Pink Superstore Merchandise never received

I purchased a pink guitar and guitar stand from the Pink Superstore through Amazon.com on November 22, 2011. This was to be a gift for my daughter for Christmas from Santa Claus. I never received a delivery confirmation email. Seven days after purchase I tried to contact the Pink Superstore via telephone number only to find that the phone number had been disconnected. I did send an email via the Pink Superstore website and did not hear back from them. I then Googled Pink Superstore and was disheartened to find that they have 27 complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau, and countless complaints on complaintsboard.com all in regards to the Pink Superstore receiving payment on purchased items (from unsuspecting customers) and the customers never receiving the merchandise. I have contacted my credit card company and they are assisting in getting my money refunded. I am upset and feel foolish that I didn't research this company prior to paying hard-earned money for merchandise with no hope of ever receiving it. I am also disappointed that I won't be able to see the delight on my daughter's face Christmas morning when she opened her pink guitar! BUYER BEWARE!

I just talked to them so I know they are still there. They sent me 2 guitars for my girls just in time for Christmas. They are nice people. The number I have is [protected]. I've noticed that most of the complaints on here are very old.

Pink Superstore Keep in contact if you want to have your order shipped in a timely manner!

First let me mention that it was my mistake chosing to order from this company before doing more research. I got the link to PinkSuperstore.com off of Amazon.com as a sponsored company, so I almost automatically assumed that it would be ok to order from them. I placed an order on Nov 18, and immediately received a confirmation e-mail with my order # and order information. They deducted the $$ from my credit card the following day, and I thought, Great! I'll be seeing it soon. A couple days went by and I became nervous because I never got any shipment confirmation e-mail or tracking number. I begain researching online to get contact information for the company...and what was one of the first things to pop up when I typed into Google? Pink Superstore Complaints. Rated F by the Better Business Bureau. Notorious for terrible correspondence and customers never receiving their merchandise. On Nov 22 I immediatly went on their website (http://www.pinksuperstore.com/contact.html) and wrote them an e-mail with my order number, what I ordered, and that I needed to have it shipped out immediately because I needed it NO LATER THAN Dec 2. To be safe, I responded to my order confirmation e-mail the same message. I even went onto Amazon.com and sent an e-mail to the Pink Superstore on their behalf. I wanted to make sure I covered my bases because they are very unreliable as all these complaints have mentioned. I patiently waited for them to respond...and still nothing. I called the number [protected]) which is only Voice Mail, and I decided I'd rather have proof of all of my correspondence, who knows when someone would actually check the messages! I was about to call today, Nov 26, but I figured that I'd send out some more e-mails. I sent one through their website, and one through the response of my order confirmation ([protected]@pinksuperstore.com). I threatened that if I didn't get a response of when my order was shipped and the tracking number by the end of the business day today (5:00pm EST), I would immediately cancel my order. 3 1/2 hours later I FINALLY get an e-mail from [protected]@pinksuperstore.com (Dan Hansen) with my tracking number. Funny thing about it is, the shipping date wasn't until Nov 22 - 3 full days after my initial order. I figured that they were probably in no hurry to ship it out until they received my e-mail Nov 22. Thankfully, the UPS Tracking says that it is scheduled to be delivered by Dec 2, so that's the most important thing. HOPEFULLY it will be here by Dec 2, and it will be worth this unneccessary hassle.
If you are to order from this company - BEWARE! It's not worth the worry of wondering if you'll ever get your merchandise, or having to threaten them that you'll cancel your order to get any sort of correspondence from them.

Hello,

I also wish I did more research before placing this order! I have contacted Pink Superstore 7 times (via sales@pinkstore.com, dhanley@pinksuperstore.com, and voicemail) since ordering on April 29, 2011 and no response... not even a UPS Tracking #. I am very frustrated as I ordered 2 Garden Tool Tote Sets for my mother in-law and mother which was needed by Mother's Day! I will be filing a claim with my bank for receipt of merchandise and go on a last minute Mother's Day shopping spree!

Thanks for placing your review.. I only wish I had seen all of these sooner. :(

Pink Superstore Rated F by the Better Business Bureau

The pink superstore is the worst online retailer I have ever dealt with. 1. They are rated F by the better business bureau. 2. You will not receive an order number or any contact at all from the pink superstore. 3. The contact link on their website is not functional. They obviously do not want to hear from customers. 4. They have zero customer service. You can call and leave a message or send an email to [protected]@pinksuperstore.com but you will not get a reply. 5. They are known for charging customers and failing to send the merchandise. 6. There have been 24 complaints filed against this business in the last 36 months. 7. There is no reason to order from this fraudulent company. All products can be found elsewhere from legitimate retailers.

I ordered 2 guitars for my kids from another website only to find out last minute they weren't coming. Then I emailed Pink Superstore and found out that they had some in stock and could ship right away. I placed the order and they got here just in time! Thanks to Pink Superstore Christmas Was Saved! I will continue to be a regular shopper.

I ordered 3 guitars a couple weeks ago and received them in 3 days! When I saw these complaints from a couple years ago I had to add my 2 cents. I am now and will remain a loyal customer. Thanks Pink Superstore!

You guys DO NOT reply in a timely fashion! I emailed through amazon 2 times and was sent some bogus response days later that even the customer service rep for amazon did not understand.I called several times and ALWAYS got voicemail. I honestly didn't think anyone worked there. I placed my order on Dec 1. Estimated arrival was between Dec 6-11 by 8 pm. Did not get it. Had to call amazon and file complaint. After that was when I finally got a response saying your doc workers had be on strike, but that my order was on its way & my shipping was refunded. Well guess what!? I FINALLY received my order today & it's the wrong stuff! Now I know from experience how it is to work in a warehouse. I've been a freight handler for a high end retail/food-service company for years. But from the issues I've had dealing with this company and reading the other complaints ( of which are all petty much the same complaint) this is VERY unacceptable. Thanks for ruining my big surprise I was hoping to have for my daughter.

