Fraudulent seller
We purchased a MYGA account through PlayerAuctions for $350. Shortly after paying for the account and using it for a few days the account was banned on MTGA. We have requested Playerauctions to be plain their business risk process to verify identity of seller. Playerauctions says they have contacted the seller but provide no evidence. They also provide no surety that the sellers playerauctions account is now been blocked by Playerauctions.
Desired outcome: Playerauctions should explain processes to verify sellers. They should provide evidence on how contact details are verified. Show evidence that seller now blocked. They should refund us and show some accountability.

Complete runaround and nothing but asking the same stupid questions over and over
I sold an account for $1,000 over a month ago. I have been a PA member for over 10 years which means nothing to this company apparently. The original phone number I registered account under I no longer have access to. I emailed them 2 week's ago so I can get the "pin" number that I need in order to change the bank account info where I want my money to be deposited to changed. For over 2 weeks now I get the same stupid questions... "can you send a clearer pic, can you change this to a jpeg format"? I have done EVERYTHING you have asked and sent multiple pics daily and all I need is my NEW phone number added. Total runaround and I have $860 of MY money sitting there and can't get deposited into my bank because they refuse to help me change my phone number. My current ticket number # (1350835)

I would not use Playerauctions. Their business model is flawed. They have no way to vet customers are not fraudsters. We purchased an account for $350 to only have the account illegally hacked shortly after purchased. The account was then permanently banned from the MTGA platform. I would not use this service provider as they are incapable of manage risk effectively.

Account sale
My offers were hidden due to a misunderstanding of the facts by their agent, who is now ignoring my emails, I have sent multiple emails with all the evidence and arguments, all of which have been completely ignored.
Absolutely pathetic service and the most incompetent staff ever.
The buyer is a rude and fraudulent individual and the Player auction staffer is forcing me to comply with the scammer's demands instead of resolving the dispute through arbitration. He has no idea what he is doing, clear incompetence.

The actual problem:
The buyer took the new account information I had given to him and secured it, and then stopped responding. He is neither replying nor closing the second dispute. On the other hand, the support guy Zack keeps sending me the same copy-paste message: "That said, please continue communicating with your buyer and assist him in resolving the issue he raised with us."
The buyer is not replying to me, how on earth do you expect me to contact him?

Took my money
I was trying to buy a fortnite account for 79 dollars and when I tried to purchase it, it failed and for some reason and it took my money. Scammed me
At the end of August of 2022, I purchased a Valorant account for $400. With this purchase I added the $40 after-sale protection which is supposedly helps the buyer get their money back in the case that the seller reclaims the account. This protections is said to last a year. On the 14th of September, I was kicked off the account and the seller reclaimed the account. I messaged the seller asking if they reset the password to no response. I filed a dispute with the seller, but PlayerAuctions sided with them and let them keep the account. On the 21st of December, the seller responded to me on PlayerAuctions' onsite messaging system stating,"Yes, I reset the password and got my account back." I then filed a ticket on PlayerAuctions telling them that they admitted to reclaiming the account, meaning that I should get refunded for the $400. On January 4th, PlayerAuctions said that it would take 48 hours to get the refund back. I have messaged them multiple times since then and still have not gotten my refund. I paid an extra $40 to prevent this from happening yet they are ignoring me.
Desired outcome: I hope they finally refund me my $400 after nearly 4 months.
It is quite literally the seller of the account admitting that they reclaimed the account. You stated that since it was randomly sent three months afterwards that it was not evidence. I bought the after sale protection that lasts 180 days yet you say it is too long after. On your website under "What evidence can I send for a dispute," it is stated that "Any conversations with the seller about your account being reclaimed" can be used as evidence. This is proof enough that the account was taken as stated by your own rules.
Here is their help telling me that after reviewing my evidence they will be setting up the refund. As you can see by PlayerAuctions' response to this complaint they have no coordination between themselves as they are now saying that they do not have enough evidence. In the screenshot they say, "rest assured that we will return the money owed."

Got suspended out of nowhere while completing the order
I am a seller on Playerauction when i was completing an order, I got suspended out of nowhere. I have been selling on playerauction for like a month now and suddenly i got suspended. Mail said my account got suspended due to risk management policies and industry compliance. Its strange because I was careful and didn't breach anything in the agreement. Every document I provided to playerauction were legitimate and every account that i sold was correct and legit aswell. Every customer that I have dealt with gave me a 5 star review (got like a 95% of good reviews) and I never had a dispute with any of my buyers. Disbursement on hold
Been waiting for them to respond for my email since December 18 regarding with a Disbursement issue being on hold until this day. I don't even know the reason why they put it on hold whilst a successful order transaction with this ID 9845576. Is there any way to speed this up since Christmas is coming up and I really need my money back. So i bought an overwatch account, i changed the email, profile, region and password and take it as mine, now after 1 or 2 weeks, there was an email that has sent to mine saying that the account email was changed and i can't log in to that account that i bought. now i tried to dispute the case in playerauction and the seller said that it was my problem and not his, how does that my problem alone. i have proofs of the account email change, i even tried to contact blizzard but they said that the account was in another player. and that being said, i still lost the dispute(playerauction) when there is a proof that the account email has changed and i don't have any access to it. i think this was a scam for me. i felt very frustrated about the case. the seller was like something spanish, and i have an email that came to me in spanish language, i think he filed a ticket before selling the account to me, in the ticket it says something like compromising or something resetting the account

The seller already took back the account, but no playerauction support is investigating the case, the seller even change the battle tag of the overwatch account that i bought. This is my first time using playerauction and this is the last time too. They always favoring the seller
The seller said he got nothing to do with the account he sold, since it already sold, but how about and why the email i got received from before the account got compromise was his name (Mariano is the name of the seller i bought the account) It's either he filed a ticket and blizzard responds goes to my email since i changed the email of the account. so this is not enough proof that the account was recover by none other than the seller(Mariano) himself?, i properly asked the seller to help me and just recover the account if it was not his doing, but he doesn't care at all and always said that he can't do anything while i said that he has a big chance if he's the one who recovered the account and just give it to me again via email or playerauction message, the seller was very unprofessional.

I know that the transaction was made outside and I m not blaming playerauctions for that...but one thing I must say you can't support a scammed...Naresh021 must be banned!... he sold that account and new buyer using it... since I have access to that account I m continously consuming that new buyers in game credits and I will do that continously...
