Disappointing Experience with PhotoAffections: Poor Quality and Unhelpful Customer Service
So, I decided to give PhotoAffections a try after seeing a deal on Groupon. I was excited to create some personalized cards for the holidays, but unfortunately, it didn't turn out as I had hoped.
The process of creating the cards online was easy enough, and they arrived fairly quickly. However, when I opened the box, I was disappointed to see that the photos on the cards were extremely blurry. I had used pictures taken by a professional photographer with a high-quality camera, so I was surprised to see such poor quality.
I reached out to customer service for help, and they directed me to a link in my account to submit images of the cards. However, I never received a response from them, even though they claimed to have sent an email. Frustrated, I contacted them again, and they asked me to upload the photos again. I did, but was asked to do so yet again, this time with proper lighting and no flash. I had already done this the first two times, so I was confused as to why it was still an issue.
It's now December 10th, and I still don't have the proper cards to mail out. I'm disappointed with the quality and the lack of response from customer service. I would advise others to use a different service for their card needs.
Overall, my experience with PhotoAffections was not a positive one. While the process of creating the cards was easy, the poor quality of the final product and the lack of helpful customer service left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope that they can improve their services in the future to avoid similar issues for other customers.
Disappointing PhotoAffections Blanket: Poor Quality and Unusable Picture
I recently made a purchase from PhotoAffections and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the end result. I ordered a blanket with a picture of my two dogs on it, which I thought would make for a great gift for my mother. However, when I was creating the blanket, I noticed that I couldn't make the picture smaller, which meant that it would take up the entire blanket. I thought this was a bit strange, but I went ahead with the purchase anyway.
When the blanket arrived, I was pretty disappointed with how it turned out. The picture was way too big and it was impossible to tell what it was supposed to be. It was dull, foggy, and not at all clear or crisp like the sample blankets on the website. Those blankets looked amazing, with every detail visible and the picture looking sharp and clear. But my blanket just looked like two fuzzy blobs, and I couldn't even tell what the picture was supposed to be.
I was so disappointed with the blanket that I ended up throwing it out. And to make matters worse, it was supposed to be a gift for my mother, and now I have to go to a store to find something else for her. I really hate going to stores, I much prefer shopping online, but I guess I don't have a choice now.
Overall, I was really let down by PhotoAffections. I had high hopes for the blanket, but it just didn't live up to my expectations. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality photo gifts.
Deceptive Shipping Practices: My Disappointing Experience with PhotoAffections
I recently ordered some Christmas cards from PhotoAffections and was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. When I placed my order, I was under the impression that my cards would be delivered within 2-4 business days. However, when day 6 rolled around and I still hadn't received my cards, I decided to track the delivery and found out that they wouldn't be arriving until day 9.
Honestly, if I had known it was going to take that long, I probably wouldn't have even bothered making the purchase. It's frustrating to feel like you've been misled during the ordering process. When I reached out to PhotoAffections to try and cancel my order and get a refund, I was told that it wasn't possible. Apparently, processing time has to be added to shipping time, but that was never made clear to me during the ordering process.
As a customer, I feel like I was led to believe that the "estimated shipping date" (which was highlighted in red, mind you) was the date that my order would be received. It's not fair to be deceived like that, and I think that PhotoAffections should be held accountable for their deceptive business practices.
Disappointing Experience with PhotoAffections.com: Incorrect Customization and Poor Customer Service
I recently made a purchase on PhotoAffections.com for a custom photo sherpa blanket as a Christmas present. The website was offering a great special, so I decided to take advantage of it. I uploaded my photos and customized the text to make it extra special for my best friend. I even reviewed the blanket three times before submitting my order and entering payment information.
However, when the blanket arrived, I was disappointed to find that the text was incorrect. I immediately contacted customer service via email and submitted a picture of the mistake. Unfortunately, I never received a response. Feeling frustrated, I decided to try the live chat feature on the website. I spoke with a representative who informed me that they had received my email and that the QA team would review my order and reach out to me within one business day.
To my surprise, I never received a response from the QA team. I decided to try the live chat feature again and spoke with the same representative. They informed me that the QA team had reviewed my order and left a note stating that there was nothing wrong with the blanket. I explained that the text was incorrect and that I had double-checked my order before submitting it. Unfortunately, the representative told me that there was nothing they could do.
It's disappointing to see a company offer such great specials, only to mess up orders and refuse to fix them. Now, I'm left without a Christmas present for my best friend. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with this company.
