Pos Malaysia other mails that isn't my address were sent to my house

Date of incident: Occuring since years ago
Address: No.2, Jalan 41/10, Taman Koperasi Polis Fasa 2, 68100, Kuala Lumpur

Mails that are not my address were sent to my house. This indicates the negligence of the postmen to view the correct address and send them accordingly.

This matter have been going on for years since I lived there. I understand the postmen personnel may change from time to time, but I cannot imagine if all of them are illiterate.

I have been so frustrated. If this matter does not resolved, I will take my own action.

Any mails that are sent to my house, which are not mine will thrown away to the garbage bin.

Thank you.

Pos Malaysia lousy service

I have posted very important letter on 14/3/2017 to
Nursing faculty
Semi college
32-35 Jalan Lekiu
Kuala Lumpur.
Tracking no EH364992718MY.
as such clear address.
According to the toll free teller told me that the office is closed and unable to deliver. For your information this is a nursing college did not shift anywhere or office closed.
I need an explanation why the letter was not delivered.
We trust poslaju and don't make it poslambat.
Thank you

Pos Malaysia application for redirection

Dear Pos Malaysia

I would like to enquire about a service offered by POS Malaysia - Redirection.

I have obtain the Application for Redirection form from post office (as per attached). However, I would like to understand further about this service.
1. I would like to know what will be the charges of this redirection service as from the application form, it indicated a clause ‘ I agree to pay any fees incurred upon delivery of all postal items redirected to me in accordance with this application’. Please advise.
2. If it is a redirection application from a company, what are the supporting documents required.
3. If it is a redirection application from an individual, what are the supporting documents required.
4. Where should I submit this application form as on the form, there’s a rule indicated that ‘Application regarding redirection should be forwarded to the Delivery Office at the former address of the applicant.’ Please explain this clause as it is unclear.

I have called to POS Malaysia customer service line to enquire about this redirection service but received a very disappointed the customer service from the personnel. The customer service personnel was not aware of this Redirection service offered by POS Malaysia and unable to provide answer to all questions that I asked. The customer service personnel informed that there will be no charge for the redirection service, no supporting documents are required and just submit the application form to any post office.

I would really appreciate if POS Malaysia can look into this matter and provide me with clear answers.

Your prompt reply is very much appreciated.

Pos Malaysia unethical behaviour

Acc no: [protected]
Company name: golden scoop sdn bhd
Company address: a-15-1, tower a, northpoint office, mid valley city, no.1 medan syed putra utara, 59200 kuala lumpur
Contact no: 03-[protected]
Person in charge: aida

My major problem with your service is pick up time. I need to arrange documents to be picking up from the whole office with different department in which is quite a lot of staff included every single day which means I cannot control the time they want to send it. Speaking about time your pick up person for my area (Mid valley city) always come to pick up our documents following their own time. Even sometimes they come before we make arrangement with poslaju and we dont even have any pick up ref no.
If they come before we make arrangement means they always come very early like 12pm. I always request when I make arrangement to come and pick up our document from 4pm - 6pm. But when I ask your pick up person to come on the evening your pick up person will rudely said "sukati kita lah nak datang pukul berapa, kita boss utk kerja kita. If lambat then we will pick up esok je lah!" that’s mean we need to follow their time. Sometimes I have to arrange pick up twice a day. They also come on our lunch hours. Even my colleague start to labeling poslaju to be poslambat. It is such a shame.
We already call a few time to make a complaint but it is seems nothing have been taken from your side. I am asking on behalf of my company, for you to take action regarding this matters seriously. We cannot afford any delayed pick up from you again in future.

Pos Malaysia courier services

I engaged normal postage via Pos Malaysia on 22 February 2017 at Tmn Perling branch. I requested fragile sticker at the counter upon submission for a Quartz Wall Clock to my buyer. Wrapped well in Toy'R Us wrapper with Toy'R Us playdoh thick box in it together with a wrapper.
On 1 March my bumiputra buyer at Kedah received the goods with broken seal & the clock was damaged & break. I was scolded and being requested for a refund. This was a big lost to me. My items retailed RM170+.

