Few months ago, I invested about $36, 000 into this binary option platform with the aim of diversifying my trading portfolio. However, with my strict habits of growing my account 300% before taking profits, I never attempted any withdrawals, not until two months ago when I tried to withdraw but all effort was in vain. I called the account manager and explained the situation, he told me i would be able to withdraw after 4 working days which sounded shady to be very honest. 4days went by, still no withdrawals, I tried reaching out to the manager and customer service line but non of them were reachable till this moment.
I shared my experience with my colleague at work, he introduced me to an international recovery firm (www.recoveryempire.com). these people saved me and I had my claims after 6working days. Their professionalism was top notch.

Worst company ever. Criminals to the core. I have had instructions to close stock ignored costing me thousands. The refuse in the same way to buy new stock instructed again costing thousands. Finally the list opening time of certain stock options and then do not open them on time so that you loose Hugh increases on your stock. In the last 4 months they have cost me circa €20000 in lost profit due to inconsistent operations and in my opinion criminal behaviour. No wonder there stock price plummeted. They are now conning and sterling from innocent investors to shore up there bank balance.
abrupt account closure.
I was conned into taking a bonus matching my original $17000 investment made over the phone. According to Plus500 policy, I cannot withdraw any funds until $30, 000 worth of trades has been executed. This was not explained to me and when I wanted to withdraw $3000 from my $27, 000 balance, the request said pending for 6 weeks, and after several requests over 6 weeks made to account managers who ignored my requests, then later my main broker Derrick Jone asked me to sign a doc online which I thought was a doc to trade, but as I was directed to the doc, the robot took over and signed on my behalf. It turned out that was the very important Bonus Statement with conditions that restrict withdrawals. I finally got a request denied. I tried reaching them for many months with no success.
In 2018, I found Marcus Gate, Admin Consultant at Wealth Watch after my Account Closure Declaration. I am one of the very few who got large amount back from Banc de Binary & Plus500, great regards to Marcus Gate and his team, the Newark based global recovery firm helped me fill in my complaint the right way and got back my money with no dispute.

I'm so frustrated when I see the name plus500, I've been scammed by a woman who goes by the aphiwe mthembu. If your company is legit please sort this person out before she ruins the image of your company. Ever since I made a payment yo her I've never heard of her again.

difficulty withdrawing
I invested a total sum of 100000USD with plus500, i should have know they were up to no good, they gave me signs but was so blind i couldn't see until they swindled me.so disappointed with my self, my hard earn money gone just like that, 100000USD is a lot of money i couldn't keep it to my self i had to tell my co-worker and fortunately he just recovered from the same [censored] i just plunged into, He then introduced me to Marc, and to my greatest surprise this guy was able to retrieve my Funds for me, though i didn't get all but 95000USD out of 100000USD is nice, Glad i have that back, Now Is your account manager asking you to make more and more deposits and now you've had it with him and you want your funds recovered, mail [protected]@consultant.com, provide him with all necessary documents and he will gladly take you through the recovery
double charging premium
I have been trading with this company for over 7 months and the things I have seen them do leads me to conclude that they are scammers and liars. Eg: They charge a premium for holding something overnight. So at 9am one is charged this premium. One day I had to hold my crypto position overnight, so at 9am the next day I checked to see what the charge was. It was roughly about $4.00 but later that day about 2pm I rechecked and that figure had doubled. I contacted plus500Ripoff and was given a completely different figure than the two figures I had seen. So I asked to speak with a supervisor and he gave me another figure which was different to what I had on the app and what the previous girl had given me. He says "she made a mistake". I have this in email so can provide proof of this conversation. They also change how long one can keep a position open without notifying the customer. Not to mention when the market looks good for buyers, they immediately impose restrictions on how much one can buy so one doesn't make more than one can lose. There are many other little shifty moves on their part but this is getting too long as it is. And if anyone is wondering why I am still trading with them, coz I'm stubborn and have learnt to play by their rules. But now I always check every trap they set before I invest with them. I have contacted Financial Ombudsman and we currently have an ongoing investigation.
won't refund my balance
Ive asked Plus500 to refund me my balance and close my account they are refusing to do so. They mess me around with department transfers. This all started because they made verifying my address impossible. I uploaded letters from my landlord (Housing Trust of S.A which is a government organization) and I got a reply stating that my letter didnt fall in their guidelines (government organisations are one that are within their guidelines). Basically they are lying cheating [censor] dont do business with them you will regret it

I won't go into my whole boring story, but it's much the same as the rest on here. My main complaint is that they're manipulating the screens during the night. This includes showing stock rising and falling (with a loud thud!) for instruments that should be marked as 'market closed'. There is also a link on there for a European law firm who have a class lawsuit against Plus500. They operate on a 'no win, no fee' basis.
Like many people, I'm many, many ££££s down. I've reported them to FCA and I've been in touch with a lawyer.
I notice they manipulate the screen and their rate is not even link to yahoo finance, so pretty much misleading people. I disputed to paypal and I have my money back. Anyone use paypal should dispute and escalate your claim. Don't let this scam company steal your money just like that.

