Please be informed that I'm the receivable for 2 parcel. Please refer below tracking number.
LAZM9000830350 - item already receive to the person call "yunos", but we no have such person call "Yunos"

Both item supposed to deliver to Cameron Highland Malaysia with the 2 difference address provided, but is almost 1 week and we didn't receive until now.
Please double check for me as I already call many times to customer services and they keep as me to wait for the call, i wast very angry for that services.

2.30pm call about to arrive my house. I rushing back from office. Wait until 4.00pm I call he said went to other place & will deliver to me about 18 minutes. Waiting till 6.00 he said already away from my place. I told him we need that washing machine urgently. He promised to deliver. About 8pm he didn't respond to my call. Later he answered lorry breakdown. I don't believed it. Tomorrow during office our nobody at home. He must deliver after office hour.

I was supposed to travel this year overseas to visit my family. We had to cancel our Europe plans. My uncle 72 years old packed some of the things almost 2 weeks ago I had there /it is my country ! like 1 pair of sandals, 1 pair of takkies, 1 soft toy /15 cm for my child as Christmas approaching, 1 skirt...one pair of underwear. Think I had left behind me a jacket like a raincoat.One of each please take note.
Parcel blocked for 5 days in JB at the custom. I called Pretoria offices for hours and hours listening to their music
I called Cape Town offices although we located in Pta and they replied got finally the great news that my parcel is on hold at custom. Than I got an email appointing Mrs Busi Ndala, the import specialist at skynet and only person capable to assist me to get my stuff. I would like to get back my clothes.
I emailed the lady 3 time sat least by now and zero reply from Mrs. Busi Ndala the only person dealing with imports at Skynet.
BTW why on the earth is considered an import your own clothes?Why? I received one single parcel in one year what is the problem?
Helooo guys I really would like a telephone number I can complain about custom and an email address. And may be an answer from Mrs Ndala.

On the 28 September 2018 we have sent off a parcel from Cape Town Depo to Braamfontein, Two weeks later our customer notified us that he has not yet received his Parcel, we then contacted skynet and they advised that we contact Skynet Johannesburg, after many emails and calls we were told that they can not locate the customers parcel, and that they would do a investigation on the driver.
that was two weeks ago we are now in November and still no feedback, we eventually sorted out our customer using another courier company and 3 days later the customer received his parcel and we are still waiting on skynet to get back to us.

I have two parcels (one regular #[protected] and one express #[protected]) delivered with Skynet and both were delay. The parcels arrived HK on time but have been sitting in Skynet HK warehouse for forever. They uploaded fake attempt delivery record (while no one ever tried to deliver or call or leave delivery note) and when you have to rang them up every day to chase your parcel. Everytime you called their customer service they said they can't contact the delivery guy and will revert. After many hours they called back and let it rang for 3 seconds (before you had time to pick up the phone) and cut off. They told you the same thing (cannot find delivery guy) when you return their call after 15 minutes. Then they put down a "Attempt to Contact Consignee Failed" record.
Even when they finally decide to deliver, they don't deliver during the stated time (i.e. 11am - 6pm) and came as late as 11pm.

Skynet internet service is worst I have seen... Every month 10days we will have problem only 20 days I am using net services... If I call to customer service no one will respond even they respond they will come after 5days and will say cable cutted... I don't know why every month cable will cut... Does skynet using worst cable wires? Are they are give internet for 20days making money... Even now I have problem vth internet...

A johor to johor parcel gotta send to subang jaya which is 320km away and then send back to johor and take ages to deliver. They deem saturday their own non-working day as failed attempt of delivery and take agea to deliver.

On Oct 10 (a weekday)they did not attempt to send it to the office address which was opened but to call me instead as mentioned by En Sofian from Skynet Warehouse. I was on an island off Mersing and did not receive the call…due to that you have sent it back to the seller.
How do I solve this and make sure that delivery by Skynet uses some kind of fuzzy logic and do not happen on a weekend in the most prestigious office block in Kuala Lumpur?

Salam and good day. I'm writing to complaint regarding delays in Skynet Machang Branch pertaining to deliver my parcel. The seller posted out my parcel on 23rd September 2018, in a same state, Kelantan. Unfortunately, it takes almost 3 weeks to reach me. Until this complaint has been made, i do not receive my parcel yet. I'm wondering how was the management at your company? It is not about the parcel itself, it is about trust that seller put on your company to deliver the product to customer safely and punctually. I am really disappointed on your service. This should be the last time for me using your company's service and i definitely will not recommend it to my friends.
Hoping for better management system in your company. Otherwise, you should close that branch because many of your customers will suffer with that kind of attitude. Thank you.

Checked the tracking status it appeared "out of delivery", but they never contact customer if parcel cannot on time delivery to customer. Just let customer wait when contacted customer service george town branch.
I just need confirmed delivery time but they just answered will delivery by end of today. End of yesterday I still not able receive the parcel.
Contacted them again and told me same history, "just need wait only"
They said unable control driver to delivery parcel to customer and need customer direct goes their branch collect the parcel. What kind of the courier service if just keep asking customer self pickup by themself?!
That is not first time I faced the problem. Please improve your courier service if still need customer support again.

I was very angry with skynet deliver service.My parcel stated was showing delivered since 4/9/18 but I did not receive any parcel until today.I was then checked with the parcel sender and they told me that the parcel had been received by the receiver by showing me the received chop on the tracking note! Honestly I had checked the receptionist / guardhouse they told me that there was no parcel for me and the receiver chop was not from my building address.Now I was lost my parcel and lost my money as well! On 4/9/2018 at 3.32pm, my daughter send a parcel to me thru sky net pandan indah, cheras. Then i'm supposed to get the parcel on 5/9/2018 but the driver accidentally left my parcel and it can't reach to me on the 5/9/2018. As I tracking my parcel today through online, it showed my stocks ard delivered. However, when i ask and check with receptionists, they told me they didnt received any parcel from Skynet. And, I called skynet customer service, the officer told me my stocks are delivered, but cant provide me the name who received my parcel, and say the record only show received the company chop from reception on the parcel delivered.
How come there is NO CALLs from the deliver man, to ask me come and collect my parcel?! I believe there will be my contact details showed on the parcel. Please help to clarify with the driver is it any leftover parcel in the truck.

Delivery time is very long, I can see my stuff is in my city but wait for few days still doesn't wan to send to me, not the first time, but many times, the workers are very lazy and not polite. It is not raining why do not want to send!? Fed up with skynet In ipoh! They do not update the tracking information, always like that, it brings me a lot of inconvenience as I dunno when they will come and what time I should stay at hone to wait for them to come.
