Middleman stole my money
The middleman transactions were completely fake and scam. They keep the buyers money and wont send it to sellers. I tried to contact every support system possible (in website support ticket, live chat, middleman, telegram, Instagram) but not a single response. Furthermore, They hold my cash out for a bad review offsite. They even deleted the negative reviews given to middleman in site. They automatically marked the ticket as resolved and close without responding. I would recommend not to use this scam website for trading or selling accounts. I don't know how someone can live happily by eating stolen money.

Account selling
I'm waiting for months to complete my 156 usd bank cashout, I wrote negative reviews on different sites 3 or 4 times.
When I ask for help or to complete my payment anyone response. But when I write on those "review sites" response as quick as hell. Because they do not want to pay you, they want to jerk over sellers on their site.
For example, now a "agent" will write me on site and he/she will say "we don't help on review sites, you have to contact via chat bla bla bla."
I won't delete or edit my review until I get my payment. "Agent" will suspend my transaction again and will suspend my payment, then he will ask for "delete" comment here. In the end I won't get my money. It is a cheap circle of tricking customers.
Site is not safe for trading, owners are scammers.
EDIT: yeah as I say "agent" response is fast as lightning after I wrote that comment. Same scamming tactics, same lies.
After I don't agree to "delete my review" moderator deleted my playerup profile and ip banned me.

Middleman account selling
Still yet to receive $1800 from them. As a seller on this website don't use them. I have have been waiting for a payment for 2 weeks which is made worse by the extreme lack of customer support.
I have had zero communication with my middle man, or anyone from player up. The customer tickets are nothing more than an automated response.
Reading from other reviewers it seems that i'm not the only one. Promoting the middle man service as a premium service, charging a large fee and then providing no support on their end is awful.

Received a response after my review went public (3rd picture) stating I slandered them and that only once "issues had been fixed" would I then be able to cash out despite not providing any means of "resolving it" presumably asking me indirectly to remove my review. And they're after cancelling any future payouts. This has been over a month of not being paid. And only responses like this back. I could not recommend this company less!

Payment not received after two years, and still waiting
I think that waiting more than 2 years for payment is just nonsense. They say that this a Nuvei's issue, but Nuvei says they aren't responsible for releasing funds on the merchant's behalf. What am I supposed to do? PlayerUp doesn't reply anywhere. They leave your messages on seen and will even ask you to remove your negative reviews in order to "help you" as they "don't provide support on review sites". So basically they're saying: we won't give you your money unless you remove the negative review. Guess what! Even if you do that, they'll keep ignoring your messages. So, I'm done with this. I've been patient, and I guess the only solution will be to tell my negative experience with them everywhere. Perhaps they'll finally solve my issue and pay my money this way. I'm attaching the proof they ask you to remove negative reviews; I mean, if I won't my money, at least I'll be able to warn everyone. Please, don't even use their service. Their support is inexistent, they don't have good business practices and they don't care about you.

I'm waiting almost 3 years for my payment, but middleman just refuses give me my money with excuses for 3 years, i'm waiting patienly for nothing. I'm very depressed about this because I really believe them... Two years ago I sell 3 accounts in a row, even thinking in selling more accounts but not anymore because this site is a scam. Stay away from this scam site because if there is any error, they told you that "xxxxxxxx" web is responsible, anyone but them (why clients must to pay for bad business practices from playerup?). I was waiting middleman three years for nothing, I hate liars like him. I have proof of his excuses and lies.

I'm exactly in the same position. Besides, they'll always ask you to remove negative reviews in order to "help you". Meaning they won't pay unless you remove the negative reviews. However, they won't reply after you remove the reviews anyways.
Middleman services
Before you decide to work with PlayerUp and their "amazing" middleman services, please consider the following:
1.) In terms of customer support... They have no support. Questions? Ignored. Payment delay? That's your problem. Got scammed? Skill issue.
2.) Do not under any circumstances provide them with your personal information, especially with any copies of your ID. It will be revealed, posted on their site and used against you without your permission.
3.) If you leave any negative reviews or mention their service in a bad way: first you will be asked to remove it as they only handle support on their own site, and somehow it disturbs their work. They will try to sway you with the promises of payment. Then they will cancel your payment without your approval because you refuse to work with them. They will now try to manipulate you into deleting any negative reviews to "restore" your payment. Next, they will post every piece of your personal information that they have to blackmail you. You will be branded as a scammer and a fraud without any proof from their side.
4.) The best solution that they could provide in my situation was claiming my account from the publisher after I sold it two years ago, which basically means that they screw over both the seller and the buyer. So think very carefully before using their service to buy accounts too.
Now about my case. I sold my account two years ago, but still haven't received my money. And I never will as I am now branded a fraud on their site, my personal information is revealed, and my transaction is cancelled. Before this, I tried contacting their live chat and support numerous times, and had several two-hour long sessions in their live chat. I also tried to get any updates to my situation in the main ticket and three others.
No response since the beginning, where they post about issues with their bank and publishers. They had a main thread about it, but it stopped updating very soon and got deleted shortly after. Total radio silence since then. Until I wrote to them about my negative reviews of their service as a last resort. That and the following conversation was mostly done as a joke, just to get their attention, as I have already lost any hope to receive my money. Got instant response and the situation unfolded just as I described in point 3. At this point I don't care about money, my illegally revealed personal information or their accusations. It is about sending the message and warning to any possible users or even victims of this dishonest sorry excuse of a middleman service. Even if there really is a serious issue with their bank, the way that they handle any negativity about them, how they treat their users, customers and their private information is simply atrocious, illegal and unprofessional. If you are looking for a place to sell or to buy accounts, this is definitely not a good one, avoid PlayerUp at any cost. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

