However, after five days had passed, I still had not received an official response from PlayerUp. Upon checking my bank account, I saw that they had eventually refunded the money. Unsatisfactory Experience Selling Account Through PlayerUp: Delayed Payment and Hidden Fees
Unfortunately, my experience with PlayerUp (playerup.com) was unsatisfactory. I sold an account and gave the credentials to the buyer, who confirmed delivery. However, when I opened a ticket to get paid, I was given an ETA of 24-144 hours. I followed up with their support team on multiple occasions, but received no response. After taking my account back temporarily, I left a negative review, which resulted in being contacted by PlayerUp and asked to delete my review. I gave the account back to the buyer, but was then added to another waiting list and had to wait over 4 days to receive payment.
According to their Seller's Guide, payments are sent within 1-144 hours after the buyer confirms the account. However, when I sold my account for $180, I was charged a fee of 5.4% on top of that, causing me to receive just $156.6. Additionally, I had to pay the buyer's and my own payment processor's fee (10% buyer + 3% mine). When I finally received payment, PayPal took an additional $8.76 from me, leaving me with only $147.84. After chatting with their support team, they did send me $10 to offset the fee when I deleted my negative review. According to their Sellers Guide, they pay all fees your payment processor would charge you, but this was not my experience.
Furthermore, PlayerUp's customer support seems to be a 1-man job. Their site's chats and ticket system did not net any response, so I had to resort to messaging them on Telegram and FB messenger where they only answered once a day and for a maximum of 5 minutes of chat time.
Overall, I lost around $23 from the $180 I sold my account for. This experience cost me a lot of stress over two weeks of wait time. I would recommend being cautious before selling any accounts through PlayerUp.

Im trying to get my money from playerup for months now and they just ignore me , they didn't want to resolve this and pay.
When i posted a negative they just suspend my payment and threaten not pay unless i delete the review.
I have been an excellent seller on playerup platform for the past 2 years , i have over 580 postive feedback. And sold more than 700 accounts , but each time i want to take my money. I face the same issues on playerup. Either they keep my money for months or they straight up ignore you .
To be honest , i used to cope with this as i needed the business but i cant take it anymore , this just bad business management and bad treatement for any seller on playerup.
Im still open to resolving this issue with playerup team if they like to do so . Hopefully i get my money from them.

They have become so proficient in their deception that they actually believe they aren't simply a group of swindlers! I have had a payment pending since April 2022, and after a plethora of communications and messages, I have officially given up on the owed to me. They do not respond to messages, tickets, emails or anything, and are quite adept at swiftly cancelling year-long pending payment orders as soon as you leave a negative review of them. They instruct you to remove your review in exchange for payment, but trust me when I say that payment will never come. I have removed my reviews three times since last year, each time with a promise of payment, but have yet to receive anything. I wrote a review earlier about how they were not sending me my money even after two months. As soon as I wrote the review I got a response within one day. Now they've credited the money to the wallet but not sending it to my bank account. Even the credited amount isn't full which I asked about as they mention they don't deduct any money. I got no response as to why that happened.
And now it's been a week without my payment although they mention it takes 1-96 hours.
Their services are extremely slow and until now I'm not sure legitimate as I tried it first time. I'm not sure I'll try it again. After making me wait for two months it seems they're again going to make me wait a long time.

I've been begging for my $900 payout on PlayerUp.com since April 20th. I write to them on Discord every day. They just ignore me or promise to pay me today / tomorrow and ignore me again. He also constantly asks to delete the review and supposedly then he will be able to continue working on the payment. My patience has run out. You will also be filed a complaint with the FTC. You will pay a fine, and you are also waiting for a showdown with the police if you do not want to resolve the issue in a good way.

on 26th December 2022 i listed a star trek account on playerup.com to be sold,
On 31st January 2023 some one offered me $230 i accepted this offer.
He buyer sent his money to the middle man ready for me to hand the game account over.
After sending the game account over and the buyer being satisfied the order was complete, the next stage was putting the money from the middle man to my player up wallet which was never completed even though they stated it was on 2nd February 2023,