I ordered 2 pink garden trowels and there is no longer a phone # listed anywhere for this company. The old 888 # that I found online no longer is in service and today I went online & their website is no longer up. When I contacted them via e-mail 10 days after I ordered my products to ask when they would send my order they said they were waiting on one of the products to arrive so they could ship them together. I definitely agree with flowerbomb their customer service is non existent and if they don't have the product available they should've listed it as such on their website. They clearly don't know what their doing. I've contacted them today to cancel the order & after the July 4th holiday I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.

They are terrible at correspondence. I contacted them 5 times within 8 days, and only got a response back after I threatened to cancel my order.

Pink Superstore Failure to deliver

On Jan 21st I ordered an in stock pink guitar for my daughter. I paid via pay pal over $40. 7 days went by with no email, no tracking #. The company took payment on the 21st. I waited until the 31st and then filed a complaint with the BBB (which the co. has 17 complaints with in the past yr), I also filed a complaint with PayPal. This past sunday I finally heard from them after they found out about the complaints that the guitar was out of stock. Mind you this is 12 days after payment accepted and complainrs filed, I have still not received this item. Do not purchase from them. You will not get your item!

Pink Superstore Pink Superstore took payment and merchandise was never received!

On May 4, 2009, I ordered a pink KidKraft Step N Store and paid $36.00 plus $10.95 for shipping. My credit card was charged $46.95 on May 5th. I have sent three emails and left a voice message for Dan Hansen [protected]) regarding this matter and have not received a response, nor have I received the merchandise. I hope you read this before ordering anything from this "company". I have never had a problem with any merchant online before and I find Dan Hansen's lack of response appalling! It's been a month and the only communication I've received has been an email from Paypal indicating the Pink Superstore received payment. Please think twice before ordering anything from the Pink Superstore. Dan Hansen has not even tried to offer an excuse for his inability to provide the merchandise that I paid for. If a rebuttal to this complaint is offered by the "company", don't believe it until I have indicated that the merchandise from the Pink Superstore has been received. Until then, BUYER BEWARE! If you're ripped-off, you can't say that you weren't warned! I only wish I had paid attention before allowing myself to be ripped-off!

Thank you! I received my pink Step N Store today and I’m very happy! I wish you had provided more communication along the way, but it was worth waiting for. It’s just want I wanted and I am now a VERY happy, SATISFIED, customer. Thanks again from Sugar Land, Texas.

I placed my order April 29, 2011 for 2 Garden Tool Tote Gift Sets -1 for my mother and mother in-law. Other than the 1st email confirmation after I placed the orderI have not received a response since! Not in regards to WHEN MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED or even a UPS tracking #. I have contacted the company 7 times via email, superstore website, and voicemail. I also stressed that I needed this no later than Mother's Day which is due in 2 days!

If I do not get a response by the end of today I will have to go on a last minute Mother's Day shopping spree. I will also file a claim with my bank against Pink Superstore as I have been charge 1 week ago and did not receive merchandise! I found this company through Amazon and assumed they were legit... now I wish I had done my research on Pink Superstore sooner!

I ordered a pink baby grand piano for my granddaughters birthday for £71.00 on 23rd May 2011. When it didn't arrive I tried to contact Pink Superstore. There was no telephone number listed on their website and only an e mail available. I have e mailed 3 times without any response to date and still haven't received the piano. In the UK we have organisations that you can complain to and they will take the case up on your behalf. These are government funded and free of charge is there an equivalent in the US? I have since read other complaints on the internet about this company and it seems they have done this several times before. Why are they still able to trade?

I have also had problems with the Pink Superstore. I ordered the pink tool kit in August of 2012 and it is now October. They charged my card immediately for the $50 item which includes shipping. I have never recieved my item and ALL of my attempts at emailing and have obviously been ignored. I have not had luck finding a phone number to contact them only via email. I am one very upset customer and will make sure EVERYONE knows how this company has ripped me off and refuses to respond to my attempts at contacting them. I will now be forced to see what my credit card company can do to help...if they can. BUYER BEWARE INDEED!

I am posting to warn you about ordering from this site.
No tracking number with their confirmation.
No response to messages sent by email inquiring about non-delivery.
No response to messages sent from their website.
No response to phone messages.
Wish I had seen the "F" from the Better Business Bureau before purchasing.

This company is bogus. Their address is bogus. My credit card was charged for the little girls vanity table $220.00 and I never received the product. I have had no recourse and it is very frustrating. I have tried to contact them numerous times and have been very unsuccessful. They will take your money, guaranteed.

I have orderd a pink acoustic guitar for my daughter on August 28th... it is now September 16th. I have sent 2 emails and left 2 voicemessages and nothing! I too only received an email from Paypal saying that my order was paid for, and absolutely nothing else. My daughter asks for her guitar everyday! All I want is for someone to call me back and tell me if it's been shipped. I order online ALL THE TIME because I live in such a secluded town, and this is the only merchant that I've had a hard time getting ahold of and has also taken a long time to send the merchandise. I am still waiting! I was just looking at Sugarland, Texas's comments and she said she ordered something on May 4th, then said she got it July 8th? Is it really going to take 2 months? ---Lisa from Montana

I see the person who wrote this complaint also posted a retraction and yet it is still here. Why is that? Anyway I ordered some pink garden tools for the wife and they arrived as agreed. Great products too.

I agree on Jan 20th i ordered an electric pink guitar they charged me $110. I have called many times and left many messages i have also sent many emails but still no response.
