why this attitude still can survive in the market
i Check on portal my product arrive Melaka at 6 march 2017, but until today 10/3/17 still not sending out. the reason that the front counter said is not enough people to sending out. But now i direct go and collect on Skynet station, the clerk there more louder she said "why no people call you to come and collect, than you coming here."
How come the service like that still can survive in the market. High pressure now.

Agent skynet batu kurau, taiping nama sham.. Kurang ajar.. Bila telefon dia marah2 kata alamat apa la apa la sedangkan alamat ad kt situ. Dh la dia ckp hantar hari isnin tapi dok marah2 mintak alamat mcm nak hantar skang. Bila dah hari isnin dia ckp barang x dak kat tangan dia lgi, sedangkan kalau tgok kt tracking tulis out for delivery 24/2 from taiping.. Bila telefon ke taiping dia ckp dh sampai ke sham batu kurau, saya telefon ke taiping ni pada hari sabtu tapi bila hari isnin sham tu kata x dak kat tgn dia... So, here's the case, 23 February 2017 I received a text message from Labuan Branch Skynet saying my parcel are ready to collect.
For your information, Labuan are rather small state and easily to provide delivery within to doorway, no phone call was made to me regarding why this particular parcel can't be reach to my home. This happened numerous times already. I am a phone call away if he/she has difficult delivering the parcel. Texting customer and asking them to collect themselves are inappropriate way. To add on, I have experience with other courier services, non worked like this.
I decided to phone skynet at [protected], on 23 February 2017 around 1730 hours right after I received the text message, a woman attended, understood my situation and promised she would check and call me back as soon as she figured it out. As expected, no feedback and return call was made.
Next day, 24 February 2017, I made a call to Skynet again at [protected] around 1159 hours, a woman attended, understood my situation again, I provided both Order no as per above info from Lazada and tracking no for Skynet. She checked and verified for me that this item has already been delivered to me, I said no. She then check again and told me that this item been return back to Shipper.
My question to her, how can the parcel been returned to Shipper if I received a text message from Skynet Labuan on the 23 FEB 2017 at 1700hours asking me to collect by myself and on the 24 FEB 2017 through phone the operator said my parcel exceeded 7 days period storage and already been shipped back to shipper.
Please monitor and advice.

unethical behavior and terrible service
Johor Bahru Branch has the worst employees and management, few days ago (FEB 13), I made a delivery and the sender area and the receiver area is within the same state, and it still unable to deliver to receiver due to unknown reason until now (FEB 18), I decided to call the branch, but no one picked up the phone, I called again and again but no one picked up the god damn phone. after several call they finally realize that they got a customer. so they answered my call, and the most amazing thing is they were being rude to me and asked me to hold the line, and I did, 15 minutes for waiting and they hung up. it's been five days they can't even delivering things. making people life harder is your company vision I guess. Thanks for the service tho. I will never use skynet again.

Hi, I am supposed to received an item which my tracking no [protected]. This item had been shipped out on 07/02/17. And the sender was noted that : sila hantar minggu depan. Which mean to send out only next week which supposed to send start from the 13/02/17 onwards. Apparently, 13/02, 14/02, 15/02 I did not received any delivery. Not even a call from the guy to ask whether is the address is correct or not. And it was show on the system that address incorrect or not found. Hello, the address I given to the sender and the address they wrote is correct and it was register under my ic. And I had been use this address for all my letter and also post laju. Why all my mail and post laju can deliver on time but why your skynet delivery can not find my address? This is not my problem. And in this world there is a thing call gps. If you could not fine the address, why you did not go thru the gps. Please send my item on time. Skynet is a private courier and should give a good service since they had been paid more then post laju. But why I received such a bad services then post laju? I event received post laju delivery at 7-8pm. Just to maintain and make sure their quality of service is there. This situation is not 1st time for me. Last year also facing the same issue with me but I did not make a fuss.

I don't know why they are still in business. I bought something online and the merchant shipped on the same day. Damn happy. After one week, the parcel is still bouncing between Sg Besi and Subang Jaya hubs. Good job. Now my coffee beans have lost the freshness. Thank you Skynet. Needless to say reaching for their human assistance is another monumental effort.

