I order a bed from this company for $2499.99 order #*** 8/12 when I received the bed it was in not good working order. this bed does not work correctly, I have tried and made several tickets/complaints to get this resolved and I can never get anyone to answer, and when they do I'm told the super is at lunch and will call me back and no one does! I do not even want this bed or anything to do with this company

Purchased a mattress from them that was extremely uncomfortable. They are very deceptive on the Internet with what you think you were getting. Escalated it to a manager who said he was going to send me the standard bed which he did. And he was going to discount the previous purchase so that I would get a $500 credit. Now he saying he never said that. I would've returned the entire bed for the $5000 I was charged. The bed is miserable I was well within 120 day. This was the compromise that we agreed on and now they're telling me they never agreed to refund me the difference between the two beds. The standard bed is almost 600 less.

Personal comfort can not find all of the items I shipped back to them for a full refund.Personal comfort did not validate items returned. I purchased a mattress from Personal Comfort that did not work out. At the time of purchase I purchased a $219.00 topper to go with the bed based on the salesperson recommendation. When return the bed I several correspondence with the support staff who were helpful at no time was I told I had to keep the topper prior my shipping the items back. I had also received some comfort layers later to try to my my experience better. Nothing worked the bed did not contour to my body as I was lead to believe. So I returned the items shipped to me in for boxes. Personal comfort claims they never received some items the topper being one of them. Therefore because they did not validate the received items I am left with a $219 balance with a credit card company for a item I no long have or need. Personal Comfort claims the topper is an accessory and not part of the bed, but at the time of sale it is sold as part of the bed in order to enhance your comfort.

Poor shipping and customer service After receiving a notification that our bed had shipped, we waited patiently. It never arrived. We called the company, and they were not sure why it did not arrive. We finally had to do our own problem solving and got in touch with the local freight company. They said it was sitting on their dock. We had to arrange for shipping. The bed was delivered (finally). The bed is hard as a rock. We ordered an upgrade to soften it. It was ordered February 11. The technician said it would be delivered in 7 days and they would add it to the financing. Seven days go by and I get a call stating that they needed me to reopen the financing again. I was not happy, but did so anyway. They replaced the order. Again, it would arrive in 7 days. It is now March 5 and I have made numerous calls. The most recent was tonight, and they are baffled as to why it has not arrived. We paid over $600 for this upgrade, have lost sleep due to an uncomfortable bed and are beyond frustrated. We had a Sleep Number previously and were happy with that. I would send this bed back if they didn't charge the outrageous restocking fee.

Was sold a base the representative knew I could not use. I needed a base that would go over my undergrad storage. Was sold a base that the representative knew I could not use. We talked at great length about the base fitting over my underbed storage. I was told the base I bought would have legs that could be made taller to fit over. I was not informed about the middle legs. Thru all the phone calls it was explained that the rep probably thought it was a zero clearance base ( which used to be sold by this company). It's common knowledge with the employees that zero clearance bases are used with underbed storage. When I tried to return the base I was told they are nonrefundable. I asked several times during the phone calls if everything was under the 120 day bed return and was told it was. This company uses sneaky tactics. There is small print that says the bases are nonrefundable. Not brought to my attention during the purchase. I would think that this would not extend to merchandise sold by employees knowing the item would not be useable. I am currently paying for a base that is leaning against my wall. I would like a full refund with free shipping back as started on the website. I need a base because the bed I purchased thru this company does not fit in my base from sleep number. Very upsetting that I will have to by another base that is zero clearance.

