PlayStation A person using fake credit cards to buy games and add-ons

Hi, so lately a random guy I met started buying games ad add-ons. And when I asked him how he bought it he said he used a fake credit card to buy games and ad-ons in a different account. This happened on the 1st of August. I don't have any photos with me but I can give you his PSN if you guys want to check him out.

PlayStation Chess ultra

The new update will not load using this environment choice. Therefore I can't play.

Just got suspended 30 days for no reason but you got someone who keep following me abusing me naive phone up email them gave them proff still they let him play really [censored]ed off with this

PlayStation Account suspension

This is the biggest crock of crap i have ever seen. My son has been banned for beating someone in a game? The adult got beat, started beaking off to kids and then reports them, My son received a 60 day ban for beating a person.

Playstation doesn't give you what you were banned for? Adults can go around play against kids, lose then report them.. There needs to be a process to banning, or you should be providing us with the messages that got them banned. How can i punish my child for something i cannot verify myself? I got his friends mom to check their chats, innocent as can be, but some how your banning a child rather than the bully ADULT.. By the way the players name is RJ? Ruthless play station, i think i should sell this hunk of junk because there is no way i will allow this adult bullying on play station network.

Thank so much playstation for taking the fun away from kids, build better policies regarding banning, have better people review content. your reviewers are not very fair!

PlayStation Fraud

My sons account was recently charged over $2300 in purchases that was attached to a bank account we rarely use and was set off to the side for emergency purposes. We deleted the debit card associated w his account in 2020, so there was no card associated w his account when we pulled up his account info, yet were still charged. When I learned of the charges, I immediately woke him up, had him log in, pull up his account and sure enough there was no card connected to the account. On several dates, where it shows purchases we were not even home as a family and were out of town, therefore purchases could not have been made by him. I have documented dates were gone, took a photo of no card attached to his account, and have filed a police report. I need to know what to do to try and get these funds returned. Thank you so much for the help and assistance.

PlayStation Suspension

My son was playing on playstation with another player and my son won the game. The other player kept messaging my son while he was playing another game because he wanted to play again. My son didn't like the way that person played so he said no. The other player kept bothering him and repeatedly sent him messages to play. My son kept saying to stop and then the other player called him soft and a loser and my son, unfortunately, responded. THey both went back and forth for awhile and finally my son stopped because this other kid wouldn't stop. This other kid then reported my son to get him suspended for 30 days because my son wouldn't play with him again. This is ridiculous. This other player set my son up and seems like he does this regularly. My son shouldn't be suspended for this other kids ridiculous actions. For playstation to suspend my son without consulting us is ridiculous.

did this get resolved, my son just had this issue and has received a 60 day ban.. this is so silly.. 60 long days for beating someone in a game? why do they not send you what you have been banned for? I'm so frustrated trying to get in touch with someone form Play station, such a joke

PlayStation Playstation network

I was playing Call of Duty Cold War and this Player kept making advances to me in the game chat indicating I was Gay ( hitting on me? ) . I am NOT gay and I take great offense to this. So this person messaged me to my Playstation account saying I was a bad player etc etc and they were reporting me. I messaged back saying I decline their advances as I AM NOT GAY. I then get a temporary suspension as the result. Why is this? Are you guys that sensitive? Saying the word GAY is not hate speech it is the context in which it was used.
the moderator that served the suspension obviously has no clue. There was NO HATE speech as defined in your conduct rules to warrant a suspension... furthermore this guy was harassing ME.

Desired outcome: immediate suspension lifted and compensation of money lost during suspension.