Exceptional Quality and Service: My Experience with Photo Affections
I recently got a queen size photo blanket from Photo Affections and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed. I added 3 pictures that weren't the best quality, but other photo blanket companies said they wouldn't print well. But I decided to take a chance with Photo Affections and I'm glad I did. The pictures on the bereavement blanket came out clear and exceptional. The quality of the blanket was nice and soft, but it was more like an accent throw than a blanket. Still, it exceeded my expectations.
Feeling confident, I decided to take another chance and get another blanket made as a mother's day gift. This time, I used 14 photos from the 1950s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. I took pictures of these old, cracked photos with my camera phone and tried my best to alter them myself before submitting them for the blanket. Even though the photos I took weren't considered quality, all 14 photos came out exceptionally well. The pictures were clear and lifelike, and the blanket was absolutely beautiful. It made for such a beautiful presentation for a gift.
I just wanted to say thanks again to Photo Affections for doing such a great job. I didn't want my personal pictures on the internet, so I included my receipts of purchase as proof of purchase. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with Photo Affections and would definitely recommend them to others.
Disappointing Experience with PhotoAffections: Incompetent and Deceptive
So, I had a bit of a problem with my order from PhotoAffections. I ordered some gold envelopes, but they sent me plain ones instead. I called customer service and explained the situation, and they said they would send me the correct envelopes on Monday, free of charge. But then, when I checked my bank account, I saw that they had charged me $14.37 for the missing envelopes, even though I had already paid for them. I was pretty annoyed about that, but I figured it was just a mistake and they would fix it.
Well, Monday came and went, and the envelopes didn't arrive. I called customer service again to ask about the envelopes and the bill, and they told me that the bill was an error and that the envelopes were still being printed. I couldn't believe it - they were just gold envelopes, how hard could it be to print them? Anyway, they said they would mail the envelopes that day and I would receive them on Wednesday.
I asked to speak to a supervisor, but they said that wasn't possible. They said they would "escalate" my issue and I would receive a call within 24 hours. But guess what? I never got a call, and I never got the envelopes either. It's now Wednesday night, and I still don't have the correct envelopes. This is really frustrating because I ordered holiday cards and time is running out.
Overall, I would say that PhotoAffections is not a very good company. They seem incompetent and deceptive, and I would definitely recommend avoiding them if you can. It's a shame because their website looks nice and they have a good selection of cards, but if they can't even get a simple order right, how can you trust them with anything else?
Disappointing Experience with PhotoAffections: Delayed Shipping and Poor Customer Service
When I first stumbled upon PhotoAffections, I was impressed with their customer service. I had mistakenly placed two of the same photos on our card, but PA notified me on December 10th that the correction was being made and the order was shipped on the 12th. However, things started to go downhill from there. Apparently, the order sat in Bolingbrook, IL for over a week, and when I tried to call customer service, I was put on hold for a whopping 20 minutes. I then tried the "chat" option online, but the wait was just as long. Finally, when I was able to talk to someone, they told me that USPS was no longer using tracking to speed things up, and that I would receive my order sometime between Wednesday the 16th (this was on the 17th!) and the 18th.
Well, the 18th came and went, and still no order. The tracking number said it was now in Chicago, and today's tracking says it's in Grand Rapids, which is only about 45 minutes away from us. However, I won't receive my CHRISTMAS cards until Christmas Eve. I've sent numerous e-mails, but the only response I received was a copy of my invoice telling me I've been credited for some changes I requested (not sure what that would be) and that they hope I enjoy my order. Oh, and I did receive an e-mail during all this asking if I'd like to request additional cards.
Honestly, I have no idea if I'll ever get my cards and what they'll end up looking like. But one thing's for sure - I will NEVER order from this company again. Once they have your money and your order, they seem to disappear into thin air. It's frustrating and disappointing, especially during the holiday season when you're trying to spread some cheer.
Poor Customer Service and Mixed Up Orders: My Experience with PhotoAffections
I recently ordered 100 Christmas cards from PhotoAffections and unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. When I received my order, I noticed that some of the cards were mixed up with someone else's order. This meant that some of my cards were sent to someone else's house, which was a big problem for me. I immediately tried to contact their customer service through their chat feature, but it took me about 30 minutes to connect with someone.
When I finally got through to someone, they told me that they couldn't help me through chat and that I had to email quality control. I asked to speak to a Manager, but they said that they would have one call me back. Unfortunately, no one ever did. The next day, I received an email from them saying that they would send me another set of 100 cards. However, I didn't want another set of cards, I just wanted a discount on my order. I tried to contact them through chat again, but I couldn't get a hold of anyone. I then called their customer service and waited on hold for about 25 minutes before someone finally connected with me.
