Instead of waiting for only 2 - 3 days, I need to wait for 10 days to received my Pek Prabayar. When it actually an urgent things for me but I had to wait for days then only I received the parcel. You had ruin my business as I get my parcel late!
Please upgrade your service as it can help me and others to trust your service. It's not good when the parcel supposedly can reach within 2 to 3 days and end up reach to the recipient after more than 1 week. Since from march, I made a report to poslaju malaysia at the counter, branch at tesco puchong regarding lost during their services. During the day of my complaint, they already copy my identity and the receipt from my consignment. While after few months gone, they informed me the thing is confirmed lost and unable to find back. By solving this, they do provide me to claim for the lost but however regarding the claim they requesting a lot of bull # documents which caused wasting my time due to your irresponsible and #ing procedures...

I have had more than 3 times similar experiencesearches that the postman never check the receiver availability and simply left the collection notice in the letter box. I don't see their professionalism while carried out their duty. This is a really bad working attitude because their were lying and lazy to get the job done. I have problem with my parcel shipping so I need to contact the area poslaju branch immediately but I can't reach them. Then I dialed the customer service number to help out something yet was told that their staff is busy and have to wait for long time. Then finally I can't reach any of the poslaju person to get my things done immediately like contacting a missing conman.

Hi..smlm sy ada pos barang di kaunter pos laju taman melawati..di situ ada 3 kaunter pos laju..kaunter 1 (kaunter pengeposan 1 & 2 barang), kaunter 2 (kaunter pengutipan) & kaunter 3 (kaunter pengeposan - tidak dinyatakan berapa brg boleh di pos).
Semalam 2.5.17 dlm pukul 5.20ptg, org tak ramai, sy nak pos 3 barang di kaunter pos laju. Sy lihat kaunter 1 ada 2org tgh beratur, kaunter 2 tiada org & kaunter 3 ada customer beratur dengan brg yg sgt byk! Jadi sy beratur di kaunter 1 dgn 3 brg di tangan sy.
Masalah yg timbul, bila tiba giliran sy, staff di kaunter 1 (bernama Shah) tanya dgn nada annoying kepada sy "berapa barang tu?" Bila dia nampak sy pgg 3 brg. Sy jawab "3" Dia jenguk di kaunter 3, memang ada customer dgn beg yg sgt byk. Jadi Shah buat muka sambil cakap pd sy "emm bagi satu2" Ok, sy pun buat apa di minta. Shah mcm tak puas hati lg dgn 3 brg sy tu, dia tekan keybord mcm nak tercabut seakan-akan marah! Lepas settle ketiga2 brg, Shah stepler resit dgn consignment note, beri pada sy & sy cakap "terima kasih".
Nak tahu apa yg dia cakap lg? Dia sound sy, "lain kali 3 brg kaunter hujung (merujuk kaunter 3 - tidak dinyatakan berapa brg yg boleh di pos).

penghantaran lambat
Saya ada membuat penghantaran barang ke Sarawak pada 26/4/2017 (EH343274019MY)melalui pos malaysia dengan membeli kotak pos laju yang bersaiz medium dan membayar sejumlah wang penghantaran sebanyak RM21.75 + RM 4.05= RM25.80. Didalam resit pembayaran menyatakan surcharge penghantaran keesokan hari adalah RM16.40, jadi saya rasa berbaloi walaupun mahal tetapi sebaliknya. Sampai hari ni (29/4/17) barang saya masih belum sampai ke penerima di Sarawak. Memandangkan Hari Isnin (Cuti Umum) Hari Pekerja maksudnya seminggu kemudian akan sampai ke pihak penerima di Sarawak. Saya memang sangat tidak berpuas hati dengan servis mereka dan merasakan tidak berbaloi dengan harga servis penghantaran tersebut. Sangat mengecewakan. Sila perbaiki perkhidmatan Pos Laju berkenaan. 27/4 1:20pm saya terima phone dari postman.masa kedai saya tutup dan saya sedang drive kereta .dia ada call 4 kali saya tak jawab..lepas kejap saya ada call balik saya kata ada polis saya tak blh jawab phone..saya kata saya dtg sekarang 30 minute sampai tgk boleh jumpa di mana tak? lepas postman tu janji tunggu dekat luar shopping kipmall 3:30pm.nanti dia akan pusing balik..saya tunggu 1 jam dekat situ .saya tunggu sampai 4:30 saya dtg ke post office dekat b.b.bangi check dia sudah balik blm.saya lagi hantar sms bagi dia kalau bila sampai office bagi tahu saya pergi jumpa kat post office je.. pun tak balas langsung..dari pukul 3:00 saya call dia sampai 7:30 .40 kali saya call dia pun tak jawab phone .ini no dia [protected]... betul2 tak bertanggungjawab langsung kalau tak janji tak pe..kalau tak blh dtg pun bagi tahu tak blh dtg.. sebab kedai cuti satu minggu takut nanti barang post balik sender..ini kenapa saya susah nak tunggu dia..

