to see something large and yucky in the cap of the bottle. I did the same and quickly replaced lid. I sent my daughter to brush her teeth and gargle with mouthwash and then my teenage son and myself slowly opened the lid again. This time we saw movement. I do not have a clue what is in that bottle. We have labeled that bottle and it sits on our counter right now. We are very upset as to how something like this could happen. The Pepsi lid was sealed. Can you explain?
