On February of last year I went to PlayerUp to sell a Clash Royale account. The agreed value was $1700 and the process was going well. The account was handed over and after a month the money still wasn't released by PlayerUp (btw, out of the $1700 they pretty much "stole" (took) $300 as fee, which was higher than announced in their website, and I was going to only receive $1400. But I guess it was okay.
Fast foward a couple more weeks, the account I "sold" and that the new owner has been using for a month and half got banned (that's the risk of buying accounts and I warned the new owner about it). That's where the trouble started. The new owner came back to PlayerUp to complain and they ended up putting our case on hold. It has been 1 year and 8 months now.
The buyer and I ended up agreeing (all this talk was done inside their website, inside the conversation with the admin) to split the money, $700 for each, so that the trouble could end.
Ever since we decided that, over a year ago, PlayerUp never responded to us again. They robbed us.
