I got a ticket in a legal spot
I need a PPA supervisor to come to my neighborhood and investigate this ticket I recd in a legal spot. I live in the area for 40 years. No one gets a ticket in that legal spot. Wrong address on ticket.
PPA supervisor (J.Danne) said it's legal keep fighting it. But there is no one that wants to listen and all you have to do is come here 2434 s 12th Street to review.
My name is Rita tic# is829264233. I hAve sent a letter to Kenney and Elizabeth Fiedler State Rep. I am on deaths row and did not commit the crime.
Please rectify this for me. Restore my faith I. The City of Brotherly Love!
Please send some here I am at wits end. This PPA person made a mistake that has taken hours and dollars away from me and my family. I will not stop until someone listens. I’m not paying 200.29 for a hearing in ct of common pleas. I’ll win but the money is non refundable. Then you all wonder why people change, go mad, cause damage, suicide...no one listens. I was given 18 phone numbers today!
Red light camera ticket
I received a red light ticket in the mail 48 days after the offense. The law in Pennsylvania states that the citation must be mailed within 30 days unless for some reason it took the authority longer to determine the owner of the vehicle. My vehicle is registered in PA. I contested the ticket online. I presented them the law, and asked for proof and reasoning in the event that it did take them an extended period of time to locate my records.
I received a letter in the mail stating "Inadequate Defense" with no further explanation. Now, if I want to appeal, I have to pay a non-refundable $35.
I'm sorry, whats the definition of racketeering again?
Parking ticket notice
Received a ticket at a parking spot with no visible parking sign. I disputed the ticket in February haven't heard from PPA till July which was gave me a Penalty the date before I received the letter in the mail. I try to dispute the Penalty and the ticket I got denied now I owe 81, so I try to do a payment plan received no answer from PPA. Until I try to make a full payment just to see they penalized me again now owing 119. I paid it because I don't feel like dealing with a headache and I got three kids then to be worried about a ticket but I must say I felt unjust and I felt like they can extort money from anyone. The hearing is a joke if I would have send a pic of no sign visibility it may had been dropped or if they would have investigated it. Anyway I felt robbed of 119.
Unwarranted tickets
My girlfriend had worked at Temple Dental School from 3/1/1019 - 5/2/2019 in which time I was taking her to work. I receive tickets for supposedly stopping on the North Bound Side of Broad St which it says I can to let her off in front of the building. I clearly believe they are taking the ticket writer's claim over mine. No one approach my car about any...

residential parking markers for disabled
Twice, I have submitted applications for a temporary (6 month) 'reserved residential parking for people w. disabilities' in front of my house. (I have a placard from PennDOT in my car... and am going through double knee operations). The first was rejected by Susan Ebsworth, saying I can't get this if don't have a handicapped license plate (which would require my being permanently disabled and would take 3-6 months, as I understand it.)
Unable to believe that such signs were totally unavailable to someone with a temporary disability, I sent a second application (signed by my physician and neighbors on either side). Ms. Ebsworth claimed that they never received my second application -- difficult to believe, since I mailed it at a post office. She refused to let me know the name of her supervisor. I want to talk to someone at a higher level. I would appreciate help with this situation.

I have been turned down twice also. I HAVE PAD, an artery disease with my legs, and have two Lukemia diseases, have 2 different doctors who attested to my disabilities and yet the only response I get from Susan Ebsworth is I do not meet established medical criteria? What on earth does that mean? I still have legs that have not been amputated? Christ I can't walk but a few feet without suffering extreme pain in my legs. I WOULD LIKE TO APPEAL HER DECISION.

customer service
I called customer service today (see accompany picture) to make a hearing. I called 3 times; the first time I held for 14 minutes. A male person answered the phone, said his name (incomprehensible) quickly and stated he would be right back with me and put me back on hold before I could respond. I held on unto I received voice mail in which time I was given the option of leaving a message.
I called back and the same scenario occurred (I believe it was the same male because of the sound of his voice) except this time, it lasted 42 minutes.
This level of service is unacceptable. I waited 4 minutes short of an hour not to have spoken to anyone.

parking enforcement officer.
On July 17, 2018 at approx 2140h. I received a parking ticket after the parking enforcement told me to get out of the car and pay for it. As I paid he gave me the ticket. That's not my complaint. My complaint is that I was trying to figure why he did this to me he said it was because I broke the law even if I was doing what you told me. I told him that his behaviour was an [censored] thing to do to a person as he was about 6 steps from me. He turned around walked very quickly to me and his chest hit my chest and yelled in my gave and repeated 3 times what the [censored] are you going to do about it. Then he said if you hit me you will go to jail. And I'm not afraid of you. I told him you walked over to me as the aggressor yelling and making threats. When he was yelling his spit was hitting me on The face. After I pointed out to him he was the agresor he back up and kept yelling. He placed me in a position because he came at me in a threating way and yelling I might have to defend myself. He was extremely unprofessional when their was no need to be. I did not expect to be assaulted over words or threaten. Why he said you don't scare me it's beyond me. I know it's my word against his I do have people that were with me. I feel that his behaviour is dangerous to me and the public and this needs to be dealt with. To keep the community safe or if he does this as his normal response. Please contact me if you want. wrongful ticket and cursing in front of kids!!!
We were parked in front of our building in the loading zone, trying to unload our two sick children, as we have done many times with no problem. I told the PPA that my husband would move the car, as soon as I got the children out. It would have only taken a moment, but he was very impatient, rude and hostile. He threatened to have our car towed if we didn't move it fast enough, and even yelled, cursed and used profanity, in front of our children. His unprofessionalism, and disregard for our two small children was absolutely unbelievable. The reason so many people have an issue with the PPA, is because of employees this this!
It only took 20 secs for my kids get off the car which is in front of our residency (2020 Walnut st). We get a ticket for Violation 129031 C, and fine for $71! but I checked the Parking violations-Philadelphia Traffic Codes, it is not even listed on those codes (129031 C). The closed one i see is 12-903 which is $51 ! So now, PPA officer can give out fines at whatever amount they feel like at that moment?
He did all this just being a jerk!

These people are simply trying to get FREE EZ COMMISSIONS!!! They ticket anyone for anything, EVEN IF YOU DID NOT PARK THERE! I come to my GF's house almost every day after work, and the earliest time that i get there after work is 6pm. Then i have dinner with her family. This Nestle person gave me a ticket on 1/25/11 saying that i parked at "STOP...
