I bought Pepsi Twist and really liked it. You have replaced it with Sierra Mist. It is terrible. I will not purchase it ever. If you do not reinstate Pepsi Twist, I will have to buy 7 up. I am really disappointed in you for producing such a terrible pop.

This is wrong that you won't read my complaint because it is not long enough. I have given you all the information about your pop.

July 18, 2018- I just read a post on facebook that you had a Pepsi can with the Pledge of Allegiance missing "Under God" because your Pepsi company did not want to offend anyone. As a citizen of the United States of America, I am offended. I will be extra careful from now on not to buy any Pepsi products, and to let other people know of your disrespect.

I bought a 24 pack of Pepsi from Sam's club and they were flat. The seals on the cap did not break and came off with the cap. I am very disappointed with the quality of this batch. The seals are very important and should be examined carefully before shipment. I believe this is the reason the carbonation escaped the bottle. Not knowing if the product was tampered with led me to discard the whole case. Thank you.

In Iowa Park Tx we have 2 stores, Lowes Grocery and Dollar General. In the last couple of months their shelves have always been empty of the Diet Mountain Dew no matter what time of day we go in. Is there a shortage or is this an ordering problem? Please fix this issue. My husband has to have his Diet Mountain Dew. Thanks so much. The Pepsi warehouse is located in Wichita Falls TX.

I bought a 12 pack of Pepsi when about a month later I saw pepsi on floor, found out that one of the cans was leaking at seam after opening the case.
I am attaching a picture of it . It was leaking at the seam of the top of can.
I had to clean the full floor in the closet and also in the room

On July 1st I bought (2) 12 packs of Pepsi Real Sugar (Throwback) from my local Mobil gas station. Located at 3629 Osage Ave. in Gray Summit, Mo. 63069. The problem was when I got home opened one of the cartons and (2) of the cans were empty and unopened. Batch 1527JG05158 on the carton. This is not the first time this has happened! Went back to the place where purchased, they only had (1) 12 pack left and it was severely damaged and had busted cans in it and was all sticky. Looks as though this could be a shipping issue. As I stated this is not the first time this has happened and I have notified store management on previous occasions only to come back a week later and still have a sticky soda mess on the shelves and cartons stuck to each other and the shelf, you cannot even pick the pack up its glued to the shelf. Just tired of damaged goods!

I have just recently noticed on your bottles that the ingredient aspartame is in your sodas again. The reason I drank this product is the fact that you advertised that you didn't have this ingredient. This was a healthier choice for sodas. I have a two pregnant family members that are livid that they were drinking your product cause it was safer for the baby. You need to start telling customers and have in commercials that this ingredient is back in. Messing with people health like that is not okay. To you this may be a silly complaint but to me its much more. This was a lie! Withholding this kind of information about your product is not right and you people should be ashamed. Your customers (which is who its all about) are very unhappy about this. I love pepsi but now, I don't even trust your product anymore.
Need to start telling people what they are drinking. I'm just glad I caught on when I did.

Your employee posted a disparaging picture on Facebook depicting a vehicle running over several protestors. His post is not only unpatriotic but also promoting violence against people who want to have their voices heard. It's people like your employee Wayne Stokes that are causing the racial divide in our glorious country to continue to exist and fester. He needs to be discipline and educated on racial discrimination and the First Amendment.

I have called several times about delivery times. I have on my account that my window is from 7 am until 10 am on Wednesday. Again I call and the delivery does not show. ON Thursday, my manager calls and they said they call her back because they didn't know what happened. Now it is Friday and they have an order coming out, but again, it will be after 11 am, which for a busy restaurant, doesn't work. There isn't enough room for a big truck when there isn't enough room for the guests. Not sure if pepsi wants my business with the service I have been getting!

I work for a restaurant that uses a Pepsi fountain to serve drinks. At about 7:30pm the Pepsi tap on the fountain broke and began spraying water everywhere. We managed to get everything shut off after having a huge mess in the kitchen. After calling the service number I was told they would be there within 4 hours. After about 2 hours I called again to be told they wouldn't be there until the next day. After explaining again that this required immediate attention I was told I would get a call from the dispatcher and give an exact time the technician would be arriving. This call never came. Now it is 11:30 on and I've heard nothing. I call again the next morning to be told they would be there within 4 hours of business opening. Meanwhile I am not able to sell any soda which extremely limits the drinks I can sell. When the technician finally showed up at 12pm he had no idea what the issue was and proceeded to made jokes about the whole situation. None of which I found funny. There needs to be better communication all around. Each time I called I spoke to a different person. They all gave me the run around and was unable to provide any significant information.

I brought a 12 pack of cans of pepsi I open it and two of the 12 cans are seal and closed but empty no soda in theses 2 cans why is that 10 were fine but not 2 on 6 12 18 I got them from the shoprite in Bayville n j 08721 I called them they will not do noti they told me let your company now that's why I am writing you I like a cerfticate for 2 free cans or a 12 pack

I purchase a case of 24 oz Diet Pepsi from Sam's Club, Pineville, NC or Sam's Club, Rock Hill, SC, every other week. Almost every purchase has at least one bottle that has been damaged or lost it gas. Today, the bottle was split almost from top to bottom at a diagonal. No visible damage to case packaging; however, the bottom of the case shows evidence of the spill and has mold from one end to the other. I have washed each of the in tact bottles in hot soapy water before storing them.
There were no more than two purchases during the course of the last year that did not have a damaged bottle.
Passed off the others; however, this one had the mold and it may have psyched me out to some extent. I have the bottle and the case if you would like a photo or return to your claims office.

I buy several cases of regular Pepsi every month, and the last 5 cases I purchased at my local Walmart all had one empty can in them, now, I Know it's not alot, but I am on disability and my money does not go far, I like to get what I pay for. I feel like I'm being cheated, ya'll need to make sure that this doesn't keep happening, if it does I will have to switch brands.

On 6/5/2018/ my wife open a bottle of water she went to drink we she saw something floating, she doesn't drink from it. l will sind a picture of the bottle to you. The new bought Pepsi 1.5 liter from Tesco, Bukit Mertajam Penang, Malaysia on 3rd June 2018 contains worms inside. Although the drinks is only going to be expired next year, but it contains white tiny worms. It is so terrible that Pepsi doesn't take care of their products and doesn't take responsibilities of people health. I hope that Pepsi is taking seriously into this case and provide feedback to me as soon as possible!

At about approx 7:45am 5/23/2018, driving north bound on Curry Pike North, Bloomington, Indiana, I witnessed the driver of Pepsi truck ID F45030 weaving in and out of heavy morning traffic, cutting several drivers off, including myself. The driving was aggressive and dangerous, especially with the amount of traffic. The driver proceeded through the intersection of Curry and Vernal Pike after the traffic light turned red. I am sure safety is a very important part of your company's philosophy and so I wanted to bring this dangerous near miss situation to your attention.