I am writing in to file a complaint. I wanted a fair compensation on from Pos Malaysia as we engaged your services to deliver our item well & fine. Since we did wrapped well in a box.

The statement from post office from Kedah saying I did not wrap properly was totally unacceptable! As if we are not wrapping well, items should not be accepted for postage far in the beginning!

Kindly follow up and revert to me on my compensation for the broken expensive Quartz Wall Clock.

On top of that, i complaint because this is the second parcel which broken. I had delivered via normal postage for a Fossil hand watch on the 16 February 2017. Consignment number: CD317427860MY.
My buyer also received it in a damage condition. The watch has scratches. While the watch container is totally damaged. I had photo as a proof of the condition of the watch before postage to buyer.

Pos Malaysia irresponsible attitude

For nearly a month my parcel not received.
I called ABX office then they just say they will send me as soon as possible.
After a week then I called them and they do not pick up the phone.
Very bad service.
"Shipment on tracing" That's all they update whenever I called them.
I think they lost my parcel so they can't track my parcel and give me an answer.
This is the worst company I ever met.

This is followed by poslaju.
God damm it wat poslaju I think is poslambat or even can change their name to pos siput/kura2.
Poslaju can't deliver my parcel in a week and it's just a domestic parcel.
And can't deliver me my parcel say they don't have transport.
Excuse me?A delivery company without transport?

Dear users, what would you feel when you pay for their service and they are doing it with this kind of stupid/uneducated/lackadaisical attitude?

Pos Malaysia money order refund

I went to Pos Malaysia office in my area to issue a money order to be sent to a university within Malaysia. The university asked to name the money order with the student name whose not available in Malaysia. The Pos office accepts to issue the money order with the name of that person who is living abroad currently. Due to some reasons, the university returned the money order to me. I went to the same Post Office to claim for refund. they refused to refund to me unless the person whose name on the money order has to present himself which is impossible to ask him to come back to Malaysia to get the refund. It is so funny, how the allow you to issue a money order with any person name but they dont allow you to get the refund back. Totally pissed off.

Pos Malaysia unreliable post service

I have order hundreds of item online via ebay, aliexpress and other online sellers over the years. Lately a number of Sellers from China are using Malaysia Pos to dispatch their orders. Unfortunately my experience with Malaysia Pos is very disappointing with one item taking 63 days from China to UK supposedly by airmail. I still have two outstanding items from Malaysia POS awaiting arrival when other items ordered on the same day by other Post service providers from the same country have been received. It has been more than 30 days. Anyone with bad experience with Malaysia POS?

Pos Malaysia lost and missing parcel

Hello,
I have a missing parcel send to Labuan, Malaysia on the 7/4 via tracking number EQ03026652AU which consist of a motorcycle helmet, a pair of motorcycle boots and a visor for the helmet .A few days later Aust Post informed me it has been despatched to malaysia via the tracking tool. After waiting for a week, my friend still haven't recieved it and the tracking tool didn't indicate 'recieved' status. So i called Aust post and they said it should have been already recieved. They have launched an enquiry on this matter, but still not getting anyway. Its now 1/05/2015 and still no news!I took the trouble to email Malaysia pos and they replied after a few days that they have not this tracking number in their system...lost!Goodness, i'm sick and worried that the items is either pilfered or misplaced by Labuan Malaysia Pos or lost somewhere. How can a parcel be missing with a tracking number in this day and age?Not possible, its either some unethnical Malaysia Pos personnel who is a thief or its misplaced somewhere i reckon. No news from Aust post with their enquiries on the Malaysian side, so i am still waiting anxiously.Could you pls assist in this case to track down my items ?I've enclosed the relevant documents in this email .
Thank you very much,
Henry Liauw [protected]@yahoo.com tel: 03 [protected] Melbourne Australia

