I used this website because i was looking for 2 things older discord accounts and a twitter account created in 2008 i got discord accounts for cheap on this website and a twitter account for $25 so i spent around $34 on this site and it’s been months and i never received anything from this website at all the seller said they never received anything and i never got anything i got a order confirmation email and i’m disappointed in lack of service i would like to get the accounts back i can’t get a refund due to me using lowes gift cards as a payment method i should have known it was a scam because of that but what i was looking for was hard to find so i wanted to try this site i know people who have tried it and it worked for them and their official support channels do not work i have read that if you leave a bad review on their trustpilot website they will reach out and work with you but their trustpilot got banned just terrible support i would be fine with this if they actually had a support team

Middleman not giving my money
I've sold a game account for $40, the buyer sent the money to the middleman, and I gave the buyer the account and password. It's been weeks since I requested payment, and the middleman still won't give me my money or even reply to my conversations.
The live chat didn't work, I waited hours and nobody will come and help me, it had an estimated waiting time of 30 minutes but it's fake.

Its been over 1 month, I've made a sale on the website, I've opened multiple tickets, tried to reach out to support, everything. They will ignore all your messages, they will not send you your money. You're gaining nothing by using this website as a seller. They ask you to contact support to solve issues but when you do, they'd just ignore your messages, You can clearly see they were only a few minutes ago on Telegram and I've sent them a 100 messages in the past few days. I already made a complain on this subject, they had me remove it or mark it as resolved. Well guess what, nothing is resolved, it's just their way to make sure they don't have a bad reputation so they keep scamming people off their money.
Keeping the story short, I sold an account weeks ago on their website, transaction ID: [protected] , the buyer made the payment (which was confirmed by them as well) and got the account he paid for. That is when the trouble began. I followed every single step they told me to, and yet I have received no payment and they won't even answer.
Now I am out of an account and I am short of 348$ (Which should have been 400$ but I won't even get to the part that they are keeping fees that they are not declaring).
The only time I got a contact by them, after multiple tries, was to remove every complain I had sent or mark them as resolved so they proceed with the payment, and then once I did remove them or marked them resolved they disappeared again. I am 90% sure that is the same thing they have done with the other complaints that are marked as resolved in here...

It has almost been a year since i sold my minecraft account for $110, (17th of September 2022) And i have not received my money. It's the 5th of July 2023 as of right now. I've logged in almost every single day but they just won't respond to me. After about 3 months of not hearing anything back from them they told me "Sorry for the wait. I have added this payout to the expedited queue." (message was send on 12/26/22) Even though i've asked 20+ times why they aren't responding and why they still haven't given me my money. The buyer of the account has send full proof that they have completed the payment and that playerup has the money I should have. I have also tried to get in contact with them via live support chat. It said I was 2nd in queue and it should take roughly 19 minutes. I waited 7 HOURS and it still said I was 2nd in queue.

I trusted PlayerUp's Middleman Services for an account transaction, but instead they took my money and have held it for almost 2 MONTHS. I have sent countless messages, created multiple tickets, but heard NOTHING since their first message on May 19th, 2023. The last message they sent me said "Your transaction is now officially complete. Your payment has been successfully scheduled to be sent and it will appear in your Account within an estimated 1-96 hours." It's been almost 2 months and nothing.
The buyer has received the account and PlayerUp has received my money, but I have lost my account and lost my trust with this business. I am so disheartened because I trusted this company.

I sold a game account over 5 weeks ago. I gave the full access to the buyer who confirmed that everything was ok, I waited for 3 weeks, I messaged Middleman multiple times and no reply from him. So I started writing some reviews and Middleman replied to me straight away, asking me to remove the reviews so he could make the payment. I did that and I received a message that I would get the payment within 1-96 hours. On the 4th day of waiting, I received a message saying that there will be some slight delays with Paypal. Since that day I messaged Middleman for multiple times asking him what does it mean and if I should still wait for the payment, but it's been other almost 2 weeks of waiting and still no reply. So I think Playerup.com / Middleman is a SCAM website. Avoid!

I made a transaction, sold my account on the game called Seafight, Friday the 09th of June on the website PlayerUp, using their middleman services.
I followed each and every step that they indicated, giving the buyer full access to the account, even the email.
The buyer confirmed the delivery, the seller (me) confirmed the delivery, and I updated the payment information as requested by them.
Since them I have not heard anymore from any middleman despite writing them a few times to ask for information on payment status which shows up as "Pending".
So at this moment I have lost the account, am out of 400$ and cannot get an answer by anyone of them.
Saw their middleman online a few times but he doesn't reply.
Desired outcome: I need the payment to go through and receive the amount that was promised.

Not paying 2000usd by middleman 1 years
I have been a seller on this site for several years. In the past, they used to process payments within a few days or weeks. However, in 2021, they didn't pay me around $1000 USD due to their money being blocked in the bank, and I haven't received any updates since then.
Our team has been patient and understanding, as it's part of our job to deal with these situations. But now, at the end of 2022 and until now, I still haven't received any payment. We have sent numerous support tickets, but we haven't received any response.
The only response we got was a message on their support Telegram channel asking for our payment method, and after a month, they asked the same thing again. It seems like they don't even care about our situation.
As a store seller, we are struggling financially and this site's lack of concern is making it even more difficult for us to continue.

I found an account that i wanted to buy, so i added the seller on discord and spoke to him for a while about the account. We agreed on a price and decided to buy it through the website (even after reading all the terrible reviews, we took the risk).
It took 2 days to actually start the transaction as the website wasnt working properly, and it only started to work properly after i emailed support threatening to get the bank involved.
The seller has not responded on discord or the site in a week so im requesting a refund, yet have seen no movement whatsoever. The middleman hasnt replied, and the seller hasnt replied, no matter how many messages i send.
STAY AWAY from this site, as all i have had is problems, and im doubtful that i will even get my money back.

Keep promising payouts but not delivering
There's a trend that you can see across all the websites where someone had a bad experience and doesn't get the money owed to them, they leave a negative review, and then playerup contacts them and promises to pay them if they remove the review. This is the kind of company you'll be dealing with if you go in to business with them.
I sold a game account, using their middleman service. If I would have just asked to get paid directly, then there wouldn't be a problem. However, I wanted to give the buyer a sense of security with the transaction. When I was notified that the buyer paid, I sent over the details and the buyer confirmed the transaction was complete. I tried to get in contact with someone on the site, but they wouldn't reply to any of the messages I sent.
I posted on the subreddit r/PlayerUpHelp, which is operated by them, but their bots removed my post as spam. Eventually I was able to get them to reply, but they simply told me they were queuing up my funds to be processed and then they locked the post, not allowing anyone else to reply, including me.
More time has gone by and I still have not been paid. I have tried to contact them through their website (support tickets, forum posts, private mesages), I tried Reddit, Telegram, Facebook - all places where they replied once, but as soon as I said I needed a payout, they stopped replying.
I wish I would have done my research beforehand and I would have used a different service. Hopefully this post will help other avoid this scam of a website.

most of the time the only way you'll get a reply is to post a negative review on a review site, which almost instantly guarantees you a response which they couldn't manage on their own site.
