I have tried to contact you since early this morning. (April 4th 2023) I have taken photos of all conversations and attempts that I have made to try to contact a representative. And I have told them that this is urgent. I need to speak to someone asap My contact number is [protected]. If this a business you run, then you should be able to return calls. I have a very serious complaint. And I have contacted police and they have suggested that I try to contact you and see if you resolve this issue before they take any steps.

In my personal opinion due to the high level of scams, low quality of people, the dangers, massive spam issues, the heartbreack of thouands of people arounf the world, this dating dating " Plenty of fish" should be banned.

Also, the billing department is a fraud in itself. I paid for a 1 month premium subscription last year. Due to this app just being a total junk yard, aI decided I would not pay for another month. Now, over 5 months later they took a total random 1 month payment out.

There has been no payment requests by me, there has been no other transactions from plenty of fish in the last 5 months on my back account, but now, at total random they decided to dip into my bank account. Worst thing of all, when I made my 1 month payment over 5 months ago I specicially selected the option not to keep my account details. But somehow they still managed to take this new totally random payment out after 5 months of not using it and 5 months of not making any other payments.

This dating site operator is criminal. Just dipping into accounts at random months later. There was not even email of any warnings the money was going to be taken and no transaction receipts. I guess they just hope you dont notice the money the steal.

So I was tricked into purchasing a membership and this company won't refund me. I purchased POF Plus by accident, didn't even know this existed and the service does not do what I thought it would. I wanted to message users more than once a day. I thought I was buying premium. Upon contacting Live Chat support, they were incredibly unhelpful and told me that all sales were final and then had the nerve to tell me to upgrade to the premium, which is what I wanted in the first place. I instead got a dumbed-down version of Premium, called POF Plus. I was tricked into buying this service, indefinitely. I want a refund or I'm taking this to small claims court. I'm not going to be robbed by this completely corrupt company.

I had an account with pof and was constantly having my account frozen after I spent $119 on a 1 year subscription I didn't even know was for a year, I wasn't given a refund after constantly pleading with them as it was a mistake, nonetheless I started using the account to only after a few days have my account frozen for no reason, they did reinstate it after 2-3 days but after the 5th time and again sent an email to advise them they replied with my account has been deleted and maybe I should use another site as this app is not for singles and no where does it state that I have to be single to use the app and further more advised them they are discriminating against me they have no yet replied. This is the absolute worst site to use and there constant lack of communication and not even following any of there terms and conditions should be fined and shut down immediately.

Plenty of fish customer service is ignoring my emails to customer service im having a issue purchasing a subscription for 1 month i can not make the purchase in the plenty of fish app and can not make purchase on PayPal i have sufficient to make purchase but can not make subscription purchase and i have sent plenty of fish customer service numerous emails i have not received no reply that is improper customer service i want to file a complaint against plenty of fish customer service and have the customer service people fired for improper customer service my plenty of fish email is [protected]@gmail.com send me a email back for a issue solution

My account is blocked for no reason, It happened on 4 March, I found my account logout by itself. I didn’t do anything wrong.

And I am always polite and respectful, can ask people who know me on my live stream.

I've had my account blocked without warning or any given reason. I've been told that my ex reported my account out of spite and if that's the case, how do I find out and is there anyway of getting my account profile back?

I was given no reason as to why I cannot have a account. I was dating a woman who returned to the man she was divorcing and ever since then I’ve been blocked from having a account.

Either he or she falsely reported something bogus and it’s truly not fair. Please resolve this matter.

Plenty of Fish is full of scammers and those who are catfishing. Withing a few days, I had 5 individuals 'interested'. I took time to chat with them and one by one they fell off via my choice. Too fishy...I thought, then I proceeded to chat with the other three. One I caught in lies immediately, down to two now. The other two continued to call me dear, love and claimed I was a soulmate...how? When we only had a couple chats, sincere from me, but they were way off bat. Trust your instincts. Not one of these was in my area, as plenty of fish claims they have the person for you, but not if you don't want to drive. Just be careful. I deleted my account after less than two weeks and requested a refund. Explaining in detail and even asked for a proration, but they refused or will not contact you. Avoid plenty of fish at all costs. They will do more harm than good.