Sold my account 2/6/21, no payment, no response from Support team, no response from the live chat. Nothing. FOR TWO WHOLE YEARS. 50$ is nothing big, don't get me wrong. Update 01/27/23: Yeah, don't. If you leave any negative review, they will just cancel your transaction. Just like that. The answer that I got for my review here and not deleting it:
"Since we can't come to an agreement then we will go forward with the termination of this order. Please recall the account you sent to the buyer and this cashout now is cancelled."
So, in other words, go find the guy that bought it from you two years ago and take it from him. We don't care.

I'm a seller here. And I did everything I can to be a seller, satisfy the customer and get the customer to buy through this [censored] site's midman (when you can always do it outside the app as most sellers do) what did I get for doing that? An unjustified ban, the pieces of [censored] who moderates and handles this bullsht... Don't even have one bit care when something good or bad happens, as long as the customer cancels the order (which happened in my case, refer to picture 7th) the laziest scum of all people who doesn't know any moderation will suspend you and then find a bs excuse to ban you.. Like seriously they made a "new" rule just so they could ban me (refer to pics below). I feel like they don't deserve anything and deserves to be shutdown, bankrupt and cancelled. The scams in this site is also very prevalent, not just hacked account from other people that often get sold here (very illegal btw yet they don't care) but every seller also leads me to other sites (which I know for sure are accounts that this site owns) top notch sellers with "gold" and "silver" (their scam badge system, stupid af) leads me to other sites to buy very doubtful things (refer to picture 11 and 12) like comon that's obviously a common way to scam people yet this site don't ban it 🙂 while someone who genuinely just wanna sell something gets banned and suspended for having an order cancelled

I have been registered for a year.
After transferring 100€ on my player up account, I try a purchase. I am waiting for the middleman... 2 days, 7 days, two weeks... How slow!
The account sellers have understood this: they all suggest to use telegram and/or Discord.
Disappointed with the service, I decide to withdraw my 100€ from the platform. The term is "cash out".
I make my request.
No answer. I make two more requests, three more... same thing. Radio silence.
I contact the customer service by all possible means: Telegram, Facebook, email to support.
Two months later, they answer me on telegram: Phew, they're finally going to take care of it!
Three more months pass. Still nothing. I contact the support again: "Yes, we'll take care of it soon".
Two months pass. Again. Each time I call back, I get the same answer: "soon, soon".
It's been a year now and the customer service doesn't even answer me anymore. I still haven't got my 100€ back.
This site is purely and simply a scam.

Payment received. You just have to insist a lot. Contacting customer support thru telegram seems to be the best way to do that.
They sell your account via escrow but then they won't pay you the money
Beware, this is an absolute scam. The positive reviews you see here were people forced to change their reviews with the promise they would get their money. I was one of those people but not any longer. I have screenshots of them forcing me to change my initial review in order to get my money immediately, which didn't happen and it's been weeks since that lately promise.
I'll be taking legal action, starting a social media campaign to spread the word and working with the FCC to put an end to the fraud. I encourage you to reach out to an attorney if you're not paid in a reasonable time.
They will continue to make you jump through hoops with the hope that you'll eventually give up. Generally, they won't even respond to people until you leave an online review exposing them. And the ridiculous responses they give here about using their chat system is again a joke. I've sat for hours just to get first in the queue and they won't chat with me.
All of my communication with them has been well-documented and I have hundreds of screenshots of their actions. You'll be seeing all of that posted online soon. Spread the word people, this has to stop!
You can pretend that it was fully resolved but you're criminals who should be in jail. Yeah I got most of the money after a lot of legal threats but you assume you can keep jerking people around until they give up. Anyone doing business with you will very likely regret it.

In May 2021, I gave the game account details to the buyer. He had bought an insurance option, the Middleman took an extra 40$ from the deal and the seller (me) had to get about 200$. 20% for the dealer sounds quite fair, no?
Well, after 6 months, in October I'd open Super Urgent ticket (as they ask for on Trustpilot) and...
Now it's December and the payment is still pending.
P.S. When you are unemployed and this kind of trader is around you, life looks "funny".

I bought an account from playerup.com with my id "sohaib9xt" and Transaction ID: [protected].
I purchased their middleman services, but I have to wait 3 weeks just to get first reply from them, even though I paid everything upfront.
Then the seller I was buying from was a scam (which should not have been there in the first place ), after 3 weeks of my constant complaining that seller got banned and I was supposed to get a refund. Then even for that to have been initiated I had to leave reviews on sites likes trustpilot.com, only then he replied me back, blackmailed me to first delete my reviews then he will move forward with the payment. I did every even now its been 6 months. I haven't got a penny back and I don't get any reply back for my tickets.

I requested a refund of my $1900 "MM credits" in February of 2020, it is now december of 2020 and they still have not processed it. I attempted to get in contact with them through their support and social media, and they kept ignoring me. This sight is SUS as and should be avoided at all costs. Someone attempted to scam me, it took them two days to reverse the transactions and credit my account, it's been 10 months to refund it. Still has not happened.
