I ordered a package online through Lazada.com, the package was delivered to my house and placed right in front of my door step when nobody is at home and the front gate was closed. My wife left the house on 8 August at 10.45am and came back around 12.30pm when she noticed the packaged was placed on the door step. I did not received any call from Skynet on the delivery and did not sign any form to receive the package. This is a serious breach of privacy by trespassing a private home compound. I want this to be investigated, report on the investigation result and what action is being taken on this case. A police report will be made if the explanation is unsatisfactory.

document not pick up

Friday (20.07.2018) around time 4pm I already call but they no pick up the document. I already call nilai but they say if want to call collect document need call morning then saturday we already know they cannot pick up. We already call many time on monday (23.07.2018) but they didn't pick up. I try call again on that day monday (23.07.2018) they say can collect on tuesday (24.07.2018) morning but they did't come to collect the document then I keep call them again but they say need to arrange driver to collect but until wednesday (25.07.2018) they still never collect. On wednesday (25.07.2018) I keep call them but no one pick up the call after that around 4pm some one (driver lorry from skynet) call ask timing closed operation hour I already mention our operation hour is 8.30am - 5.30pm but sale open until 9pm, then until now 28.07.2018 they never come to collect our document. This issue for me is soo serious because very bad service and never respect customer and they ingore my calling I thing they will never answer when call is coming because when im call they hard to pick up my call. How can behave like that?! No pick up call?! No responsitibility to pick up the document once I already prepared! This issue is serious! Very bad service on skynet nilai!

An item was supposed to be collected by Skynet for a return to Takealot, but nobody came.
After checking everyday I was assured that collection will happen today before 17h00. So far nothing.
This is not the first time that I have to wait days for a collection.

I would like to complaint a staff just now a Malay guy who deliver my parcel to me.
The guy came and straight scolding me do I know my parcel long due already which he called me not at home.
The guy is a liar. I only received a call on last Friday. A skynet guy called me said he got a parcel want to deliver to my place on next Monday which is this week Monday, two days ago.
Monday I waited no call no deliver parcel to me. Then on Tuesday a guy called said can't find my condo in the afternoon. I tried to explain my condo near where. He said he will try to find. Close to 6pm he still didn't deliver to me. I called back same number and he said he couldn't find and will tell supervisor get other people to deliver.
Then comes today Wednesday. This fella called asked me came down to collect parcel. I did as he asked to get my parcel. Once he arrived straight away scolded loud do I know my parcel long due already. Said called me no answer. All these while skynet called to my mobile when they want to deliver parcel to me. I don't know which number he called. I said last Friday only I received called said next Monday deliver parcel to me. Then Monday no one deliver the parcel to me. On Tuesday skynet guy called said cannot find my condo and at the end he said he will tell supervisor get other guy to deliver.
The guy who scolded loud is consider rude to me. Some more he said next time not at home ask me go collect at office. How I know the parcel is long due coz I only received call on last Friday. And I waited Monday whole day no one come to deliver the parcel to me. Next day said cannot find my condo. Then following day I got scolded loud like this? Please be fair to me even though I know it is a hard work to deliver parcel to customer. Please teach your staff well!

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with your dispatch guy's service.
This afternoon I was called by this fellow many times. As I was attending my meeting at the office, I quickly returned the call to him. So rude of him when he answered my phone and he said "Lain kali, jawaplah telefon kau!"
I then requested him either to send on another day or perhaps assigned the parcel to my guardhouse. But when I was home, I realized that my parcel was forcefully stuffed in my mailbox. Can you imagine? A big book was stuffed into a small mailbox!
The worst thing, due to his act, my mailbox now is stuck and can't be opened. Sarcastically I have to force to pull this parcel out from my mailbox, and I still have plenty of letters is inside the mailbox!
Please look into this matter, attached photos for your investigation on this dispatch guy.

Slow, inaccurate and not reliable! My item suppose reach before 27 jun, but until 5 july also haven't reach! Then when I live chat with the skynet, they tell me call [protected] for any clarification but when I call nobody is picking up the phone! When I check the status "5.04pm : out for delivery"5.06pm :left messsage: consignee not at home/office. Delivery will be reattempted"! Wow you can delivery to my house in two min! And the main point is my mom always in house! I don't know when it can delivery to me, and I hope the company can take it serious!

No any action taken by your staff at all until I make several calls to your staff. I trust your service, but I need spend time to follow up and it make trouble to me and to my customer. I checked through tracking system thay my parcel has arrived in Johor Bahru four days ago. In the tracking system, it shows 'info required' without any further expaination. I have provide every information needed and I do not understand where there is the need in any information. All three contact number of Skynet could not be reached, I do not have any method to know what happened to my parcel. I keep on waiting for our days without any information about my parcel, totally wasting of time. This parcel is needed in a very short while but the parcel seems to disappear, and the only thing I can do is keep waiting not knowing when I will receive my parcel. For these four days, I have to waste my time at home waiting for the parcel and could not attend to more important things. It truelly cause much inconvenience and difficulties to me as my parcel seems to take forever to arrive. It is irony that a express delivery service takes ages to deliver a parcel.