When I explained my issue to the customer service representative, she didn't seem to understand my problem. She said that they were willing to send me only 5 more cards, but I didn't want more cards. I just wanted a discount on my order. She then told me that they were having a lot of complaints with their services and that I would have to wait like everyone else. This was very frustrating for me, as I had already waited two days to get a hold of their customer care and I didn't want to wait another two days.
To make matters worse, the customer service representative was very rude and not helpful at all. When I explained that my kids' pictures were now in strangers' homes, she muttered an "Oh My God" in a mocking way. This was very unprofessional and made me feel even more frustrated with their customer service.
Overall, my experience with PhotoAffections was very disappointing. Their customer service was inefficient, rude, and not helpful at all. I will not be ordering from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
Disappointing Experience with Photo Affections Holiday Cards: Poor Quality and Unhelpful Support
So, I recently had an experience with Photo Affections that left me feeling pretty frustrated. I was trying to place an order for some holiday cards, but I ran into an issue with the quality of my photo. I couldn't find a way to request a review of my photo during the checkout process, so I reached out to their support team for help.
After sending an email explaining my concerns, I received a response from Photo Affections within 20 minutes. They told me that my order was under review by their design department and quality team, and that they would contact me if they saw any issues with my order.
A few days later, my order arrived, and I was disappointed to see that the photo on my card didn't look very good. I contacted support again, and they asked me to send some photos so they could review the issue. After a few days of back-and-forth with their support team, they told me that they had printed my order exactly as I had designed and submitted it.
I was pretty upset by this point. I had contacted support before they started my order specifically to avoid this kind of problem, and now I was stuck with cards that I didn't feel comfortable sending out to my friends and family. When I asked for a new order at no cost, they offered me half off instead. I declined, and then they started sending me the same email over and over again from different customer service reps, offering me a shipping refund.
As someone who is 9 months pregnant, I don't have time for this kind of stress. I ordered these cards with plenty of time to spare before the holidays, and I contacted support in advance to avoid any issues. If I had known that the cards would look like this, I would have chosen a different design. I don't understand why they couldn't take care of me, and now I'm stuck sending out cards that I'm embarrassed to share with my loved ones. With only 10 days until Christmas, I don't have the time or money to try again.
Avoid PhotoAffections: Terrible Customer Service and Quality Control Issues
I recently made an order on PhotoAffections for 3 picture coffee mugs as a Christmas gift on December 10th. The website stated that the mugs would arrive before Christmas, but unfortunately, they arrived separately 3-5 days after Christmas. To make matters worse, 2 out of the 3 mugs had quality control issues. One of the mugs had blurry writing and pictures, while the other mug cut off one of my pictures. It's important to note that they sent me proofs to approve, but the proofs didn't match what they sent me.
After contacting customer service, they sent me 2 replacement mugs. The blurry one was corrected, but the one with a picture cut off was still the same. I called again, and they said that this time, they would have the design team send me a new proof to approve and do a physical inspection of it before it ships. However, I never received a proof, and instead, they sent me another identical mug with a bad picture. I had to use chat since their phones were down, and they told me that they use a vendor to print everything, and they can't do the physical inspection. They ended up telling me that they currently can't fix the issue and issued me a refund.
I replied, asking why they couldn't fix the issue, and they said it must be a printer issue, and they will let me know when it's fixed, and then I can reorder. They requested that I send the 3 incorrect mugs back, which I found to be horrible customer service. They should let the customer keep the bad mugs to avoid the customer having to repackage and find somewhere to send the mugs back. They should also be doing the reordering for the customer internally. However, they claimed it was their policy.
Despite sending pictures and agreeing that there was an issue, they gave up and wouldn't fix their problem. At the end of the chat, I requested that a manager call me so we can work something out, but they dodged the question, and I never got a manager. To make matters worse, my wife commented on a post on their Facebook page professionally, letting them know how displeased she was with what happened. However, they deleted her post and blocked her. There was nothing nasty about the comment she left, but they just didn't want a negative comment on their page.
Overall, I would highly recommend avoiding dealing with this company. Their customer service was terrible, and they couldn't fix their mistakes. It's disappointing to see a company not take responsibility for their errors and instead blame it on a printer issue.

Disappointing Experience with PhotoAffections: Grainy Prints and Poor Customer Service
I gotta tell ya, I was really disappointed with my experience using PhotoAffections. I was so excited to create a holiday family photo using their website, but what I got back was a total bummer. The print was all grainy and the colors were way too light. I mean, I uploaded a really nice photo, so I don't know what happened there.
