Yesterday 31st December 2024 poslaju rider was irresponsible and not professional when placed the registered mail in letter box without informing us around 1.30 pm although we were at home whole day. We noticed the registered mail around 3.30 pm in letter box. However, we worry people may try to steal it because the content is a creditcard which people might abuse and use it for wrong purpose. We hope Poslaju can train their staff which meet standard of professional not an amateur and poor service.
