call from client not answering
I call poslaju centre, , waiting for 2min, , no answering. Many times i call, , sudah macam itu, , how can i make sure yg item i akn smpi without 2nd delivery? Cmne sy nk bgtau, , rkyt mlysia nie gnekn poslaju utk kmudhn, , tp skrg poslju agkt pnggilan client pun tak jwb, , itu bkn mysahkn client? the delivery man attitude is very bad
This incident happened on 22 May 2018 evening around 4pm. First of all, upon arrival of the poslaju delivery man to my house, the delivery man which is a Malay with a huge and fat body; His attitude is extremely bad, he seems like unwanted to pass my parcel to me and yelled at me. He ask me go out and take the parcel from his van and asked my IC number without giving me sign my parcel. He sign by himself and stared at me with an evil eye. I felt that he is insulting me with his bad personality.I hope Pos laju will take the investigation to the Poslaju Temerloh branch. Pls take some action against him so that we wont face this problem again. I hope powerbank is in good condition.

How come it take so long in transit ? Such a bad service
dokumen penting tidak diterima. careline 1300-300-300 tiada fungsi.
Minta tolong semak di mana dokumen saya yang telah di pos menggunakan sampul Pos Ekpress dari Miri berada.
Last tracking 7 Mei 2018 telah diposkan dari Miri. Sehingga kini 22 Mei 2018 belum tahu status.
Semak tracking online hanya update telah diposkan dari Miri.
Telefon banyak kali hotline 1300-300-300. Tunggu lama tidak berangkat langsung. Lebih baik tutup perkhidmatan hotline ini. Langsung tidak membantu!
Dokumen penting saya perlu dihantar minggu ini. Tetapi sampai sekarang belum dapat. Tolong buat kerja lebih effisien.

A logistic that has no ethic. The delivery guy who is suppose to deliver my goods jus couldn't care to contact me on the mobile that's provided but jus leave a note on my post box. I need to point out for those who treasure the delivery n safety of the goods to their customer not to use their service if you want the confident of their customer. It's been years that their bad service attitude never change guess their superior is as bad as their staffs.
The hotline will never be answered or any other lines that is provided. Worst attitude of the company. Will advice people from using their service.

Perkara ni berlaku kepada saya sendiri. Semasa itu saya menunggu pos laju untuk hntr parcel dri pagi dan tidak keluar dari rumah. Tiba2 poslaju tersebut call saya dan marah2 cakap saya tak ada dirumah. Sedangkan saya tunggu pos laju untuk hntr barang. Dia mungkin tipu saya yang dia ada dpn rumah. Dan kalau betul kenapa x hon? Biasanya pos laju lain hon. Dia mrah2 dan cakap suruh ambil barang dekat pejabat pos sendiri. Dan dia tidak memberi no tracking untuk saya kutip barang di pejabat pos laju. Very rude! Memalukan saja! percel masih belom di terima
Saya telah menunggu selama 14 hari dimana barang yg saya pesan masih belom di terima lagi hingga hari ini. Saya telah semak melalui online tracking num Ep 479790105my di mana parcel ini telah di hanyat ke salah tempat (Alor Gajah) Melaka padahal brg parcel sepatutnya di pos ke KL setapak. Hari demi hari saya semak tracking number kini parcel saya masih lagi di cawangan Klia.
Saya juga telah menghubungi Pos care line bnyk kali tetapi no tidak di jawab.
Harap pihak pos malaysia dpt beri kejesama. tq

not received parcels
I have two unreceived parcels from pos laju this year. I tried calling so many times yet no response. If you can't pick up your phone don't bother providing the number. The least the postman can do upon arrival is call the receiver, not just put a notice. When the parcel is said to be returned back to the sender based on the pos laju tracking website, the sender does not even receive anything. The item would be missing just like that. My money is also gone just like that. Your service has gotten worse over the years and it's such a troublesome when it's supposed to be a convenient.

Saya telah membeli barang no tracking EN462175192MY, dan penjual telah pos kan barang saya tersebut pada 7/5/18.dan saya telah buat semkan online barang tersebut telah smpai di pos laju cheras pada 8/5/18.dan pos cheras telah serahkan kepada pos sg besi. Apabila saya membuat tuntutan barang di pos sg besi pihak pos laju beritahu barang saya tiada dan dalam rekod alamat dipindahkan.sedang saya tidak terima sebarang surat/sms/panggilan dari mana2 pihak pos laju. Apabila saya semak semula barang saya telah di hntr semula ke pemilik di pos batu caves. Dan saya terpaksa menanggung kos penghataran semula untuk dapatkan barang saya atas sebab kecuaian staff pos laju.
postman's attitude
this posman should be send my parcel into my shop, but he just stay in the car and keep honking outside of my shop and ask receiver to go out get the parcel. my dad just tell him he should come down give the parcel, and then before he leave my shop he keep lessing his car fuel, like showing some unfriendly action. i felt my parcel is unsafe since he done this. i dont think this is how poslaju service his customer. this posman deserve some discipline action.

pada 2/5/18 saya membuat pos laju ke 2tempat berbeza, Perak dan P. Pinang ( Bukit Mertajam)namun, penghantaran ke P.Pinang tidak berlaku. Penghantaran ke Perak selamat sampai dengan baik. Setelah saya menghubungi pihak pos laju bahagian customer service pada 7/5/18 pada jam 4.30 petang dan mendapat nombor report [protected], namun tidak ada panggilan kembali pada saya sehingga ke hari ini ( 15/5/18 ). saya telah membuat panggilan di tempat pengeposan di Taman Sea SS2, PJ bahagian pos laju juga gagal untuk menghubungi Bukit Mertajam.

dah seminggu saya tunggu barang saya, dan masih lagi belum post out. Bila call branch and customer service, sorang pun taknak angkat. Bila dah dapat sambung line, pihak poslaju putuskan line pulak. Apa yg susah sgt yer nk jawab call customer? saya cuma nk barang sy di hantar dengan kadar segera. Sudah seminggu lebih, melampau la masih di branch brickfields.