This morning a postman came to send letter at my taman megah petaling jaya housing area at about 11.30am.. I have a dog who don't like motorbike especially when he hears the motor engine sound and he will barks loudly.. When this postman approach to my house and my dog non stop barking to the postman.. after deliver the letters into my letterbox, I saw the postman took out a rubber band and hit my dog for at least twice.. luckily I saw the incident and came out and tell him to stop it.. If I have been smarter and being fast in action I will record up and call the police.. this is so rude and I hope that pos Malaysia will take actions against such bad behavior postman..

Hi. Posman datang ke rumah saya pada 8 April 2017, agak-agak pukul 1.50 petang. Suami saya pergi ke gate menemui posman. Suami saya memberi tahu posman dia orang pekak. Sebab itu, dia tidak dapat dengar apa yang posman cakap. Tetapi, posman menjerit kepada suami saya dan sendiri tandatangan menunjukkan penerima sudah menerima parcel.
Postman shouted at my husbamd who is Deaf and sign off the parcel without asking the receiver to sign it.

Just a specific poslaju delivery man which with a motorcycle plate's no.WB9331F ( 84000 Muar ).. he horns everytime till we attend to him.. he don't come down from his vehicle.. after we take the parcel, he will sign on behalf of us.. he behaved wild n rude.. A) I'm upset due it is important documents, and no call or note from Kuching Pos Laju office.
B) Pos Laju officer at Kota Belud said I didn't gave full address to my staff. But, that full address is follow my IC, and there are no problem for City-Link to deliver pacal, and boxes last week.
Suggestion : Your Delivery Note should have reference No.

I'm very disappointed with pos laju for being not punctual to delivery my parcel to the receiver.
On 24/3/17 (Friday), I send my parcel to pos laju and they told me that my parcel will reach the destination on 28/3/17 (Tuesday).
When I call the receiver on the actual day, he told me that he still didn't received yet. Thus, I call pos laju kl to verify and they told me the parcel already reach the destination and latest will the receiver will received by 6.30pm on the actual day. So, they ask me to call pos laju kuching to confirm. When I call pos laju kuching, they tell me that my parcel still at shah alam hub.
So, to the person in charge, please give me reasonable explanation why my parcel is still haven't send out. My parcel is urgently need to reach the destination on the date mentioned. I'm not happy with the services that provided by pos laju kl.
I have the same problem. It vas been 2 weeks that my parcel was shipped out of malaysia. And normally i was To receive it in 7-10 days. I am so annoyed. Pos malaysia is really a very bad experience for me. Never again

Manis company send the voucher to me with using your service( Pos Laju) and I didn't received any parcel. When I go pos office Gombak ask, they said the parcel already collect by someone. I sure the Pos Man delivery wrongly house either he go wrongly floor or he go wrongly block. This is because 24/3/2017 my house no one in house and the receiver's name and I/C also not match with anyone of my housemates. What action you take

This is with reference to the staffs at Damansara Jaya branch.
I took a number about 5pm and had to wait for 45 mins, which is the norm i suppose.
However, from my observation, service could have been more efficient . About 5.20pm, 2 counters were closed (to settle closing matters i assume). There were only 2 counters open but still quite a number of customers, and most customers at the counter were taking a long time to settle their transaction.
About 5.45pm, there were still about 5 people waiting, and there were like 3 free staffs? Possibly settling their closing matters somemore. And the 2 open counters were still settling transactions and were taking some time.
Is it their priority to provide service or settle their daily tasks? Couldn't they have helped to attend to the remaining customers first? They seem quite free and could even joke around. Priorities are not in place.
Very disappointed with the staffs.