My Name is Michael Haris, I recenltly cancelled my account at the beginning of the billing cycle and POF negected to send me a confimation. This Occured on Nov.9th and 10th of this year. I have responded with the appreate actions to dispute and investigtate POF on failure in retuning the annual subscription cost. should POF ignore this request, authorities are prepared to take the appropreate actions as well.

I subscribed to POF today Nov 13th, 2022. because, they advertised their upgraded member subscription as $11/month. I checked my account about 30mins after and I realized $134 was deducted from my account instead of $11.

I immediately emailed pof to request a refund, Martin (POF admin) replied stating, there is no refund, all sales are final.

I just want my money back and this matter resolved

This person is a professional scammer...I know from experience as she scammed me out of about 600.00...She has credential saying she was from New Orleans including a Driver's license & passport...She professed to have a business selling antiques in New Orleans & went on a trip to Egypt & got stuck over there asking me to pay her hotel bill so she could return home, Showing me her driver's license & passport...even had a supposed airline & the hotel involved...everything looked legitimate...I even asked the USPS office to verify her passport, which they weren't sure & I fell for it...I just don't want some other poor unsuspecting fool to fall for her? scams again...

I can’t sign up , tried multiple times to use links provided but it will not let me sign , plz don’t send me the links as ive tried them all , i had an account ( accidentally deleted it ) and now it wont let me open a new account . Help plz

hi i have been a regular person on the dating sight and suddenly have banned me from using it for no reason at all said i had broken rules but i have not at all.it’s really unfair, i have emailed them to say what exactly did i do wrong won’t reply, just said i will not be able to use it ever again but not told me why at all please could you help me please thank you

On 09/16/22 we wrote POF that we’re not able to see the content and dates of the messages we’ve sent. Further, we’re unable to message many members. Sometimes we just want to follow up a message but no way to do that.” These were all services we were able to use when we paid for premium service. They sent a self-serving response just affirming that they made changes. We wrote them back that their self-serving response does not placate us and even avoids responding to most of our issues. We had a contract at the time we paid for our premium subscription and POF substantially changed the terms of that agreement without our consent. POF has breached that contract and should issue us a full refund! They responded that they do not issue refunds. They changed the things that were important to us and now our premium membership is worth nothing more to us than our regular membership! That is just not fair! We should get a refund.

Plenty of fish charged my card 4 times 4.99 plus tax equal to 5.38x4 on Sept 2 when I was trying to sign up for the chat feature. Every time I tried to enter in the information it told me it was denied and then charged me for it. And was not even able to get beyond the enter ur card information. Then on Sept 6th I was charged 4.99 for I have no clue. The thing I officially closed my plenty of fish account on Sept 4th. So no way I was charging anything on a closed account. So I have 5 unauthorized charges totalling 26.51

2 days ago I received a notation stating that the account belonging to my e-mail address: [protected]@aol.com was removed due to either a user initiated request OR a violation of your Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. I DID contact your Help Center and was told that this matter would be researched and that I would have an answer within 12 hours . . . I STILL have not heard back from POF as to WHY this has occurred? I would appreciate some information regarding this removal.

PoF is full of ridiculously picky unattractive women with incredible demands, offering nothing in return. They don't even fill in their profiles, they say nothing about themselves but only talk about the perfect man they want. Things are 100% opposite on J4Charm and you know why? Because women outnumber men there, so the men aren't so desperate, as a result the women are more feminine, open and friendly. They take better care of themselves, looking perfectly groomed and pretty.They have simpler, unspoiled personalities and adequate undemanding attitude. You don't have to be knight in armour or Rockfeller to be popular there. But on Pof you have to be perfect,you have to put in every possible effort to gain their attention, but ask yourself a question, is it worth it? Don't lose you time and dignity, brothers!

I was scammed out of $150,000 by someone that I met on pof.com.

I thought pof was a safe website, but obviously not.

I met someone online at pof.com.

We communicated there before texting or talking.

Over the next few months, I sent here over $150k.

I thought she was a real person because pof verifies their users.

I have filed reports with the FBI and FTC.

I have all of the bank statements, texts, and so forth.
