But it is very serious it is necessary to file a complaint because the packages are not delivered they keep them and say that they delivered them impossible to have someone on the phone even on a surcharged number. I sent over 10 emails with no response from them.
How can skynet continue to operate as a carrier? We must all file a complaint against this rogue company.

I called in Wednesday the 14th to change my delivery address, which it was confirmed to be changed, called again on the 15th to confirm if my address was changed, agent confirmed that it was changed and my parcel going to be delivered in the 15th, driver went to the address I changed, I was told that my parcel with be the first priority it will be delivered in the 16th which is today morning, I called this morning and they confirmed that it will be delivered, I called again during the day and I was told my parcel is still on the way, I called back few minutes later and I was told that tried returned with my box because according to the driver securities in the gate tried to call me but I did not answer, which is not true, 0ur security do not call tenants for delivery, I was provided contact details of driver whom he made a promise to make a plan for me to get my parcel today but later did not respond to my phone calls, your people are very dishonest and incompetent, after a number of phone calls made I still did not get help,
Desired outcome: I want necessarily actions to be taken against your agents and your driver , I need proof that you guys did something ,we need the people who understand the importance of customers centricity

My parcel gone missing since 4 Jun and suspect stolen by dishonest person.
1 have 2 parcels sent from China and one has delivered successfully on 4 Jun 2021. However, the other parcel has misrouted to Kulim. We called them and they said will route back to right location in 1 week.
After 1 week, we called to follow-up, the staff gave me all different response such as, the item was here but now I cannot find, the item still in shipment, short carton, and now they not even bother to pick up the call.
I sent complaint to Skynet website and they never monitor and reply after 3 weeks later. I sent complain to their facebook. The first replied is based on our record, your item has delivered successfully on 4 Jun 2021. This showed they not even has SOP to check properly and response to customer. Subsequent replies, we are still working on it. We are working with the related branch and have yet to receive any positive feedback and appreciate your kind patience & understanding.
Based on the phone response, I highly believe my parcel has been stolen by them because the staff said they have seen the parcel and just cannot find it now. The company is not actively engage with their customers and I suspect they have stop searching my item.
This has been very upset me.

Have been delay my parcel for 10 days. each times lodge complain. they will asking for 48 hours. if u ask 10 times, then 48 hours X 10 times. What the hell is happening to Skynet. I was due to receive my parcel SA010435034110001001 on the 15th March 2021, because of network glitches our area was facing that day I opted to meet the courier half, at Zangomeni to be exact. Zangomeni of which is 10-15 minutes under heavy traffic. I waited for 55 minutes to be exact with no sign of the courier and when I called twice, my calls were rejected that's when I left. When I made contact with him again he said he had passed my stop, and I'll get the parcel the next day. Yes I was angry, but I let that pass, my parcel was then shipped out again today 17 March 2021 and like the usual, the courier called. I told him I will knock off then go to town to pick the parcel. When he finally got hold of me on the phone, he was rude and practically scolded me. It did not end there he continued to say I have a stinking attitude that won't help me when he finally decided to deliver the parcel. Mind you I had said nothing to him when he got to me. To me surprise after all the scolding about how much I have wasted his time when he was supposed to have left Manguzi already he turned back and headed back to town. Items still not delivered
I sent parcel last saturday October 31, 2020 on or about 14:40pm from Abu Dhabi to Shiekh khalifa medical center Masfout Dubai. Until now the parcel still not delivered. As i can see in the tracking system the parcel keeps going there and here everyday. This is not the first time I send parcel to the same receiver. I don't know what's wrong with them why it takes long time for them to deliver the said parcel . It is very important and urgent coz It's for my sick brother who is bed ridden in the hospital for 9 months now. The items inside is his for and pwrsonal needs.
Lost parcel
On the 23 September, a guy called David from Skynet Bloemfontein called me to tell me that he was at the gate to deliver the parcel. Unfortunately, he was at the wrong address, so I told him where I was, which was almost 7km away, but he told me that I'll only get it on Friday, the 25th. On the 25th nobody called me. I called David again on the 28th, on a Monday. He told me that he gave the parcel to another driver and the other driver was going to call me. Nobody called. I called him again on the 29th and he told me that the other driver can't find the parcel and that I must call their Supervisor called Lydia. I called Lydia and she told me that she has my numbers and that she'll get back to me after talking the driver. She never did. I called her again on the 30th and she told me that the driver came back late the previous day, that's why she didn't call me and that she'll call me later.
I called again later the same day and she asked for my numbers. I asked if she didn't say she had my numbers and she said she's misplaced them. I gave her the numbers and she never called so I decided to call the manager on the same day. She was hearing about my story for the first time, she said and that she'll call me back later.
She did call later and told me that they couldn't find my parcel and that she had asked for replacement and that she'll call me back today (01 October 2020) in the morning. It's now 13:33 and I havent't received any call from her. I've been trying to call Skynet Bloemfontein in vain today and I'm very upset because I want my parcel.

