It's been a few months after I sold my SoundCloud with over 5 million views and even though they claim they had sent the payment to my "wallet" they never did. I entered my correct information to to receive the payment and even used a middleman. The seller ended up getting my account but I never received my payment. I've contacted customer service multiple times and they weren't ever able to fix the issue, they just ignored me. This is completely unacceptable.

Desired outcome: I want my money.

You were scammed by PlayerUp – a textbook example of account theft, ghosting, and defaulting on payment. The platform has proven for quite some time that they have no intention of making payments. Stop waiting. Initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, Report them for dishonesty, and make sure to tell other people. Just like you, they will not solve this. Escape while you still can, and let everyone know not to deal with them.