I really angry about skynet service. Because skynet service late to deliver my parcel make me loss around rm2500 because lost of my customer. My Parcel has been post from 02.02.17 but until now 09.02.17 still not get the parcel. Service of skynet i've paid not free, you should give the best service to customers.. for ur information I already call the skynet number phone in jb but no one pickup the phone. When I call the skynet pickup line i've been scolded by ur staf. I'm really regret using the skynet service. For me other delivery courier like pos laju, gdex much better than ur service. Now I have bad reputation to my customer coz skynet fault. Servis kurier paling teruk setakat ni, .. sy tak akan gunakan servis skynet sekiranya sy pengirim tapi malangnya sy sebagai penerima terpaksa berhadapan dgn servis yang mmg sgt2 teruk..6 kali parcel sy yg menggunakan kurier skynet tidak sampai ke rumah malahan bila pergi ke centre mcm2 alasan diberi, sedangkan staf skynet tak pernah dtg kerumah..dgn alasan tiada org dirumah, whatever la.. nk tipu pun tak agak, tak boleh ke perbaiki servis? Kurier penghantaran makesure sampai la bukan tipu..if org betul tak ada dirumah tak pe, ni penipu, dtg pon x..peram barang org smpai berminggu3.. last but not least..tutup lah servis kurier ni sbb servis lebih korang lagi teruk dari longkang, rubbish
bad service for delivery and customer service
I was received a call from skynet to check my address due to driver cannot found my address. I was provided a full correct address to that agent from customer service, reconfirmed again and again with him my address, but until today I still haven't get my courier! From beginning of January the courier was sent out 23 times but the status shown as same problems, my address wasn't correct. Anyway my courier sent back to MSG branch and the phone number provide by brand site is not in service, however I called to fax number but they never answer the call! I just want my courier back, I swear no next time using skynet for me, this is the baddest service I'd never met! If someone receive my complaint please do something! If not don't blame me take action cuz your company has against the law.
scheduled delivery not received as promised
My "so very urgent" package, waybill number neb00005742 was scheduled for delivery in centurion on 17 january 2017 by sky net. On 17 january 2017 at 15:00 I phoned sky net on [protected] to confirm if the driver is still on schedule and the operator informed me that the driver will arrive in about 10 minutes time. By 17:15 no delivery was made.
On 18 january I phoned sky net to track the package and they claimed that the parcel was returned due to no signature available on the previous day at 16:20. There is now way that there could be no one to sign for the package as we are a big company with at least three receptionists until 17:30. I can even go so far to say that the driver lied to his company by saying no one were available for signature.
We are a huge security company and it will be so easy for me to get enough video footage to proof that no delivery was done yesterday at 16:20.

It has happened to me numerous times. They either say "bad address" (even though I phoned to confirm the address) or not available for signature, even though I was there the whole day!
I am not satisfied with their services at all. Would never recommend their services to anyone!
slow delivery
This courier center very slow deliver the parcel. My parcel last Saturday already arrival the office, but until today i still not yet get my parcel. Skynet Sitiawan always need take many days to send out customer parcel. I call to their office to check my parcel, the officer ask me call after one hour. After one hour i call back, the officer attitude very bad. Action not patients, i not finish ask my question then she hang up my call.

I am really dissatisfied with skynet service.. My grandma give money to the wrong courier driver.. Because we are waiting for two courier company.. One is skynet (Not need to pay) one is gdex (Need to pay).. But my grandma is old and she don't know which one to pay and she give the money 200 to skynet driver.. And the driver never reject the money.. After i know that i call the driver and the phone number i get from internet ([protected]). And the person who answer the call give me another number and i call to the number given.. The person give me another number.. At the end i ask them to give me melaka branch number to contact myself ([protected]) there is no one answer i call for three days.. I am really angry and i went to the office and ask about it.. I saw there is many customer there and i stand there for waiting someone serve me..In 5 minutes one malay girl (Dana) call me "oi, u sudah ada orang serve tak ?" i more angry feel like #### service from skynet ! Do you think that the word that she use to call customer is correct?! What service u provide ? Don't u teach your staff how to greet the customer ?! Then i told her the situation i face.. She said its related to money its very hard to settle ! Do u think if its easy to settle i will go to your office ?! And the second day morning i got the call from her she said your driver had not receive the money and she pass the phone to the driver (Hidir) and he said that he had not receive the money.. He said maybe other courier company driver receive.. But then the day had only one courier company driver send parcel to my house that is skynet ! After this incident.. I got a conclusion that is skynet service is so bad and the driver is not honest.. Really disappointed to your service ! Like #### !

