I've been a Chewy customer for many years as a monthly food subscriber I was told, by one of their supervisors, Brandon, that Chewy takes coupons. At that point i had 2 that would allow me to get up to a 35# box of litter for each one, and one for a large bag of dry cat food. I sent the coupons in as directed. I called a week later and spoke to a supervisor, James, who said they had not received them yet. I called back a week later and he told me it could take up to 2-3 weeks for those coupons to get into my account and be used. The next phone, a week later, spoke to someone who said it could take up to 4 weeks. Called in this morning and was told it could take 5 weeks.
So my question is: why wasn't i told originally that it could take that long. And why wasn't i told in the next few calls? If i knew it would take that long, i would have driven to Wal Mart 10 minutes from my home and used those coupons.
Because i kept waiting week by week i've had to buy litter several times and dry cat food several times.
Chewy used to be reliable, but they have turned into a disreputable corporate entity that could care less about their customers or their pets.
In reading these other reviews it's apparent that nothing is changing to ensure that customers are "king" and the high standard they used to apply to their service no longer exists!
