BIGsurprize aka Gerald Ledford is a married man who says he's separated. That is a lie . Plus he is a federal felon who cannot be on social media... I know this because I am his wife.. His probation officer is Derrick Cooper and he is in the Davenport Iowa office.. He has had a sexual affair with Blu Geenz who lives in East Moline Illinois.. She knows he is married and has continued the affair.. I hope someone kicks him off this sight.. Also be advised that his probation officer will be notified of his activity on this sight...

Hi, I am submitting this complaint because someone is using my phone number on plenty of fish.com. I do not subscribe and do not want to subscribe. They are illegally using my phone number and I am getting calls from a lot of people and want this to stop!

WHy is there a policy allowed to exist that disenfranchises males only. If it leads to bad behaviour it should be banned entirely and not just for one gender. Their help page:

Suspected cheating as he's done it to me before. Sure enough looking4u201360 profile with a charge to POF on his credit card he left visible for me to see... we live together. He's filed a fraud with his credit card stating that he never charged it. Coincidentally I'm sure. Anyways his profile was taken off 1/2 hour after me bringing it to his attention. I currently have a protection order against my ex. He has recently contacted me on hear and stalked my profile I now can not find his account on hear he has vanished. I need to know what's happened as he is court ordered not to contact me or search for me on any given sites. His name is wynand Maree. Goes by Wayne maree.
Wayne maree has a warrant for his arrest, has a dvo and faces criminal charges due to the severity of the assault. He is a danger to females. This man has found me on your app and I need to no why he has blocked me or what hass happens.

The member Stlcardinals1980 profile is a married man. He also has many lies on his profile. He has cheated many women on this site, so his profile needs to be kicked off for good... his email is [protected]@gmail.com so if you ever see this email he should be banned. This man is a good sweet talker and he just wants to get in your pants. He is actually 37 years old, married and lies about where he lives and everything about his life.

I do not have an account on pof or any other dating site. I have been notified by a number of people that my pictures are being used on a fake account. That account name is candymae81
I would like this account deleted immediately please. The information on that account is completely false and the person does not have my permission to use those pictures. I would like to be notified when it is deleted at [protected]@yahoo.com

My profile/account keeps getting removed for no reason. I don't know if it's just a glitch or if somebody is purposely requesting to have me removed over and over again. I have not posted nudes or used any inappropriate language on my profile or in my messages. Frankly, I have used this dating app on and off for over two years and have seen several profiles/pics that should have been removed and never were. I'm very frustrated with this situation and would appreciate it being resolved. All I am trying to do is find a connection with someone using your app/website, which is the purpose of it.

I am an upgraded customer and every time I go on to Meet Me I am so disappointed as it goes to Belfast and the North Shields and I am in Renfrewshire Scotland,
It has been very disappointing as I am an upgraded customer and I get about a few meet me, s and then there is none .
This is disappointing POF . I would like to be looking for a relationship near paisley and this is why I upgraded, if this is the way it works then I shall be cancelling my POF account .

Someone has a POF account using my photos and my first name as there username Widad99 and I do not have a POF account and haven't in over a year and that was not my username and when I try to retrieve the information it won't let me because I don't have an account with them I've tried to contact corporate but no information is given to contact them to ask them to remove my name and photos from whoever email is putting that up its identity theft there stealing my name and photos saying they're me and it's not me

Every time i have a profile on plenty of fish im closed out can not re register an i get close to a date an my account is closed no reason why no emails replys from customer services no contact at all i have sent emaills with no reply they say we can submit online problems if you log in but can not log in because account keeps getting closed or hacked i now have had 5 accounts closed with no reason password resets dont work as account not there no more an web sight refuse to explain why

My account has been hacked and my personal information was taken over by someone. Fake photos have been substituted. I tried to contact POF to no avail. See following reply from the company. They make it impossible for anyone to submit a complaint so they do not need to do anything to rectify the situation OR refund any of your monies you gave them for an upgraded membership. My password is no longer available and you cannot change it as your email is no longer linked to that profile. There has to be a way they can delete MY profile with MY personal information and refund my upgraded membership monies sent to them in good faith. I thought POF was a reputable dating site. You see them on many of the "TOP 10" dating sites on the web. There needs to be a reckoning and they need to do the right thing! They should be ashamed!

I paid your annual subscription and then had cause to close my account. I've now opened a new one and can't find how to get my upgrade back?
Your FAQs offer no relevant guidance and finding how to contact you has been a huge waste of my time. My initial email got bounced back with a fob-off remark about not replying to me.

I keep getting a message indicating that my password is incorrect when I try to log in. I've repeatedly requested a link to create a new password. I've gotten 5 so far and have changed my password each time only to be told when I try to log in that the new password is incorrect.

There is two account on yourself site that using pictures of myself as their profile pictures.
I like it immediately taken down for it caused a dispute my partner and I.
It's things like this that your site didn't catch that ruined a prefectly good relationship.
How can you not noticed two profiles of the same pictures

This guy is totally fake, every aspect of his life is misrepresented in his profile. How many woman is he going to prey on and abuse? I met this guy under the belief he was available for the first time in 20 plus years. So not the case he was still asking his current spouse out..She was under the belief they were working things out. To say she was angry when she caught us was and understatement. He is no boat captain he is a fraud. He has 2 teenage children and a 21 years old that he never sees or interacts with guys a jerk and needs to be shut down.

I recently had a direct debit of £38.70 taken from my bank account this was regardless of cancelling my account with pof and this being suspend with paypal all prior to this transaction going through and being processed. I did sign up for one payment at the start of my pof agreement and I did not want or willingly agree to any further payment, this being the reason for cancelling my payments and account.
I would appreciate this being played back to my account and no further taken in future.

To this date, we have caught 15 scammers on plenty of fish.the dating website for singles which has caused harm to hundreds of people.we were in Ghana where this comes from.what a ****hole.here are some pictures to stay away from.never go offline to speak to anyone, let them pickup a phone.and verify there identity.they start by saying hello handsome, what's your gmail mail.then a code will come over by text.they want this number because they can use your account for google voice etc.give them a wrong number, one that's way off.ive been a successful car dealer for over 40 years, , and can't be fooled.they tried for weeks to con me, but couldn't.

For 2 months now I have been contacting this company to let them know I have been hacked, I have received no answer from them and they are still taking money out of my account.
All their so called contact details come back, 'No reply'.
I have no issues starting over again, I just don't understand why I am still paying for an account that isn't mine anymore, I can't even log on, but they keep taking my money.

I started talking with a guy by the name of Joseph Werey on 9-24 through POF. His email address [protected]@gmail.com and burner phone 213/328-1754.
He was on POF as adventurenlove.
He posted these pictures of himself which were really photos of Bret Bearup a famous basketball coach for the Denver Nuggets, and UK Team. This guy is a real catfish so ladies out there beware of this
name JOSEPH WEREY. We talked, texted, n emailed for over 2 weeks. Then he said his biz partner died and his investments and funds were all tied up. I did some searching and found out the guy was totally fake. I called him out on it and he has gone Dark ever since. Eventually he was going to meet meet or have me come to his home in LA. Glad this went south barbecue who knows what could have happened.
Crazy people out there scamming alot of people. It won't happen to me again for sure.
