These people claim I have a outstanding traffic Citation from 2014 with no form of valid proof nor presentation of such. I received a letter saying this was my "final warning" when it's the first letter I receive. Also, I contacted the court house that they claim this is from who claim to have no record of such. I want the treats of "legal ramifications" to stop as well as further outreach to stop as well.

I just got a letter in the mail from this office saying I have a delinquent account in Texas for a speeding ticket. But I have never lived or been to Texas ever. I have lived in Nc since 2002 I lived in Ga in 2010 but moved back to Nc where I've lived ever since. I have only gotten 2 speeding ticket ever in my life. And I just paid for a ticket I forgot I got in 2018. But I paid my ticket to the court and the ticket was not in Texas. I have my receipt for the ticket I paid for.

I received a fraudulent letter attempting to collect money for alleged unpaid traffic violations from 2007 to 2008! I live in Hillsborough County where the tickets were issued. I paid all related fines and fees when I reinstated my license in the sane County 2 years ago! I have not received any official letters or notifications from the state asking for any payments for past fines. This makes no sense and uts clearly a SCAM. The amount of complaints here are unbelievable, this company should be shut down immediately.

I received a letter from this law firm notifying me that I have a delinquent fine from Oklahoma, which I have never been to, for possession of intoxicating beverage under 21 and disorderly house and requesting payment of $1004.40. Not only have I never been to Oklahoma, I am over 50 years old. This is obviously either a scam or a mistake and when I called the office, they requested personal information which I refused to provide. Apparently this is a common issue with this law office and perhaps a Bar complaint will also be filed.

Received letter of collections for open container in Daytona beach from 2000. Yes, 20 years ago! I never got an open container in Daytona Beach False collections letter threatening criminal lien. Letter states I have unpaid open container from 20 years ago. A few concerns are 1) I never got an open container ticket, 2) why am I just now hearing of this, 3) how did they get my address after 20 years when I've moved at least 4 times, and 4) my last name is spelled incorrectly. Why hasn't the county dr d me a citation notice if this is legit? I think this is a scam.

I received a statement saying that they had sent me a notice about my property taxes owed to the local school district (I have not received said notice) and that they were going to foreclose on my property unless I paid them about $400. I had paid my remaining property taxes on the tax assessor's website but sent them a check anyway. I tried to contact the law office to no avail so I put a stop payment on the check and am considering hiring an attorney myself. I just want an explanation. I'm trying to contact them as instructed and now I fear losing my home because they can't be bothered to get back with me.

They have provided my private data to office of clerk of court, Highlands County, Fl without my consent and will not discuss the research they used to attribute this issue to me.

I received a letter in the mail for notice of collection it says that I have an outstanding citation filed with the office of the clerk of court in Hamilton county Florida it says it was delinquent and my driver's license will be suspended if payment is not made immediately on the reverse side it states the description is a traffic citation on 3/4 for a total of $319.80. for payment options it provides payment.pbfcm.com with customer ID number f eXXX-XXXX XXXXX however when I go in to the site can't find it. So I tried going to the Hamilton county clerk's office website to search for it and there's no record there either.

I have received letter for an outstanding citation payment for 274.30 $ NO CMV inspection annual DOT, when I was with my previous employer, non driving. They paid it during that period as per them but I have received this letter of due since 02/07. According to them I should not be getting this letter this year. I am not sure if this is legit, if I have to pay it, or why I have to pay this. This inspection is part pf employer's duties. I would like to know why I am responsible to pay. When I contacted the office, all they said I have to pay online without any further explanation. My previous employer is not responsive on this.

I received a postcard piece of mail at my parents' house in Louisiana saying I owed $208.00 and had a docket number of XXXXXXX. This said that it was for non-renewal of my drivers license. And it was in Midland County, TX. I don't live in Texas. I live and work in LA. I haven't lived in Texas since 2012 and was only there for around 3 months for work. I never even got a drivers license in Texas. Anything legitimate like this should be mailed certified and sealed. Not on a post card. But this not legitimate because I never had a drivers license for Texas. And seeing the other complaints, this office does this a lot. They need to stop.

Received a letter advising outstanding charges of $550 for "failure to maintain financial responsibility" in Henderson County, Tx Never been there. The docket number for the "case" CTX-XX-XXXX dated 11/17 was almost three years ago, and was dated three days before I even received my drivers license, which was issued 11/20 I was in high school in Brazoria County three years ago. There is no, zero way I could have received a citation for no insurance when I did not have a drivers license and owned no vehicles. These idiots appear to pick random names, make up random charges, and send bills. In this case this bill is for an impossible charge. I wish a written apology, written acknowledgement of this error, and want this erased.