Pos Malaysia damaged parcel/items shipment

Kementerian Dalam Negeri or KDN Malaysia does not have responsible or intelligent personnels. They misuse their power and do not work ethically. Now, when a parcel is being shipped into Malaysia, they have rights to inspect parcels in addition to the Customs Department. Recently, a parcel that is being delivered to me contained 'damaged items'. A movie Dvd has been opened and disc has been damaged and became unplayable on the Dvd Player. It has never happened for many of my parcels before although they have been inspected by Customs officers. Shipments of Cd's and Dvd's have been inspected and usually cleared and the items have not been opened and is still in their plastic shrinkwraps/wrapping. The items were not and never have been illegal titled music or movies (such as porn movies etc.). The parcel shipments before were usually inspected and stamped by the Customs Dept. and the items have never been has opened or damaged and received in good condition although the parcel has been opened. But a recent parcel shipment was inspected and stamped by the KDN (Kementerian Dalam Negeri) Malaysia and the parcel was not just opened but a Dvd item was opened from it's wrapping and the disc was damaged. This situation is very irresponsible and unethical by the government personnels. They have caused such a loss and disappointment to the consumer.
KDN Malaysia should not damage items that the public purchases through the internet. People pay a lot of money for items that Malaysia does not have and the consumers have affection and value towards these product items. These stupid and irresponsible government personnels should respect the citizens rights and respect their belongings. Do not treat belongings that is not yours as trash and mishandle them and cause damages which will render them useless. It is doubted very much that a compensation will be given due to that in many situations experienced by other consumers that complaints will be ignored as like other Malaysian govt. departments.
This is a disgrace to Malaysia and no wonder Malaysia has a bad image among many other civilized modern countries. Malaysia is not accepted as a preferred destination for mail/internet order shipments by many established companies due to the terrible attitude of the government personnels.
Situations such as unreceived parcels and damaged parcels and items are quite commonly known among many people and companies throughout the world and it is a shame to Malaysia. Malaysia will never be respected and be among other well and highly developed countries if Malaysia practices many unethical and primitive behavior. Yes, high officials and politicians will say that Malaysia is not like USA, UK or Japan in comparison (in regards to morals, values, disciplines and culture) but the truth in the matter and what is actually meant is that Malaysia is worse and terrible to be compared among the countries aforementioned. Yet, Malaysian officials have the nerve to claim using the media and propagate that Malaysia is highly developed and has a high vision for modernization. This is a proof of hypocrisy and not being able to delver or stand up to what they publicize.
The public should be aware, speak up and rise against this abuse by a government system which suppresses the public consumers and citizens rights. These stupid and irresponsible government personnels are oppressing, causing monetary loss and demoralizing the public. How can we respect, follow or even reelect these officials or politicians that allows the public to be abused and disrespected.
KDN (Kementerian Dalam Negeri) Malaysia is another example of a Malaysian inefficient government system that is a disgrace and a big disappointing service to the Malaysian public. If Malaysia is to modernize, respected and be among the highly developed nations, the government must change their corrupt and decadent ways.

Pos Malaysia is one of the worst mail service in the world. The workers and managements are idiots who just know how to receive paychecks. I agree with Ultimat Axion that the main problem is the majority of workers are Malays. They work so slow and very lazy. Just like many of the other government branches which is dominated by Malay workers. I know because I observed very carefully and for a long time and know many of them. No point in complaining because if you ask something, they answer different thing or they give you some other number or person to ask. In the end, you get no result. This is what people call Ignorant. How can Malaysia progress if many Malays are like this. Malays talk so big and cannot do anything properly. Only care about self image and own stomach but have no social responsibility. Malays who are full of ### is the main problem. When being criticized, they say sensitive issue of give profanity and dirty language. MELAYU MALU LAH SIKIT ! JANGAN BERLAGAK MACAM BAGUS KALAU BELAKANG ORANG LAIN KUTUK DAN KETAWA. TAK ADA SIAPA HORMAT LAH. AKHIRNYA KENA PIJAK DAN KETINGGALAN DI DUNIA. Respect is earned and not demanded. and your stupid attitude will be the downfall of your race.

Hi, I'm really annoyed today as I received a mail from overseas is being opened. This is really bad. You must have consent fr the receiver before opening it. How to put our trust in the item we post out or receive from Post Malaysia again? What if there's important or expensive things inside the envelope? Who to blame if there's something lost?
