Don't do it! I ordered 2 weeks ago for my girlfriends birthday on March 10th. They were to deliver between 11am - 3pm. I got an email from customer service at 4:30 pm... the day of scheduled delivery, asking me for extra money because of the distance from the local flower shop to the place of delivery. And that they could not deliver until the following day until i agreed to pay the extra fee. Unbelievable!

The flourist lied about attempting to deliver on the order date, they will say anything to wash themselves of responsbility. Cannot be trusted

Conduct is misleading and deceptive.

Service is poor.

On the website it says “Satisfaction Guarantee “

“•On time delivery
•No Hidden Costs
•Refund or replace, if not satisfied”

This is also a lie.

Do not use this Indian based company which pretends to be global. I feel I have been scam.

Stand up for yourselves fellow internet consumers!

Please be noted that the delivery attempt was already made on 14th Feb, but the recipient did not answer the call made by our local agents to confirm her availability. And if the recipient doesn't respond, How would you expect us to go ahead with the delivery .The florist has done their job by attempting for delivery on 14th Feb as requested but the delivery stayed unsuccessful as the recipient was not available. And also we felt that delivering it to house would be safer than delivering it to school address.
This was the main reason for the delayed delivery and it was not our fault.
And then the order was sent out for delivery after confirming with the recipient and was delivered on 17th Feb with recipients confirmation and indeed recipient is happy with the delivered product.

The issue is that I paid for flowers to be delivered on valentines day, not 2 days later at the florist's convenience. As you know, flowers are priced more expensively on this festive day. I did not get the service I ordered and this makes me angry.

Give me a refund as agreed below or i will lodge a complaint with the Australian ACCC and Singapore CASE. This entire conversation will be forwarded onto the local regulators.

Your local florist called and wants to deliver the flowers to us today. This is absolutely ridiculous as I paid for flowers to be delivered on valentines day (paying a large premium to do so), not 2 days the event after at their choosing. We do not want the flowers anymore.

Please refund me my money immediately or I will lodge a complaint with the Australian ACCC and Singapore CASE.

I think is company is not legitimate. I ordered a gift basket and paid for next day delivery. My credit card was charged immediately but no delivery and no communication regarding delay or problems. When I inquired a few days after the intended delivery date, a call center employee reading from a script repeatedly told me that the order experienced “technical difficulties” which she couldn’t explain. Was it the address? Was it the credit card? Was delivery attempted? She could not answer these questions. Nor could she transfer me to someone who could. A legitmate company would have contacted me about delivery problems or at least been able to identify the issues. I don’t think the delivery was ever intended. The call center person was quick to point out that they would credit my charge card and I received an email to that effect. Now, they have my identifying information as well as my credit card info. I order online all the time. This is the first time I have ever felt like I was scammed. I have notified the appropriate German consumer agency, my bank and VISA. Mistakes will happen - this didn't feel like a mistake. It felt like fraud.

Pickupflowers.com is a big rip off. They did not deliver the gift basket for an anniversary as promised. I ordered three days in advance. When I called to find out why it was not yet delivered, someone in INDIA, said it would be delivered by 7 pm. It is now 10 pm, they have gone to bed but my CC has been charged. I live in Toronto, Canada. Why is it that someone in INDIA is answering my call to the US number? I will never use these people again, and nor should anyone else.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, let me elaborate.
Talked with the online support which let me waiting for 45 minutes after accepting my chat and after answering few questions.

I live in a country which does not speak English, and the website does not support other characters than English, so asked the support, Andrew Curtis (obviously a fake name) told me that I should write the address in local language at the special requirements box. I did so.

later on I received an email containing the characters "?" instead of the important, fundamental instructions given. Worried the flowers would not arrive (as people do not speak English here, and certainly not their "partners"), I went back to the chat again and realized it would take a LOT LONGER to have someone talking to me. As they got the customer's money already, the service was slower and the same Andrew Curtis told me (50 min. later) he didn't say what the said. Told me as a lair!
Also the emails you receive with the chat transcription will be EDITED for their own convenience.
Right at this moment I am trying to talk with their terrible customer service again. When I logged in, it was displayed I should wait 3 minutes, however I am already waiting and sending them messages for the past 48 minutes and NOTHING.
After all this time wasted, the representative "left" the chat. He was never there.
The agreed day had the flowers delivered, however its VERY VERY VERY different, the cheapest option available, different color, different arangement, different flowers, very poor quality and dirty.They blame a thirty party but obviously is becaus eof the little money they might give to their partners, this cannot be done. VERY VERY bad experience.
Need to have my money back via PayPal. But the most important, the FLOWERS, the person will not get. At least I didn't use credit card!
If you are unsure about them (pickupflowers.com) I will help you with a decision: NO! STAY AWAY. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

pick up flowers? really a big joke, they don't deliver. i ordered 2 sets of flowers for my mom and her boss days before mother's day and up until now there is still no delivery, i even called hongkong line and they told me that it will be delayed but they will deliver, my mom even called the to follow-up but still no delivery at all, worst is i'm trying to contact them but nobody answers the phone, it's not just waste of money, it's also a waste of time and effort, if you still have conscience refund my payment! no one will get rich by fooling someone else.