Had trouble from the start, they will not refund, they will not take this bed back. We unknowingly agreed to fine print. I feel scammed. We researched for months before purchasing this bed. They had us on the phone over an hour during the initial sale, answering every question we had, reassuring us we had 120 DAYS to change our mind,Its all over the website as well. They also sold us on extra mattress protectors etc, worth hundreds of extra dollars. You only have the website to see the products. And when our bed arrived, it looked like a hospital bed, not like the one on the website. It wasn't until we started having problems in the first few weeks of having the bed, that we learned that we unknowingly agreed to some fine print, that our base was not returnable. That was NOT made known during the call. We were told multiple times that we had 120 days to change our minds. It wasn't until we took them up on that offer that, in fact, you cant. On top of that, the bed was manufactured by multiple companies, and the base of the bed ( the part you will have problems with) is made by Reverie, and reverie has a customer service number that, if they have a high call volume, and wait time is more than 5 minutes, you have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back. VERY inconvenient. After 3 months of back and forth phone tag, my control box for the bed was finally replaced, and still would not work properly. I was promised an extension and a compensation for all the trouble, which was never given. But several times I insisted that I just want this bed gone and my money back, and I was denied. And when I went past my 120 days, they said "sorry, youre past your 120 days." Personal comfort offered a 0% interest for a year, which turns out to be a credit card. I started a dispute with that credit card company. This credit card company did not ask my side of the story, and when personal comfort LIED on many accounts about the status of my account (such as, the customer wont contact us...) the credit card sided with merchant. I have had this bed since July and it is now March. One side of the bed hasn't worked since 6 weeks after I got it, and the other side of the bed hasn't worked since about Christmas.

Personal Comfort sold me a flex head mattress with an adjustable base that does not adjust the flex head with the supplied remotes. Requested refund. Problem: 1. Power-Flex 4 Adjustable Base Flex-Head does not adjust the flex-head with the supplied remotes. Representative said a person has to use a smartphone to adjust the flex head portion, which was not mentioned when purchasing the bed. 2. Base cannot be adjusted to the promised height of 16 inches without voiding the warranty. History September 6 1. Spoke to Personal Comfort (PC) and placed an order for a king flex head mattress and a Power-Flex 4 Adjustable Base Flex-Head. We spoke for over an hour. I am disabled and have specific needs, which I went over with the representative. The representative never told me that the base needs a smart phone in order to control the head of the bed separately as a flex head. We don't use smart phones. If I had known the bed needed a smart phone to control it, I would never have purchased it. 2. I need the bed to be at least 16 inches raised and the sale representative confirmed I could use double the riser sold by PC. Upon receiving the bed, and only one set of risers, I was then told by the representative on the phone that raising the bed past 11 inches would void the warranty. The salesperson and I had a very long discussion about making sure the base had the capability to be high enough so I can stand up out of bed. There are days when I cannot use my legs to stand up well and I need the bed to be high enough to stand up. She assured me that I could add an additional 8 inches, for a total of 16 inches, which is why she sent me the full 8-inch legs rather than the 3-inch risers. September 23 The bed was delivered and I realized the provided remotes for the Power-Flex 4 Adjustable Base Flex-Head did not adjust the heads individually. The remotes only adjusted the entire bed as one unit. I called and asked Courtney how to get it to work and she told me that I had to use a smart phone and their app to achieve those results. I told her that I didn't use a smart phone and even if I did, I was not told that I would have to use my phone to control the base. I looked on the website and it did not disclose that one needs to use a smart phone to control the base. I was sold a Power-Flex 4 Adjustable Base "Flex-Head," which means the provided remotes should control the "Flex Head" portion of the bed. I asked for a refund of the base the same day it was delivered, September 23. Kaitlyn said she would pass it on to the management team and they would make a decision. I have sent several emails asking the status with no answer. I sent one more email telling them I need to have this dealt with because I have not been able to sleep in my own bedroom since September 23 due to the height of the bed. Their response was, "we unfortunately would not be able to do a return on the adjustable legs or base. You do not need a smart phone to operate the base, as they come with remotes, but a smartphone can be used if the customer wanted to." As I described prior, this is completely incorrect. I explained that I could not sleep in a bed so low and I had to sleep in the guest room, which has now caused my disability to get worse. My husband and I have been displaced from each other since September 23. This is rather unacceptable behavior, especially due to the fact that I spoke to PC while the delivery men were here, so it is not a surprise to them. Proof See attachments from PC's website, which lists the following:1. "Allows control of the bed through your *** smartphone or tablet..." It does not say your smartphone is "required" to perform essential functions. 2. "Split foundation construction on flex-head models let each person individually control their own adjustable foundation." Again, it does not list that a smartphone is required to do this function. 3. "3-in-1 legs to adjust bed height to your preference." Does not list that 11 inches is the maximum
