I gotta say, my experience with Pexagon Tech was not great. Their customer service was just plain awful. It took them forever to respond to my inquiries, and when they finally did, they didn't seem to know what they were talking about.

To make matters worse, they messed up my orders not once, but twice in a row. I was so frustrated and disappointed. I mean, come on, how hard is it to get an order right?

Overall, I would not recommend Pexagon Tech. Their slow response time and lack of attention to detail really turned me off. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

So, I decided to give Pexagon Tech a try and ordered 5 cell phone cases from their website. I was excited to receive my order, but after 7 days, I still had not received anything. I checked my order status and it was still labelled as 'processing'. I was starting to get worried, so I decided to email their support team to inquire about my order.

To my surprise, they responded quickly, but unfortunately, their response was not what I was hoping for. They told me that my order probably did not go through and that I should try placing the order again. I was confused because if my order did not go through, why did they charge my credit card? I was not happy with their response and I felt like they were not taking my concerns seriously.

To make matters worse, they do not provide customers with a phone number to call in case of problems with their order. This made me feel like they were not interested in helping me resolve my issue. I was extremely disappointed with their customer service and I still did not receive my cell phone cases.

At this point, I am considering calling my credit card company to cancel the charge because I feel like I have been scammed. How can they charge me for something and not provide me with the product? It is ridiculous and unacceptable.

I gotta say, Pexagon Tech is a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, their product is pretty solid. I snagged a couple of 8gig flash drives with my name and digits etched on 'em for a real good price thanks to a coupon I found on dealnews. But on the other hand, their service leaves a lot to be desired.

I put in my order on May 6th and the website said it'd ship in a couple of days. But 13 days later, I still hadn't gotten anything and the site still said "processing." So I shot 'em an email and finally got a response saying it had shipped the day before. But then I only got an automated email confirming shipping two days after that, so I'm not sure if they actually shipped it or if they lost my order and only sent it after I complained.

All in all, it's not the most impressive experience. But if you're not in a rush and want some custom gear, their product is worth checking out.
