I still havent received my parcel but the skynet system already updated status delivered. I keep contacting the skynet branch at kota kinabalu to return back my parcel but still no action taken. They keep on give me false promises. I even go to the branch twice just to get my parcel and I go home with empty hands. Please give me back my parcel. To me, the skynet staffs doesnt take their job seriously. Thats why they deliver my parcel to wrong person, someone who I dont even know! Please take a strict action to this matter. Stop giving me troubles as a customer they should take their responsibility seriously. And stop wasting my time, energy and money! I dont deserved such bad service!

Today 19/12 .called countless time but line cannot get through, finally some one picked up but I was put on hold for a long time for checking and out of no where another CS by the name of Ms Najiha attended me. She mention Skynet did delivery on 17/12- which is a total lie. Your tracking shows office closed, how can this be possible when I have given my house address, and of course no sorry card given
Ms Najiha supposedly to call me back for estimation time of delivery today, but still no news.

My AWB [protected] which shown 'out delivery' on 05.12.16 and 06.12.16 on the tracking result but I have received nothing or a call from the Skynet . It has wasted someone time to wait at home because I trusted what they meant by 'out delivery'. On 07.12.16, I have managed to request Penang island branch to change receiver address in the morning where it is nearer and easy to find and in the afternoon I did confirm with them that the parcel is on the way although the tracking result already shown 'out delivery' status. At last, I did receive nothing and they said run out of time (tak sempat). 3 days 'tak sempat'! If not able to handle too many parcels, please la don't take the orders and let other companies to handle it. Keep loading and unloading from lorry will only make the goods inside the parcel damaged. Tq!

I called their office to ask them send again on today. Just now I got a call said that driver already come my place but no one answer. What? Your courier guy thrown the parcel into my car porch without call me when there was no people at home, delivered date on 3/11/2016, tracking no [protected]. i purchased 4 units fan, 2 units of the accessories was broken. the goods cost CNY440.00 and i paid for the courier fee CNY464.00.

My parcel was arrived Malaysia at 24/11/2016. And I checked the status of your company record it was sending out on 25/11/2016 and the time is around 7.55pm in the evening. And my house was no people in but I did leave my contact no in my parcel but your guy wasn't give us a call. That find. The next day I checked again the status was dated 26/11/2016 in the morning time 11.55am. My house door opened and my family are helped me wait for the parcel coming but end up wasn't come but funny thing is your shipping status wrote "office closed".May I know what happens on this? And I wait till today 28/11/2016 morning I called HQ no answer then I called klang branch to help me check the parcel finally the ladies who was very nice and checked for me my parcel in Shah Alam branch then I called and your ladies said it will be sending out by today but until now I still haven't received yet. How can the service become like that? What the use that we put down our phone no on the shipping paper?

On 3/11/2016 (Thu) I call skynet bki at number [protected] to ask regarding the status of my parcel, the lady said the parcel just arrived and will be deliver on 04/11/2016 (Fri). On friday, 04/11/2016 until 4:00pm yet to received my parcel so I call skynet bki another lady pivk up the phone and claim that the parcel just arrived and will be deliver on saturday 05/11/2016. Unfortunetly i'm not working on saturday so I ask for changing the deliver address to my house since I cannot self pickup (My husband need to use our car). I call skynet bki on saturday at 12:01pm just to remind and to ensure they will deliver my parcel on that day, because I need to bring my parcel to tawau on sunday (06/11/2016) my customer need the pacel and I promise her to bring her parcel together with me. I'm waiting the whole day at my house and your deliver man did not send my parcel! What the hell, that lady promise me no matter what they will send that parcel on saturday!
On monday, 07/11/2016 I call skynet complaint and they said will deliver my parcel on that day and I remind them to send it to my office since there are no body at my house during weekdays. And the most stupid thing happen like your operator lady didn't understand bahasa melayu, I check the tracking and the tracking state "left message: consignee not at home. Delivery will be reattempted". On tuesday 08/11/2016 again I call your stupid operator lady just to ensure she didn't make the same mistake like yesterday. I remind her to inform the delivery man to deliver my parcel to my office!. I received my parcel on tuesday 08/11/2016, tuesday, after 6 days (Almost 1 week) with charge rm87.67! Is this fair to me? Hello Skynet, can i know what is happening currently to Skynet? We have been receiving lots of complaints from our customers regarding the services provided. Some customers complained about the missing parcels, most of them did not receive any information or even a call when they were not around home. FYI, we are now using Poslaju and Skynet at the same time. And yet, we don't even receive a single complaint about Poslaju' service. Being such a big company and yet you fail to make sure your staffs work properly, such a shame and failure ! If your company do not take this issue seriously and improve, we will definitely choose another company to replace.

This is not the first time this unethical company caused me issues and yet i had no choice to avoid them because i cannot control which courier companies to use for the online sellers. I never received my parcel and the tracking system showned delivered, with no consignment note attached. I have no idea who took my parcel but i am very sure they did not deliver to my office because me and my colleagues were there for the whole day. This courier service provide the worst service in Malaysia and i strongly advise you to avoid using skynet at all cost unless you want to deal with their terrible services. Not only their official website is broken and not fully functional, check the contact form, their customer service is one kind, they treat you as you've owe them million dollars.

Skynet worldwide express nigeria is quite frankly the worst delivery service I have ever used and believe me I have used quite a few. Horrible service I paid all the necessary clearing fees on shipment since the 3rd december, 2015 (Thursday) with the promise that after payment had been met I would receive my package within 3 working days in kano, nigeria (Where I reside) which would have been yesterday 8th december, 2015. After hearing absolute silence from the skynet team, I decided to call and find out what/where my package was. The young man ever soo rudely replied that it was just shipped today, 9th december, 2015 and that I would receive the package on the 12th december, 2015 (Saturday). There was no apology, nothing! Just a lackadaisical disregard for there customers. Needless to say that I will not be using this service again thank you very much... I have no time for companies that don't take their job seriously! I wouldn't have even given them a star. Terrible! Horrible service. Extremely disappointed!

i got a parcel service with Skynet UK, but had a big problem on customs not only paid a huge tax but also missing company documents made me lost time and energy! if you have any business for international shipment do not work with Skynet! very poor service and no kind return. they did not delivered my telephone number to the local agent for 10 days and that time costed 100£ in the bounded warehouse for the recepent that was me! although they have ıso2000 certificate do not work with those monkeys! UK Parcel service slow but full service. for Turkey do not use Skynet!
