Sadly I'm back again on this platform about the same matter. I must say the level of incompetence I'm dealing with is beyond me. A simple delivery is turning out to be a nightmare. Arrangements were made to deliver and when I follow up I'm being told parcel didn't go out by Phumla, who is very unreliable and doesn't seem to be bothered by my delivery. I then called and spoke to Mabore who also made promises of calling and till not i'm still waiting for her call. I must say really I'm really disappointed in the level of service i'm getting from Skynet and Vodacom.

They are supposed to hand over all internationally tracked parcels to the local national postal service, but Skynet have said that they tried to deliver to my door.

For international customers, they are almost uncontactable.

When they do respond, they say "you need to speak to your agent, we can't help you here".

Their tracking system is highly suspect. They said that my parcel had :

Been returned to Spain

Then on its way to my door

Then attempted delivery failed

Then being sent back to Spain

Then another door delivery.

We are expecting a 5 boxes of parcel from India to Perth Australia and 3 boxes under [protected] this number has been deliverd but other 2 under [protected] has not been delivered to us, how ever its showing on tracking channel that its delivered but how come we received only 3 boxes and your team said all 5 are delivered .

Please check and advise as this is very precious stuff for us .Its should not be ignored like this as your staff showed up this level of careleasness.

The courier was picked up on 24th of May 2022 to be delivered in the next 4-7 days. The first three days still Monday, 27th Of May 2022 the document has new updates as to where it is?

On 28th it gave a status document prepared and it's 01st of June 2022 it's still stating the same with the customer service has no clue when it will reach it just says contact your local branch...

This is what they have done with an important document which was required for a specific purpose.

When I speak to he concern person they say that tomorrow it will be dispatched for the destination and that tomorrow never seems to come...

What kind of service do skynet provide to save a few bucks I used this skynet and now I regret using such pathetic courier service

I buyed stuff from India and spend extra $ to make it safe and secure before packing in courier box. When yesterday (May 10th 2022) I got my courier package it was open & everything was broken. Pictures are attached with this complaint. I feel like I wasted my money. Please help me in getting my money back. Thanks alot..

My reference number is # [protected], my package was scheduled to be delivered on the 9th May. I received a call on Friday from number [protected] confirming that my package will be delivered on Monday the 9th I advised the gentlemen that I will be at work however I will make exceptions so that I am home when the package gets delivered during the day, he confirmed my delivery address and assured me that my package will be delivered during the day. At 14:09 on Monday the 9th I called the call centre [protected] and I was told my delivery address is not on the system I gave it to the consultant that I was talking to and I was given Richard’s [protected] I briefly spoke to him and he advised that he will call me back. I received a call from Thabo from number [protected] assuring me that my package will be delivered before 17:30 after that Richard also called me from number [protected] confirming that my package will be delivered however that is not the case, as I am typing this message I don’t know where my package is or when it will be delivered. I took a day off work today waiting for the delivery as I have been waiting for 39 days for this package. I will not be available at home to wait for delivery. I find this kind of service to be unacceptable, I have to me making calls to every contact point at Skynet for delivery of my package after I have honored the customs clearance payment I had to make for the package to be released. I am truly disappointed in the service I have received thus far and an apology will not suffice in this regard.

I had dispatch a parcel on 26 April 22 tracking number [protected]

The person who dispatched my parcel he overcharged me as in my slip is written 24 usd which is 4460.16 pak rupee but he charged 6000 which is 32.29 usd kindly redund my extra charges and take high notice if this issue. It's not the first time always he overcharged from the clients.

Should be in 2/april my shipment arrived to kuwait for Dubai,when kuwait office they said still need Time around 2 days ,why?!

Me and my girlfriend where showing each other our love and effection and it ended up breaking on us and we read that you all test them and make sure they are good which is a lie this is the second time this has happenex

On the 21st Feb was at home the whole day, but the skynet driver updated on my tracking status that i was not at home to receive my parcel, again on the 23rd the same thing happened. I was eagerly waiting for my parcel but he never came. How can he lie so much without doing his given task. This happened in witbank skynet. Iam so disappointed in skynet. Expected delivery location to Rietkuil.

