Skynet Polokwane contacted me that they will take my parcels on 26th June from this contact [protected] to return them to Shein so that I can be refunded but they are not coming to collect them since May and they are now not answering my calls, I also contacted them on [protected] 0n 28th June they promised to come till now, I gave them my returned order numbers. I am frustrated because these clothes are kept and I can't not be refunded, please help me.

I placed an online order for my license disc on 10 December 2023. I received an sms advising that my parcel will be delivered on 16 December 2023, nothing arrived. I followed up twice on 18 December, the agent said he confirmed with the driver that it would be delivered that day and then again on 22 December, the agent advised that it would be out on delivery on 27 December 2023. Today is the 30th of December 2023, and I have not received any parcel. My license expired on 31 December 2023. This is extremely frustrating.

Yesterday I tried to phone your company skynet in order to find out if they will deliver my parcel that I am waiting for but they phone was just ringing and if someone pick the phone up he or she would put the phone back on the hook. It's not the first time I experience such service from skynet. One time I had to call skynet to find out about my parcel as it was 16:00 in the afternoon already and my parcel wasn't delivered as I received a message the morning that says my parcel would be delivered.. And when they eventually come with the parcel the person told me that they ride with people's parcels from Uitenhage for days so the customer must just wait for they parcel. I sell avon and that's my income that you're company is playing with
My parcel from shein I have still not received it
I order from shien Buffalo logistics then handed my parcel over to skynet the estimated time for the delivery was over I still haven't received my parcel I decided to call in they told me that they will make a delivery as soon as possible
I tracked my order it said out on delivery 13 October 2023 it was updated round about 12:17 the day ended I never got my parcel I decided to call in again the Saturday morning 14 October 2023 one of the guys from the call center said they'll deliver it between 9am-3pm
Afrer 3 I haven't received anything
Monday 16 October called again they told me the driver got stuck I'll receive it on Tuesday 17 October the day went by I still received nothing today 2 november I called they telling me my parcel is lost.

I ordered things online and the seller posted on 05/10/2023. I received watsapp message on 09/10/2023 from the courier guy saying “kept your parcel at guard room”. I did not receive any calls or messages from courier guy regarding the parcel before he deliver to confirm whether can leave my parcel at guard room or not, or whether I was in home to receive. He simply kept my parcel which cost RM530 at common area and left. When I come down to look for my parcel, my parcel was not there. I contacted the courier guy but he himself couldn’t manage to find back. Hope the Skynet can resolve this as it is RM530 worth parcel.

Your team called me ask me to send my location details thru WhatsApp, I sent my location urgently. And they told me that that will deliver my item today @5pm. I cancelled all my appointment just to receive properly my item. Now they called me and send message that it will be delivered on Monday. They waisted my time that suppose to be I have an appointment and cancelled it. I am working on Monday my available time is only 8:30 pm. No one will receive this item. You should not tell lies tonyour client regarding the date and time of delivery. 8 al working. I can't always adjust my time just to wait your delivery You should be the one who will adjust to your client availability. I want to escalate my complaint to higher management this is not acceptable. I waist my time waiting. And called me not to deliver today. So disappointed.

Damaged parcel + broken and missing items
We sent a parcle from rawalpindi at 13 Feb2023 to Lancaster UK.
This was our first but very bad experience with sky net. The packing was damaged. Items were out of packaging, some items were broken and some were missing. How will you compensate for this loss of ours? Very bad service.

On the 15 December I place an order from a supplier in India
He gave the shipment to Skynet in India on the 02 January 2023, I was given the tracking number and I was told that it was change.
After tracking the shipment with the new number and not finding and information, I went back to the old one and found information on this on the 16 January they have a not to set they have contacted me, which they never did
I tried calling them from the 05 January 2023 but with no luck even with email / WhatsApp. No luck

Till date, they have not contacted me on the delay, but the Delhi office email me to say it was at my door step on Tuesday, January 17 at 4:07 P.M. at Front Door

So they said i have to pay extra for big box which i did and paid Rs.15000 instead. After so many calls and sms i got the tracking number on 2.01.2023 and my parcel got delivered on 03.01.2022. Upon receiving thr parcel i was devastated, they shove the dress small box crushing the work on it and damaging the expensive lehnga.
Desired outcome: I want compensation, Whats the point of using your courier company. Paying extra money and still damage the dress.
Renewal of vehicle licence and delivery using skynet.
On 24 December 2022 I registered via the RTMC website for the renewal of my vehicle licence which expires on 31 December 2022 and paid accordingly. I received an SMS on Wednesday 28 December 2022 confirming that I can track my parcel. I then called the call centre on [protected] and after a while I spoke to a consultant who identified himself as Archibald and I gave him my waybill number [protected] and requested that they only deliver the item late Friday afternoon before 17:00 and that they must contact me on my mobile to gain access and he indicated that he would arrange accordingly with the Durban branch where my item was. On Friday while out I received a missed call @ 11:51 from mobile number [protected] and when I called back @ 12:03 no one answered, and I tried again on three occasions without success as I gathered that this was the Skynet representative. When I was home, I called the call centre @ about 15:18 and spoke to Frederick and gave him the waybill number and he then mentioned that the delivery representative indicated that I was not available. I explained to him that this was unacceptable and that I had arranged with Archibald for late Friday afternoon, however, this never happened and even after getting the number for the Durban branch on [protected] from Frederick and trying to get hold of them on five occasions without success. I even told Frederick to get hold of them and tell to deliver it as per my request and arrangement with Archibald and he was also unsuccessful.

I was expected to receive my package on the 27th of October, they never communicated with me that my “address was bad” instead kept quiet until I called them several times to enquire when can I receive my order. I had to receive my order on the 4th of November, they said it’s out for delivery and I asked for a specific time for delivery and they never pitched nor communicated. Worst service ever!?

Skynet Parcel Delivery - Spain and Italy
I had booked a parcel delivery from Italy to Spain on September 23rd. For some reason, the shipment couldn't be collected from the sender on the scheduled date, but then the sender provided the parcel to the delivery partner store. The proof that the goods were submitted, transferred and received in Skynet warehouse has been shared wit the team. The parcel has been missing for over 20 days now and the customer service team in spain and italy keep pushing it on each other asking me to talk to the other team. There is no resolution in sight. Its a super frustrating process and has lead to personal, health and monetary loss

Negligence of Delivery Item
My parcel was said to be delivered on the 14th of September (KL) and I was away in KK when it was delivered. I called the delivery partner and they assured me it would be sent to the guard house of my condo. However, I just got back to KL and checked with the guard house and the parcel is not there. Upon further checking, the delivery partner apparently delivered my parcel to someone with the ic number of [protected] and failed to inform me of this or even take a picture as proof or a text. All security guards are foreign workers and dont have any ic's. Who did you give my parcel to and why would you let a stranger sign off on my parcel without checking if the ic number even matches my name?