I even sent them a PDF of the original photo to show them what it was supposed to look like, but they just said that what they printed was what I sent them. I mean, come on! I know what my own photo looks like, ya know?
Anyway, they did offer to refund me and send me a return label, which was nice I guess. But it's been two whole weeks and I still haven't gotten my refund or the label. And they keep sending me the same email over and over again, asking for my opinion on their service. Like, hello? I already told you I was unhappy!
Honestly, I don't think they really care about their customers or how to fix a problem. This was my first and last time using PhotoAffections. I think they should change their name to "Photo Afflictions" because that's how I feel after dealing with them.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with PhotoAffections - Would Not Recommend
I had a really bad experience with PhotoAffections. I had ordered invitations for a special event and I needed them by a certain date. I contacted them through live chat and explained my situation, but the representative didn't advise me to expedite my shipping. I waited for a few days and when I didn't receive my order, I called them again to expedite it. However, they couldn't help me and told me that I was worrying for no reason.
I was really frustrated and called them again after four days. This time, they told me that I was jumping the gun and that my order would arrive soon. However, it has been six days now and I still haven't received my order. I called them twice and they didn't help me at all. I felt like they were not taking my concerns seriously and were not willing to help me resolve my problem.
I have used other printing companies in the past and they have always been helpful and responsive. However, PhotoAffections was the worst. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will never do business with them again. I would rather go back to TinyPrints or any other printing company that values their customers and provides good customer service.
Disappointing Experience with Photoaffections Christmas Cards
I recently tried out Photoaffections for my Christmas cards this year. I saw a deal on Groupon and decided to give it a shot after reading some reviews. I had high hopes for the quality, as I've used Shutterfly and Mpix in the past and had great experiences. The proof looked fantastic and the shipping was surprisingly fast. However, when I received the final product, I was extremely disappointed. The brightness on the card and our photos was cranked up way too high, making everything look washed out and overexposed. I was so frustrated that I didn't even bother reaching out to customer service, as I had heard negative things from others who had similar issues. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of waiting or potentially having to pay for them to fix their mistake. Unfortunately, I am now stuck with these subpar cards and will definitely not be using Photoaffections again in the future. It's a shame, as I was really hoping for a better experience.

Disappointing Experience with PhotoAffections: Wrinkled, Ink-Stained Blankets and Poor Packaging
I gotta say, I was pretty stoked when my $224 order from PhotoAffections arrived just in time for Christmas. But let me tell you, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I saw how my blankets were packaged. They were all wadded up in a big pile and shoved into a mailer, leaving them wrinkled and creased. Not a good look, PhotoAffections.
To make matters worse, there were black ink drops all over the blankets that definitely weren't in the photos I uploaded. And get this - the same ink splotches were on a different blanket order I placed too! Come on, PhotoAffections, clean your damn machine printer!
I was planning on giving these blankets as gifts to my siblings, but now I'm not so sure. I mean, who wants a wrinkled, ink-stained blanket? Not me, that's for sure. And to top it all off, these (4) blankets weren't even shipped in individual cellophane packaging. Just wadded up and shoved in a mailer. Disgusting.
I'm out over $200 and feeling pretty ripped off. I should have listened to all the bad reviews I read before placing my order. Lesson learned, I guess. Do yourself a favor and read reviews before ordering from PhotoAffections. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
Terrible Experience with PhotoAffections: Missing Cards and Poor Customer Service
So, I had a pretty bad experience with PhotoAffections. I ordered some photo cards back in November, but when the package arrived, there were no cards inside! Just 40 envelopes. I tried to contact the company through their live chat, but they just told me to wait a few more days. Well, I waited, but the cards never came. So I sent an email asking to cancel the order.
It took over a week for them to even respond to my email! And when they did, they just said they were "looking into the matter." I was getting pretty frustrated at this point, so I decided to call them. But of course, I had to wait on hold for over 15 minutes before I even got to talk to someone. When I finally did get through, I gave them my order number and they said they would look into it. But then they just put me on hold again and never came back! I waited for over 30 minutes before I finally gave up.
I've sent them at least three emails now asking for a refund for the shipping and taxes, but I haven't heard back from them yet. It's been a pretty frustrating experience overall. I was really looking forward to those photo cards, but now I'm not sure if I'll ever get them. I wouldn't recommend using PhotoAffections if you're looking for a reliable company to order from.