PlayStation Account login

I have tried multiple times over the past year to access my account and representatives hang up on me before resolving my issue. I do not have access to my original email address because it was a student email address for my college. I have not been able to access my account for over a year and am not sure what information is missing in order for the representatives to unlock my account. I simply need someone to explain what information is required

PlayStation PS5 overall bad experience

First they locked my account when we direct transfer ps4 data to ps5. In attempting to get access to the account it should've been simple as it's my credit card linked to it right? Wrong! Seems I answered a question wrong oops. No big deal let me try that again.. NOPE! Customer service had no time for a redo. This after I waited well over an hour to reach somebody. Okay no big deal new account it is. Next problem. After two weeks the right analog on the controller started pulling up. It's unusable. The guy tells me I need to prove it isn't over a year old which was weird at this point it had been out but a few months. Just another hoop to jump but no worries I have the recipe no big deal. Wrong! No shipping label no return box nothing at all has yet to show up it's been months. The new controller I bought is now draining way to fast and sometimes the once impressively quiet console randomly sounds like it's about to take off to space. I'm done waiting for hours to talk to anyone. I'm just done. It really doesn't matter anyway there are all but no appealing games to play anyway. Down since PlayStation 1 costumer lost.

PlayStation PSN temporary suspension

I received an email that my PSN account has been temporary suspended for malicious use of language, images or other media including abuse intended to cause shock, offense or disgust. When calling play station support to find out what this was all about they can't help you or discuss the reason. My son uses this account he is 12. Feel someone hacked my account. I feel if you are going to suspend some ones account you should have the proof to back it up this is ridiculous the steps you have to take, PlayStation has poor customer service and does not care about their customers I guess I should sell all my equipment and cancel the subscription and switch to Xbox!

PlayStation Voucher code

I have attempted to contact PlayStation multiple times for help with a voucher code. The online chat states my account is not in the U.S. and there is no live person when you call the phone number. I have tried to go back into the online chat many times and it says they already talked to me when in fact they have not. This is the worst customer service ever.

PlayStation Impossible to get support on broken products

Baught a GT5 on psn. It installs and says installation complete but in game it says downloading and makes no progress, im trying to get a refund but it is impossible to get ahold of psn the chat support doesn't work en they do not answer the call although my service provider charges me an arm amd a leg every time I attempt to call. Does anyone have a escalation department email or contact detail.

PlayStation Terms of safety

I reported somebody in a message chat on PS Network, insulting my gaming abilities and using terrible words in every single message. I respond with one bad word, and I get my account suspended for 3 days?!?! This is outrageous! 3 days just because I said one bad word?! Why are you doing nothing to discipline the other person? I am completely annoyed and mad, and I am considering never playing any games on your network ever again.

My account haa been banned for no reason you claim my bank took my subscribtion money back. My bank da they have done no such thing. The money is not in my account. How can this be legal I'm pretty sure its not

My name is Kevin McPherson, I am the sole owner of the PlayStation account "Level99Human" under the e-mail address [protected]@yahoo.com. On 12/08/2020 at approximately 3:10-3:15 PM EST my PlayStation account was suspended. At 3:20 PM EST I received an e-mail notification informing me that my account was suspended due to the following:
Dear Kevin,

What's happened?

Your account for PlayStation™Network has been temporarily suspended for 7 days.

Why?

PlayStation® Safety determined that content uploaded from your account to Messages 2.0 on PlayStation™Network breached the Code of Conduct set out in our Terms of Service.

What was wrong with it?

Hate speech or other hateful content, including racism, sexism, xenophobia, or hate directed at religious beliefs, cultural identity, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

So of course I immediately decided to contact PlayStation Customer Support, after about an hour or so of holding I reached a customer service agent known as Carly. Carly told me that no one in the entirety of PlayStation can see exactly what my account was suspended for and that there is an automated system that does the suspensions/banning. She also informed me that no one in the entirety of the company can lift said suspension once it was initiated. So of course, I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor of some sort.

After a few minutes of being on hold I was put on the phone with Maria (Supervisor) at 4:37 PM EST. She told me that my suspension was reviewed by account moderators (not an automated system) and they deemed whatever content I had sent in messages to be "hate speech" which would imply that I was biased towards someone due to the following "racism, sexism, xenophobia, or hate directed at religious beliefs, cultural identity, gender identity, or sexual orientation." which I was not and if I was then my suspension was accurate. She also told me that no one in the entirety of the company can see the exact reason for my suspension. When I asked if there a was a way to dispute my suspension I was met with a swift "no" from Maria. With my reply to Maria being that PlayStation is a service that I pay for, there for when I am no longer able to access a product that I am paying for due to a possible false accusation or inaccurate suspension by law I am allowed to dispute this as I pay for it. Maria then informed me that I could in fact dispute the suspension, and that I could e-mail corporate. When I inquired as to what the e-mail for corporate was she told me it was a physical mailing address and told me yet again, that my suspension and any suspension is not disputable at all.