I missed a call from 013-[protected] (25/6) 12.56pm and send me a message about he was from courier service. I returned his call and he told me to call the office for reschedule the delivery. I called that card office number : 03-5623 9100 before 6pm, more that 10 calls, either nobody pick up or disconnect. I keep on calling the same number the next day 26/6 from 9 am -11am. The same situation. Suddenly I got a missed call from this [protected], 1.26pm. I returned call, he scolded me that so hard to delivery my parcel. Yesterday already told him not to delivery during lunch, he still and just put in that letter and leave. Then, he said ask me to wait for office call for the rearrangement. I am so fed up. inefficiency in delivery the parcel
I checked through skynet tracking system that my parcel was reached Johor Bahru (Southern Region 1) on 20th June 2018 . After 3 days waiting to deliver at home, but yet to deliver. Today 23rd June i called the office and was informed by the staff name Siti that the parcel are already in the office & i informed that i will collect the parcel this afternoon. I went to southern Region 1 office at Kempas at 11.30am and was informed by the malay male staff that the parcel already in the transport(delivered) and will reach my home by today. Unfortunately after waiting for 1.whole day in the house, the parcel still not reach my home.
Very frustrated with the service.
I also had similar issue same with you. Skynet service at Kempas. My parcel status mention out of delivered since 29 Jun 2018 but until today I still haven't received my parcel yet. I think is certain area skynet's problem. I using Perak sitiawan skynet is better than others place.

Parcel arrived at kajang branch on 19/06/18, they didn't arrange for deliver my parcel for 2 days, I called kajang station and request for self pickup, the staff (mira) told me she have to find where is my parcel first and will give me a call back, but she didn't! The first delivery attempt on 22/06/18 but unfortunately driver reach in front of my door and told me he couldn't found my parcel inside his lorry... He told me he will resend on saturday 23/06/18. On 23/06/18 morning 11.00am I recheck my parcel status they is a new updated saying there is unsucessfully 2 attemps, I called again to kajang station and ask about the status, the staff told me because of raining maybe driver didn't do delivery, when I told her the driver promised me will resend to me by today then she asked me to wait la, because the driver is going out at 11.00am maybe he is late... Wtf! She told me the driver going out at 11.00am but the status updated as unsucessfully 2 attemps at 11.00am! I'm so angry and keep on asking where is my parcel now end up the staff hang up my call and didn't give a answer where is my parcel! Even email to skynet also didn't respond! I'm so dissappointed with skynet and will advised all my friends and familly to banned skynet! Service sucks!
late cheque refund for cod collections
We have Skynet R2842942.
COD refunds as agreed is weekly from Tuesday to Monday collection. For so many weeks now, the signatory signs the cheque one day late. This is not as agreed and yet no on in UAE operation can seem to tell him that he is not doing as per agreed refund date.
This makes us suffer expecting proper refund on date. Couple of times, we had been telling accounts team to refund on time but they cannot do anything when signatory comes late in the day after bank has closed.
Jijo John Credit Control Manager once promised this will never happen again but it has been happening consecutively for week with fail. This UAE signatory abuses this power to the detriment of consignors. Can somebody correct on tis practice of signing refunds whenever convenient to him. Skynet should refund on time as agreed. Its disgusting that a big international courier company has this abusive process and power given to cheque signatory.

failure to deliver a parcel when confirmation had been previously given

I arranged on Monday 11th June for a parcel to be delivered on the 12th June. The parcel was lost and i was informed that the parcel could not be delivered. When I requested that the parcel be found, I was informed that as the contact was between the supplier and the courier company, it was not a requriement to deliver my parcel on a set date. Around 30 mins later, I received a call stating the package had been found and had been left in a van overnight. The package would be delivered on 13th June. Given the extreme lack of security of the package along with the failure to deliver the package I would hope for an apology along with a refund.
The most frustrating issue is that i was made to feel as though it was my fault for the package being misplaced and my fault for the failure to deliver.

Hello, i am ms chin, a customer of skynet in kuala terengganu, malaysia, i am supposed to received a parcel on the 9/06/2018, however my parcel did not arrived until this very date on the 12/06/2018. I track my orders and it was already send to my state since 3/06/2018, however i was patient to wait for my parcel. And then i tried calling the local skynet service in kuala terengganu for 2 days, none of my calls are being answered. Then i have to go to the office myself to realise that they have no intention to apologise for their mistake, and make up for it. What poor service.

We complained at hq seremban, they told cos my area only have one parcel, so, if they deliver they will cost a lot? Omg, this is the reason of not deliver? This is your job, and we pay for it! If my area still only have only 1 parcel, means I will not get my parcel?

late submit goods and did not follow up the goods for customer
My goods was arrived at Malaysia on 05/06/18 and the details shown up supposedly to be dispatched goods on 05/06/18.. I called the customer service at Johor Bahru Kempas area at 06/06/18 and the incharge ladies told me goods already delivered at will be arrive at my shop by the same day.. I have been waited for 2days until 07/06/18, I check online again and it shown delivered AGAIN! while I DID NOT receive my goods at all for this 3days! And the ladies only told me goods was dispatch and I request for the driver number she just act like DON KNOW! Now I am wondering is my goods lost or missing as the servicing people JUST NO FOLLOW UP MY ITEMS!