I recently received a notice stating I have two tickets from 11/27 for no driver license and expired inspection sticker for a total of $673.40. Now they are threatening a warrant out for my arrest. First I've always had my driver's license since [protected]. And kept my vehicle updated on the inspection. After going online and looking up my information on DPS, Hidalgo county clerk office, and DMV I have not found any outstanding tickets under my Driver's license number or my name. Even printed out my complete driving record with all violations and I have no violations or tickets on my record. I went to the DMV to renew my license without any problems. Every where I look there is no evidence of said tickets. I've asked for proof and all they say is I've signed it. But never send anything.

I received a letter dated from January 5, 2022, stating I owe $2056.60 in Hendry County, FL. The citation date is from 3/8, and I have no idea what it's in regards to. First off, I have never lived in FL, and the only two times I've been to FL was for a connecting flight in Miami, and I never even left the airport. Second, the name on the letter is not my complete full name, it has my middle name as my last name on the letter, and my actual last name isn't even listed. After reading other complaints on here, it looks like this law firm messed up and sent this collection letter to the wrong person; not a very good law firm if they can't even do proper research, especially when my name and the name on the letter don't match up (not to mention I've never lived in FL or never driven there. I do hope they figure this mess out.

I received a letter to my address from Perdue Brandon attempting to collect a debt on behalf of the Clerk of Court, Mcintosh County Georgia. In the letter they stated that their law firm is collecting a debt pusuant to O.C.G.A. 15/21. In the letter they also stated that failure to pay this debt might open a Warrant for my arrest. I made the payment as instructed, I paid the $173 amount stated on the letter on November . On April 2022 i received a letter from the state of Georgia informing me that my ticket hasn't been paid and that as a result my driving privilege's will be cancelled. I made several attempts calling this Law Firm and they advice me to call the DMV to get more information. When i called Georgia DMV they were also able to reaffirm that no payments were made, the agent also informed me that this firm, Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott LLP isn't affiliated by them and that they are not authorized to handle collections by them.

invalid collections notice, threatening notices Have received to collection notices from this firm in regards to a fine in Volusia County, FL (Deland, FL), from 2001! Almost 20 years ago. After researching this fine I searched on that counties website and it shows that there is no amount due. The original fine was filed on 5/9 and it was paid on 6/28. Their letters state that I owe $20.80 and if it is not paid my license will be suspended. I have screenshots from the counties website that show there is no amount due. I plan on printing these and sending them with a letter to this wonderful firm. It seems as though this is a non reputable business due to the number of complaints about them online and the tactics that they use. I find it hard to believe that most of their collections seem to generate in the state of Florida and most of the complaints from others seem to state the same, that they are trying to collect on fines from almost 20 years ago! You mean to tell me that the entire state of Florida waited 10+ years to collect some of their fines?! Seems a little fishy to me. No wonder most people don't trust law firms.

In September the law firm Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins and Mott, LLP contacted me via letter alleging that I owed $383.20 to this law firm for a red light camera ticket i supposedly received in 2016 in Tampa, FL. I called the law firm and told them it was a mistake because I did not receive a citation for the listed offense and have NEVER gotten a red light camera ticket, anywhere, anytime. A month goes by and then in October I got ANOTHER letter form the law firm titled : "DEMAND FOR PAYMENT- SECOND NOTICE OF COLLECTION" . Furious, I contacted the local Hillsborough County Traffic Court Division and they informed me that the person named on the citation referenced in the letter is different and the address is different in their system. The traffic division clerk said my information and the citation information does not match. The clerk also said that a deputy sheriff signed the citation which is not what was alleged on the letter from the law firm and she suggested I call the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office and talk with them. I call the sheriff's office and the sergeant I spoke with said he checked my drivers license and said he didn't see ANY citations. The sergeant says, "this sounds fishy, get a copy of your driving record, then contact the complaintsboard.com." I had to pay $12.00 and order my full driving record. Two weeks later I receive a certified copy of my ENTIRE driving record from the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles office headquarters and it shows NO red light camera citation. So, these idiots in Texas are trying to scam me to the tune of almost $400.00. In addition to this situation costing me $12.00, these creeps wasted hours of my valuable time and caused me ALOT of aggravation. As a foot note, I have my full driving record and will provide a copy if absolutely necessary, but I do not want these people having any of my secure personal information.