This being said, Maria did stumble over her words quite a bit and perhaps just got confused which is understandable. She was also extremely helpful in helping me acquire a mailing address so that my concern may be heard. I would also like to state that Carly was completely unprofessional and continuously cut me off and attempted to speak over me while I was talking, which I do not appreciate. I can also state that the messages in question are of my telling a player they played like trash or garbage when intentionally cheating in ranked matches of Rogue Company. However this is not hate speech as it is factual evidence which can be provided by screenshot or recording from the games itself. Not to mention that cheating is an actual violation of PlayStation and their ToS Agreement. I would also like to state that the fact that the only way to dispute this suspension is to mail the corporate office which would take approximately 7 days for this to reach you anyways and my suspension may already be lifted. If this is the case then I will expect to receive a letter, e-mail, or contact by phone in return acknowledging that you have received this. If I do not, then I may take legal action as again, a service I have paid for is being withheld from me without an exact reason with substantial evidence or chance to appeal. Given the pandemic and current situation of our society I would like to hear from someone by the latest of January 31, 2021 in some way shape or form. I do not want to pursue legal action, however if I feel that my rights are being violated without even the slightest consideration, considering that I have fought for those rights, I might. In the future I would like to see a better appeal system than the one currently provided if possible, to include a more detailed reasoning as to why said person was suspended or banned as no one was able to tell me exactly what the nature of my suggested offense was. Only that I supposedly violated the ToS with ''hate speech'' that no one can tell me what I supposedly said. Thank you very much for reading this and your valuable time.

PlayStation/Fortnight markets to minors in a predatory manner, and processes credit card purchase charges by those minors. I do not believe this is legal.

PlayStation Charge back ban

My account has been banned due to a charge back after my financial intuition caught the double charge for a yearly subscription. I have been unable to file the charge back ban report due to receiving an error message reading my ID and sign-in ID not being recognized. I have tried calling customer support, massaging via twitter, and all other forms I can find to contact and resolve this issue. I am a disabled US Veteran and live on a monthly income and have now lost all access to every game I have ever purchased due to this and I am not happy about this.

PlayStation PS5 twitch broadcast option microphone technical issue complaint

I got started streaming gameplay through the PS5 broadcast option on November 18, 2020. The issue I have had is with the PS5 microphone audio broadcast option for twitch. When entering the broadcast settings I have the option to mute the microphone audio, however, upon muting the microphone audio the mic audio will turn on by itself and even while it is muted the noises in my broadcast space can still be heard because of the microphone of the dualsense controller. Even when I press the PS button on the dualsenses to mute the dualsense microphone audio, eventually the broadcast settings will turn on the mic audio from the dualsense controller automatically. The noises that can be heard would be any conversations I am having with someone, noise from me pressing buttons on my dualsense controller when I am playing the video game on stream, noise from the speakers of my setup, in particular the gameplay, and etc. I need this to change because it is a privacy concern for me really, and for anyone streaming gameplay. I did not use the youtube stream option but if that also has the same issue I need that to change also. The change that needs to be made is that once the broadcast settings for the mic are changed to muted that permanently during my stream the microphone audio from my dualsense is muted and doesn't turn on again.

PlayStation PlayStation network

Was kicked out my account and after I made contact with the a representative they said they couldn't help me. So I asked them to cancel my PlayStation network membership and they cut the line of communication. Transcript is saved. Gravely disappointed in them. I want my money back for the PlayStation network that I paid for in advance.
And I'm not getting a ps5 now for me or my sibling.

PlayStation psn account ban

PlayStation banned my account I am sure I didn't do anything wrong about Sony privacy and policy I call them they told me your account is banned because of the security reason and it will unban until 48 business hours but it doesn't unban yet so I called them again they told me your account is banned permentally the don't telk me any reason.My Online id is studious-pinion and my email address is [protected]@gmail.com
Please check it I banned without any reasons .