I tried calling skynet witbank but their phone was not working so I called their head office call centre and asked about my order which they said its due for delivery, and I asked who to call at witbank because their phone isn't going through and the lady said their phone isn't working but I dont know who you can call. Left me on the phone without saying anything else.

I posted a parcel on 12th feb 2022 to uk Manchester tracking [protected]

it was supposed to be delivered in 5 days but after 10 days its stil undelivered for unknown reason. Everytime receiver called they make fake promise and its highly disappointing for such a company who charge so much but no quality service.

On 23feb they put fake entry that parcel is delivered but no proof no sign

The company they handover package says they haven't delivered but they made fake claim

They completely scammed me

I got my parcel today 21/02/2022 around 12:00. When I opened and found all items are damaged and it’s make me disappointed. I taken pictures and sending you. I have spent 4300 Indian rupees on this and 3775 Indian rupees on parcel delivery service. It’s cost around 8000 Indian rupees.

So I made a purchase from size.co.uk on Dec 20th 2021 which my package was sent to Skynet Worldwide Express which was verified email by an email saying they’ve received my package and that they need confirmation that I would pay any duties for my package upon arrival. I’ve emailed multiple times about how to confirm that I would pay the duties, they then emailed me back saying they will email me a link to some sort of webpage that I would be able to confirm that I would pay the duties so my package can be cleared and then make its way over to me. It is Feb 15 2021 I’ve sent them multiple emails in regards to my package and I’ve been getting little to no response and every response is the same thing when the do decide to respond and as of Feb 02 2021 on my order status it says unable to locate which I’m guessing means that my package is lost and I can no longer receive my shoe

I would like to say that your services are very poor as I have been waiting for my parcel for 2 months and even haven't got any update from you even after spending the whole day on phone with you. It's been more than a month I am calling and chasing for my parcel. It's very urgent as there were some medicines with some clothes, otherwise, I have to lodge the claim for it.

Will never recommend your services to anyone.

I used their service to send an official document from Dubai to Sharjah, They promised to deliver it the next day however while I was tracking the shipment on their website it showed "No Information" I contacted their customer service 4 times with no proper action. Eventually they asked me to go to their warehouse to pickup the parcel.
The customer service refused to transfer my call to their supervisor and kept saying we will ask him to contact you!
I'm very disappointed from their service and I'm not recommending them to anyone.
Also they didn't provide receipt for the amount I have paid.
Worst worst worst company ever !

My parcel with the tracking number [protected] is missing. It has not been updated since the 16th of November when it was an hour from my house. Where is it? This is really not good enough. I can see your customer rating is 1 star. How appalling! This better be fixed ASAP. That parcel had sentimental value. How can anyone trust your company to deliver when you constantly lose parcels! This better be solved!

It's been 2 months now since My parcel has been cleared from the airport & custom but the skynet company is not forwarding it for delivery.
Very very [censored] customer service, not helpful at all! I received 2 parcels from dhl within a week but my parcel from skynet is still not delivered.
I call everyday & ask them for my parcel but no one gives me an accurate answer, they are not helpful at all! My worst mistake to go with skynet I will never use their service ever again! Very unprofessional, highly unreliable they should learn something from their competitors ESPECIALLY DHL who delivers parcels within a week!

I booked a parcel on 01.11.2021 from Allahabad (Prayagraj) UP having Airway Bill No. 9253802. It is still not delivered to the destination. One person with contact No. [protected] contacted the destination (Om Prakash Singh: Lamahi Varanasi) and threatened him of loss of his parcel if he did not collect the same by visiting his office situated at Maldahiya.

In this regard, it is requested to please manage the delivery of the parcel at door or return it to the sender along with the money of Rs. 315/- paid for it.