Recently I setup an account with Plus500 trading company because I want to buy Crypto Currencies (Ripple). Setting up the account is fine. When I transferred money by my husband credit card, system rejected. So I transferred money in to nominated account with referenced number into Westpac branch, Plus500 does not know where the money is. I have been emailing response is we will consider it.
With this case Ripple price was USD0.68 now 22/12/2017 @ 6:41am USD1.01. I could of make that money, but I did not. By contacting Plus500, email only great support 27/7 response two days after.
Plus500 should not be operating in Australia and if you are thinking of joining. keep away.

Judging by my own experience dealing with this website and several similar ones, I can say that Plus500 rates are lower than anywhere else. So not sure you will benefit.
Some issues with withdrawals occur more often than desired.
I know people who dealt with Plus500 and lost their money because all of a sudden their accounts were suspended without any explanations. After those stories, I stopped dealing with this company and thank god I didn't have money in my account when I canceled everything. Think of it if you're with them.

This company is definitely such a fraud one. I invested almost 1400usd in trading somehow their hidden policies made me lose certain amount of money and I lost all of my trust in trading with plus500. I requested for rest of the money withdrawal. But nobody bothers to reply with proof of deposit thwy claim they have done into my account. My banks are saying there is no request of deposit from plus500 and now these guys are asking me to wait 3 weeks to get more information on my account. Why cant give it now? Have I lost all my money? plus 500 a scam
Plus 500 is a scam, i put a deposit of $10000 into my account with them, and started to trade. I noticed that as i put a buy or a put on a indice, that indice reversed direction and went against my trade. This happened on every trade i entered. After about 4 weeks i have only$500 left in my account. No matter how hard i tried each trade was a loss. I do not believe that they trade at all but just give false results to the trader. You can not contact them no address or phone number and when i complained via achat room, they got rid of that avenue of communication as well.

Hello my name Is Elijah Owina I signed up to the Plus500UK platform on the 21/1017 at approximately 18.00. I deposited £5000 and put down £3172 and began trading. At approximately 21.00 I clicked cashout which had an amount of approximately £3600 it would not let me cash out and said my account was being verified. I contacted you guys via live chat informing you my email address I registered with was incorrect and to up date it this was between 22.00 and 00.00. My account was not verified until I 5.15 on the 22/10/17 at which point I had lost a large portion of my equity. I am well aware I pose the risk of profit or loss however I would have made a profit if I was allowed to cash out on the dozen occasions I tried. Even if my email address had been verified when requested and not up to 10 hours later I would have not taken a loss. I have messaged you guys numerous times through email & live chat without a response to my query. I am a first time customer to your platform I am appalled with the service I have received. I would like a full refund of £3220 which I have lost because of a technical inefficientcy on your end as well as almost a 24 hr delay before my account was fully live. Ive tried changing address details. I have uploaded utility bill, passport and driving license but continues to be rejected. I have had a chat with one of your agents to change address but for some reason it seems to be a complicated process.

I have an account plus500 and all was well until today. I had a position for France 40. I opened a position for a while now and it will automatic rolled over. On Wednesday spoke to the agent o live chat asking since the new contract will kick in will my position get closed. They responded no it will not it will be adjusted and rolled over to my surprise the position is closed without my knowledge and 5000.00 gone. When the send the e-mail asked will you close my position never responded. How can you close the position without my knowledge and you lied to me that it will roĺl over and you will make adjustments. Plus500 crypto currency's pricing is inaccurate during periods of high volatility. BTC and ETH in particular, when the market runs their pricing drifts out up to $100 on BTC, see attached images of various exchanges taken at the same time.
This causes their customers to lose out on profits and also misrepresents the market positions in relation to support and resistance levels. The net result is that they minimize their exposure at their customer's expense.

I traded with PLUS 500 Uk from 3.10.2014. From this time to december I became problems with connection, not sended warning SMS, blocking deposits and manipulation with graphs.in december 2014 I filed a complaint against the company at FCA, than FOS. My complaint was rejected, the from me described details were not accepted or controlled. I was waiting for the decision 8 month. All the time I was trading, everytime with the same target. It was absoluttely clear, that PLUS 500 manipulates the dates, I made a lot of evidence, where is visible, how were the graphs manipulated. Everytime I compared the oficial graph of PLUS 500 with my account. There were very often differenzes, which, of course brought my account every time to ZERO. I borrowed a lot of money, mortgage my house to prove it everything and regain my money. I Invested more than 2.000.000, - CZK and have back hardly 2 %. Now I filed a new complaint by CYSEC, but have to wait other up to 8 month to the decision. Now is my loss about 3.000.000, - CZK, this week I have to sell the house, I am without money, waiting almost 1, 5 year.
refusal withdrawal of money
I have submitted all the necessary documents requested by the company including my id identification, account number and others. However, I was not able to withdraw my money for unknown reasons. I have contacted them several times but without success. I assume my money was stolen and now I can understand this platform is not legitimate and scam. I want to take legal action and official complaint against the company until I get back my money. I am ready to submit all the necessary documents and correspondence if needed.