Disappointing Experience with PhotoAffections: A Review of Their Christmas Photo Cards
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with PhotoAffections. I was trying to order some Christmas photo cards back in 2015, and I put in my order on December 7th. The website said they'd arrive by December 12th, which was cutting it a little close, but I figured it would be fine. Well, when the cards finally arrived on the 12th, they were for a completely different family! I was pretty upset, as you can imagine.
So I contacted customer service, and they told me they'd print and ship a new order right away. They said I could expect it by December 18th, which was already pushing it in terms of getting them out in time for Christmas. When I told them that wasn't going to work for me, they said they could expedite the shipping and get them to me a day earlier, on December 17th.
Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with how the whole thing was handled. The representatives I talked to didn't seem to care much about my situation, and it took way longer than it should have to get everything sorted out. I mean, come on, this was a pretty big mistake on their part, and I don't think they did enough to make it right.
Long story short, I won't be doing business with PhotoAffections again. It's a shame, because I really liked the design of the cards I ordered, but the customer service just wasn't up to par. If you're thinking about using them for your own photo cards, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
Frustrated with PhotoAffections' Customer Service During Christmas Rush
I gotta say, I'm pretty frustrated with PhotoAffections right now. I've been trying to get in touch with someone for almost an hour and no one is picking up the phone! All I hear is some fancy classical music and a recording telling me that they're super busy and I should just go online to find answers to my questions. But I already did that and I still have some concerns about my Christmas order.
I ordered three things for Christmas and one of them I asked for a proof. They sent me an email saying that they have the proof ready and I need to approve it ASAP or else they're just gonna print it and send it out. But I have some questions about the proof and I can't get anyone on the phone to help me out!
I mean, I get it, it's a busy time of year and everyone is trying to get their Christmas cards and gifts sorted out. But come on, PhotoAffections, you gotta have some customer service reps available to help out your customers! I'm starting to regret ordering from them and I haven't even received my items yet.
Anyway, if anyone from PhotoAffections is reading this, please pick up the phone! I need some help with my order and I can't do it all online. And if anyone else is thinking about ordering from them, just be aware that their customer service might not be the best.
Mixed Experience with PhotoAffections: Graduation Invitations
I had a bit of a hiccup with my order from PhotoAffections, but overall I'm pretty satisfied with the experience. I had to wait a bit to order my graduation invitations due to some conflicts, but once I finally placed my order I opted for rush printing and overnight delivery to make sure they arrived in time. Unfortunately, when they arrived on a Tuesday I realized that I was short 50 envelopes.
I immediately reached out to PhotoAffections through their online contact form to let them know about the issue. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response the very next morning (on a Wednesday) letting me know that they would refund the rush printing and overnight shipping fees, and that they would be shipping more envelopes to me. They also promised to send me an email as soon as the envelopes had been shipped.
I did receive an email on Thursday letting me know that the envelopes had been shipped, but unfortunately they wouldn't be arriving until Monday. I was a bit disappointed that they weren't shipped overnight like I had requested, since that meant that the remainder of my invitations would be delayed by a week. I could have gone out and purchased 5x7 envelopes myself three days ago if I had known that the shipping would take this long.
All that being said, the invitations themselves look great. I'm really happy with how they turned out, and I think they'll be a hit with my friends and family. Overall, I think PhotoAffections did a pretty good job, even if there were a few hiccups along the way.
Disappointing Experience with Photo Affections: Delayed Shipping and Poor Customer Service
My experience with Photo Affections was not good at all. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for a long time, but this year was a complete disaster. I received a notification on December 9th that my package was ready to be shipped, but it never left their facility. I had to call them and remind them to send it out, which was very frustrating. The representative on the phone told me that it had already been shipped days ago and blamed the delay on USPS. However, I found out later that day that my package had just been sent out and was not in the hands of USPS yet.
To make matters worse, I paid for expedited shipping, but it was a complete waste of money. My package sat in a box somewhere for four days before it was finally shipped out. This delay ruined my Christmas gifts that needed to be sent out with cards on the 14th. I was very disappointed with the service I received from Photo Affections and will never use them again. I give them a 0 out of 10 and do not recommend them to anyone.
Holiday cards
I have ordered Holiday cards from PhotoAffections website and was disgusted with the result. Cards were very poorly printed, colors were dark, and several cards were missing. These scammers refused to refund me!
I was in contact with then for a long time and after weeks of arguing they finally said they'll give me a partial refund. I spent over $100 on these cards and they offered me $10!
Are you kidding me? I will never deal with them again and I advise everyone to do the same!
