I cancelled my subscription but Wholesale Deals still took the money out of my account.
I cancelled my subscription on the 21st Jan before the renewal date of £69.99. WholesaleDeals still took the money out of my account on the 23rd. I have contacted them on their website a number of times and also wrote a letter to their London address asking for the £69.99 refund without any success. I would like a refund of £69.99 from them and an assurance my subscription has been cancelled - I don’t want this to happen again next year.
Desired outcome: Refund of my £69.99 and assurance this will not happen again.

Refund on my subscription.
I registered an account with wholesale deals wasn't asking for too much I just wanted Philips distributor how ever I couldn't find any. No value for money whatsoever please stay away they don't have any deals. I have tried to cancel from PayPal as they suggested on their site however I still don't have my money back that I already paid 2 days ago. I think it is ridiculous I have to cancel my subscription from PayPal and not from their site. I want a full refund please thanks.
Desired outcome: I will like my full refund of £69.99 I paid for their one year subscription.

I logged onto the site and paid 34.99 and I canceled it straight away as it wasn't appropriate to my needs I therefore upgraded to the 40.00 plan. Both plans were canceled within 24 hours. And I shouldn't be paying for 2 plans
I made immediate contact to cancel them. I appreciate that they may be entitled to a fee but not for both.
I am banging my head against a brick wall with offers to extend my subscription for 12 months I don't trust the responses I am receiving throwing web addresses to me of possible wholesalers I don't Want them I just want a refund.
This is my first step in a dispute that I will not let go.
Be a descent business and send my refund. I work in business and this is not the way to conduct business
Desired outcome: Partial refund for one of the two plans and keep my account closed...

Unauthorized money deduction from our bank account.
We bought their 1 Month Service Package which was 14.99 pounds on 19 November 2021, just to try. But we realized in the first 10-15 days that their service is no good value for money and after that we did not used it either, thinking that since it is one month package let it expire. But Wholesaledeals.co.uk has been quietly making unauthorized money deduction from our bank account for the next two months of December 2021 and also in January 2022, i think they will be doing it for coming months but we talked to our bank also about this. We noticed this lately from our statements and we sent them email but we did not get any reply yet. They even did not send any invoice email for all these unauthorized deductions they have been quietly making from our bank account. So guys be careful when you hand over your payment card information to them.
Desired outcome: We have written to wholesaledeals.co.uk for refund but we still await their response

Scam - no option to cancel subscription
Please avoid wholesaledeals.co.uk
1. They charging you via PayPal for subscription
2. There is no option to cancel subscription on their website
3. They blocking your account if you complain
4. They sending emails about 100% money back guarantee, but never pay back:) By the way, you can only expect emails from them if you are starting to add negative comments about their website
5. No company name on web site
6. Contact form doesnt work (sent some messages, been told but tgeir aganet that they never received them)
It is a scam
Desired outcome: want my money back - they charged me today. If not, will request that via my bank
Resolved, money returned
There is no deals in the site, this is a scam
this site doesn't offer any deal at all, they are just normal retailers. I am not happy with the service was expecting real deals but it is not what you get. And the site is so complicated, it is not easy to find an item in there. I have contacted them twice but no reply they are just ignoring my complaint. I want a full refund.

Payment
I cancelled the subscriptions as soon as i had set them up on the same evening as i was not aware of certain criteria.
They deducted from me
£14.99
£39.99
£69.99
I was advised that i cannot get my money back as it cancels the contract, not the money paid, this is totally misleading and unacceptable.
They do not respond to any of my messages, the only message i received was this:
Dear Gary,
Thank you for contacting Wholesale Deals.
According to our records, you have first purchased our monthly Deals Database membership and then upgraded it to our yearly Deals Database membership with our One Time Offer. Your monthly Deals membership was therefore cancelled and £14.99 was immediately refunded to your credit card. You will see this refund in your card statement in the coming days. Also please note cancelling a subscription cancels the contract for the subscription, not the payments already made.
I hope this answers your query, however should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely,
Atmaja