I am currently waiting for my graduation certificate when I try to use this reference to track 53613538, it say the document is out for delivery since 21/08/2020 which is almost a month ago, they is no feedback why it is taking so long to deliver such a very important document.

My name is Teboho the store manager of Ackermans Thaba Nchu. On the 19th May 2020 i logged a collection for documents that needs to go Head office so since all this process took place late the consultant asked to prepare my collection for 20th, then i agreed. On the 22th I was called in my office for collection '' I then met Mr Mphandle (the collector) i asked him why this documents has to be collected today on 22th instead of 20th the agreed date assuming that he might have a valid as company custodian.
I have never shout or raise my voice when speaking to Mphandle but the way he spoke to me, he deliberately meant to disrespect me in my store in front of my staff nd customers. Mr Phandle failed to answer a simple question but choose to be rude to me...his disgusting attitude pissed me off.
Ackermans and Skynet have a strong relationship, but what Mphandle has done it really cause a bad image and reputational damage for the company. We are retailer and we understand customer with all our heart however that 1 off 22th was not a service at all.
To wrap all this up, I would like not to see Mpandle ever again in my store. I would also request that he should get a harsh punishment for his behaviour.
To prove that i was not happy at all, i even reported his rudeness, disgusting attitude to my head office. And soon i will decide on using different courier to deliver my packages.

I have to honestly say, I am not someone that complains but the level of service received from skynet is honestly a disgrace. I will never use this company again. I normally use courier guy and it is smooth sailling but with
Skynet it is such a complicated process. I booked three parcels with skynet, a lady by the name of zanele sent me an email asking to attach my cipro, which I did 3 times, I even asked her to confirm if it was received and she said yes. Then she asked me to please print it and attach it to my parcels. She said I needed to print my wabel documents I said I did and I did not know once that I needed to print a 5 pager document in order to complete my transaction. I have actually called in 3 maybe 4 times given waybill number and not once has a staff member there asked me if I have completed this process. I am upset as I paid for delivery 2-3 days but now it is going to take longer. I called and spoke to zanele, the line got cut she did not even have the courtesy to call me back. I asked I

Missed parcel because delivery man did not arrive
I was informed that my delivery would arrive on a specific evening when I was at home. Although I was unaware of the delivery due to not checking my emails, I was fortunate enough to even be present at home to make the delivery smooth. However, I had suddenly received a message that stated that the delivery was not made due to not being at home. This is very confusing and I am extremely disappointed that there was no knocking or ringing of the doorbell at all? Literally no effort made to give the parcel even when there was a home filled with people inside. Definitely disappointed in SkyNet delivery services. This is not the first time.

Firstly the call centre for unisa parcels just cut, secondly the delivery drivers lie on the waybill saying the customer isn't available at the delivery point, although I've been waiting at home for 4 days, each day it says it's "out on delivery", although I've never received a call or text saying they have arrived and need a signature for the package...