So my parcel from China had arrived ur HUB on 9th January, but until today (14th Jan) I still havent receive it, I did call ur service line, your officer's attitude frustrated me the most! She said they attempted to deliver two times, but I didnt receive any notes from them stated they did come bt i was nt at home or asking me to go to their nearest outlet to pick it up (as what other delivery company will do in Malaysia), and I was at home the whole day on the day they say they attempted to deliver.
So, she said will arrange to deliver it again yest (13/01). I had been waiting whole day at home, yet my parcel wasnt been delivered. Hence, I called again this morning around 11.55am, she said my parcel status is out for delivery, I hvn even finished speaking and she ended the call! What a rude officer! Please improve your staff quality! Slow delivery and poor customer service officer!

Skynet is the worst and slowest service between all the courier service. The parcel is always take 2-3 weeks to arrive although the parcel is sent out from Kuala Lumpur to Sungai Petani, Kedah.
My parcel (as above tracking number) is arriving SPT branch on 06/01/17 and 07/01/17 but until today still yet receive the parcel. I understand for what your staff say sometimes your despatched man is not going to our certain area. But the parcel are already kept at your branch for 1 week. Actually what is your schedule to the area? Once a month?
On Tuesday (10/01/17) I had called your SPT branch many times but no body pick up the phone although is working hours. Then I tried to call main centre [protected] to check when could I receive the parcel. The person who answer my call called Lulu get my phone number and promised to call back after checking. Of course no body call back afterwards.
Actually not me also but also heard from all my friends complaint about your slower and bad service. The bad experience was I could receive my parcel after 2 weeks, and finally I go to collect the parcel myself at your SPT branch.

I was told by the shop that they sent out my parcel on the 9th Jan. Expected to arrive 10th or 11th the latest.
Today is already 12th (6pm) and my parcel has not arrived yet. Ordered it as a birthday present and you're late causing my friend unable to receive it on time.
Your hotline is rubbish. Called the Ampang branch, no one answered. Called the cheras branch, no one answered. Called the subang jaya branch, no one answered. Finally manage to call Batu Caves branch but put me on hold for almost 3 mins and was told the late delivery is due to a mistake in delivery location and heavy workload?

I received a call from Skynet at 10.38am on 1 November 2017. The people who deliver show bad manner. He ask i not at home right? i said yes. Then he talked so rude : " why you not at home, how i deliver to you?". Excuses me, i need to work, the time you deliver is office hours. Most important, you didn't inform me earlier. I will let you know or i will ask my mum stay at home. I didn't mean anything but please, care on your manner. I understand that you might busy and might be in hot temper. But i am customer which not related with your hot temper.
I not sure the people who deliver whether will saw this complain. Due to safety concern for my family, i reserve the right to legal action if there something happen to my family.

Hello, my order from a Korean Website, Althea has arrived in Kuching on 4.1.2017 but wasn't delivered to me till now (10th January). Online tracking isn't helping because the last update is 7 days ago. When I called the Kuching branch the lady on the phone wasn't friendly or polite, no greetings, no 'hello' or 'thank you' at all. She cut me off when I was speaking as well. At last she told me that my package wasn't delivered on 4th, no information on when it will be delivered or where it is. I am very very disappointed in your service.

I've been purchased breastpump online on 29Dec2016 and it's has been picked up by skynet on 30Dec2016, according to my seller update & expecting to receive my breastpump on the next day delivery. But I did not receive my parcel after a week time therefore I've start traced my parcel via skynet online with Tracking number - Skynet [protected], status shown my parcel was sitting at sungai besi hub (CR2) since 30Dec2016. Thus I have tried to call skynet customer service but no one answer the call although I've called more than 10 times per day during office hours for two days continuously. Then I called to sungai besi skynet, they told me that my parcel no longer at sungai besi hub (CR2), it has been sent to another hub at Subang Jaya, asked me to check again the status online the next day. But this has no update in skynet online system. I've called to skynet Subang Jaya, no one answers the call as expected. I've called back to skynet Sungai besi, they have provided me another number to call for complaint. I've called to the said number given and they told me they will investigate and will call me back. But I have been waiting for many days no one from skynet call me. Here I urge your help to investigate and please expedite my parcel delivery to my door step as soon as possible due to I need to use the breastpump urgently! Lastly, hope you can seriously looks into the matter and take action to improve skynet customer service. I have had good impression about skynet in the past with their fast delivery. But not for now onwards.
