since the parcel send out on 04 november 2019, Its been 15 days for me to wait for my parcel CD355476035MY. I don't know need so long to delivery the parcel since 04 november 2019. tings are still in the office pahang, so long so long so long delivery.
since the parcel send out on 31october 2019, its been 28 days for me to wait for my parcel CD355476234MY, CD355476217MY, CD355476251MY.i still haven't received the package, so long so long so long delivery

Pos laju kenapa anda namakan perkhidmatan pos LAJU & suruh pelanggan bayar lebih tapi anda tak ada niat pun nak hantar barang tu secepat mungkin... katanya SATU hari bekerja... sepatutnya tidak ada alasan musim perayaan ke musim cuti sekolah kah staff kamu perlu sentiasa ada & cukup untuk menghantar semua barang2 dlm masa sehari bekerja seperti yang dijanjikan... kalau x kamu kena bayar baliklah ikut berapa hari lewat... Orang xkan guna perkhidmatan pos laju kalau bkn kerana barang tu mmg perlu sampai cepat & selamat. Kamu sudah menyalahgunakan hak pengguna.

Barang saya di pos 23 Dis 2019 ptg... 24hb dah smpai Pos Office Kota Kinabalu... dlm Track & Trace tunjuk 26Dis 8.00 am sampai Pos Office KK. Selepas 2 kali buat report tapi sampai 30 Dis pn belum ada penghantaran ke tmpt saya di Putatan... setakat Putatan pun kamu tak bole hantar... Kalau saya x berkerja & x mampu keluar utk pick pasti saya sudah pick up sendiri. Apa sebenarnya masalah Pos laju sampai perlu cuti penghantaran? Bukannya di pedalaman atau Kampung2 tapi kawasan bandar saja.