Ordered flowers for a family funeral.
Received email 30 hours after funeral to say could not deliver due to area !
Why the hell did they approve the order after so called checking ?
Just been on live chat who state i will receive refund in 3-5 days ..
Absolutely heart broken that this has happened.
Appauled and shattered.
Apparently emails and refunds take that long !

Standard hogwash. I have experienced everything mentioned here as well: no delivery, excuse after excuse about it being outside of some transit area even though the delivery address is in downtown Hamburg, Germany, lies, refusal to refund my money, etc. etc. Worst of all, you have to CONTACT THEM once you realize that nothing was delivered. Also, expect them to repeatedly try to bully you to "give them one more day to deliver." Spoiler alert: they do not deliver. I had to begin a dispute process with my credit card company hoping to reverse this rip off charge. Worst experience ever...I could not believe it.

Pretty much what everyone has said already. Flowers never arrived but they insist they delivered and when asked to provide their local distributor and contact number so I can chase it up personally, they can't. Then they say they'll look into it themselves and get back to you, but never do. Customer service is abysmal. I live in Australia and their Australian support phone number doesn't even ring! Obviously not even connected! Trying to get a proper response via online chat is painful as they seem incapable of understanding what "good customer service" means and just fob you off and leave you hanging if they don't like the complaints you're making - i.e.. don't want to deal with you. I've made an official complaint against them with http://www.bbb.org as I noticed they had an American address. Hopefully this will lead to something! I refuse to let these scammers get away with this so will be making a very vocal complaint against them wherever I can, including credit card companies that deal with them and paypal who I used to pay them.

NO delivery.Lost in transit so cancelled order but didnt tell me. I found out after i live chat them to check if it had been delivered to my mum on holiday in jamica (we in uk) It was her 60th birtdhay and we were sending flowers and and a teddy as a surprise.They totally messed that up for us. Now have to wait 4-5 business days for refund.

Most dissapointing service you could find... my order never got processed stating that the credit card could not be processed, the login given to me never worked as it stated disabled.. so there is no way for me to trace back. When i used the live chat to check the agent stated that i have use another email address and make a new order. that mean i had create another email just to place an order from them hah... most pathetic service

This has been the most terrible and frustrating experiences. I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. And they never reached her on the day. I had to keep calling the UK customer care number, and get on the live chat every few hours to check, and they kept telling me it would be delivered before 7pm. When I called them at five minutes past 7p, they tell me that their delivery timings are over for the day, and they would deliver the next day. A day later, I am still trying to get them to deliver the flowers, and they tell me they will take another day. Unbelievable!

The customer care seems really unprofessional, irresponsible, and hardly concerned that deliveries meant for a particular day do not reach their recipient on time.

I would not suggest this service to anyone. I would say even if you had to pay a little bit more somewhere else, it is worth doing that.

It appears theis company does not know when valentines day is. It must have been my boyfriends fault for asking delivery to take place on valentines day and not thee 14the February 2012, Now, 7days later, and still waiting for thee flowers, I wonder when theey theink valentines day is? Would be interesting to see when and if thee flowers ever do get delivered.

For a company theat operates in a 1st world country, theeir service is lower thean theat of a 3rd worlds country. I would not recommend any person to use theeir service should theey wish to stay in good books withe theeir partners as you can be assured of just one theing from theis company...thee gift u purchase will not be delivered. Until finding theis site I theought maybe it was a once off mess up cos of thee busy period but as you go therough theis website, you will find many otheer similar complaints.

I recently ordered flowers through this company. First on the website it states total price with delivery and subsequently charge extra for delivery. I chatted on line and customer service had no answer. After I closed the chat, they offered my 15% discount which I did not see. I placed the order to be delivered in the prime location of Singapore. Delivery was not done in time with excuse unavoidable circumstances and too far. I sent many messages to customer service for discount promised. No reply so far. I have no feed back of quality from the recipient so far.
I found the company unprofessional and unreliable.

Personally they don't even deserve one star but I can't leave zero stars - STAY AWAY from this waste of time company.

I placed an order to be delivered, all details and contact details were provided at point of order, the delivery day came and went NOTHING. I called to chase first thing the following day and was greeted by mediocre customer services at best, all the advisors that I talked to were more interested in talking over me rather than actually listening - VERY FUSTRATING.

I wish I stuck with Interflora rather than wasting time and money with this company, the order has been cancelled, lets see if I get a refund. This was meant to be a happy occasion but PickupFlowers destroyed that.

PLEASE SAVE DISAPPOINTMENT AND FUSTRATION - STAY AWAY FROM PICKUPFLOWERS

If you want to spoil your special occasions, choose pickupflowers.com. they are professionals in spoiling your sentiments and occasions.
I had a terribly bad experience with them. I regret for not looking at the reviews before placing the order. Their website is glorious and they claim to be international level service providers. Everything goes great untill you place the order. Even the chat executives are so cordial.
But once you place the order, your misery starts. the order never gets delivered on the mentioned date. And when you follow up, no one has any information when the order will get delivered or the current status.
I place my order on 30th october for delivery date of 1st November and even until 15 November. The executives on chat and on hyberabad office are pathetic and doesnt hold any customer centric approach. They only know how to give false commitment and cheat.
I would never recommend anyone to place their orders here. We might be using their services for some very special occasions like gifting our loved ones on exactly their birthday or anniversary. These useless crooks spoil all these sentiments. And they dont even regret for doing this unprofessional job.
