Skynet Worldwide Express warehouse staff - hidaya not keep the promise

I have call several time to ask about my parcel, your staff from china warehouse - ms. Hidaya, she was promise to let me know the status of my parcel by 5pm yesterday, I have wait her until 5pm, but she didnt turn up the call, after I call her back, she promise me in second time, she said will let me know before 6pm, I was waiting her from 5pm to 7pm... But she fail to do that. She keep break the promise!

my parcel was collected by skynet on 11 dec, and today is the fourth days I waiting for my parcel, I need my parcel urgently, I need it before tomorrow (15/12/17)

Skynet Worldwide Express product delivery

We track our delivery Tracking No [protected] reached SkyNet Sunfai Petani, Kedah branch on December 8th, 2017. But until today, December 13, 2017, our customer in Sungai Petani still do not received his product.

I did call SkyNet centre in Selangor few times but nobody answer the phone. The same thing happened when calling SkyNet Sg Petani. Yesterday, someone answered the phone and told there're too many parcels to deliver but have to wait due to limited transportation.

What, s the hell of reason given?. Our customer is waiting for the product he paid for. Very worst service.

Skynet Worldwide Express my parcel haven reach

Poor attitude from person who pick up the call from the company and the person who pick up my call promise me a certain date to deliver my parcel but I have not receive that certain date and it not happen once I have been waiting for the whole day ya for the parcel but I couldn't receive. It have been so waste of my time I call to the company and they say they didn't promise me. Why could it be happened. Does the company didn't record customer's details? We have so much things to be done and not wait for the whole day in the house for the parcel

Skynet Worldwide Express getting skynet to collect my parcel.

I have been battling for 2 days, going on to 3 days to get SKYNET to pick up a parcel in Pretoria and transport it down to Cape Town.

Collection was booked in time. Constant follow up to Skynet to get the parcel picked up.

I got the Key Account Consultant involved without any success.

Time wasted. Shocking service from a big company.

Skynet Worldwide Express urgent parcel not delivered on time (delay for 6 days)

Worst service ever, sometimes can't even reach the customer service when called. Being acknowledge that one of the staff (Ms. Fatin) is taking care of this but didn't take responsibly. Call date: 30/11, 1-4/12. Some days I couldn't even call the office and it shows that this number is not available. please check and improve the services.

In addition, I would like to claim the non-pecuniary loss as it had already stated there "urgent" and must send within one or two days but it takes 6 days to arrive. Because all my clothes are stored in the luggage, so I have no choice but to buy new clothes to wear for so many days. The evidence is attached as a photo. I hope this message goes through so that I do not need to appear in Skynet office.

Last but not least, I wish the payment could be done by fund transfer to my public bank account ([protected] - Wang Tze Koon). Thank you very much.

Skynet Worldwide Express skynet suck service ever!

Checking my delivery status and system show that my parcel arrived Skynet Kajang branch 3 days ago and out for deliver from Kajang Branch to Balakong Cheras but until today i do not receive my parcel yet ! Is that very far from Kajang to Balakong ? Or sending Skynet Kajang to Balakong by walking ? Wasting my time to call their hotline 2 days non stop calling nobody pickup my call. Call to Skynet Kajang the customer service told me the delivery lorry breakdown 2 days ago. But yesterday and today they not delivery to my area need to WAIT and ask me to collect myself if urgent they will not send to me today ! WTF is that ? SUCK service ever ! Or Skynet only got 1 delivery lorry ? Such a big company but suck management suck services !

Skynet Worldwide Express courier service

[protected] arrived sungai petani on271117 but untill now i still not yet receive my parcel. im so disappointed on your service. this is not a 1st time i face this issue with skynet. i keep calling sp branch for update delivery status they only give me the answer that will send my parcel on next day, i get the same answer from them continuous 3days. pls give me a good explain on this. this issue have caused me repurchase the same thing. this waste my money and waste my time.

Skynet Worldwide Express unethical behaviour

On 4/12/17 at 11:47am I received a call from [protected] your delivery man that he is at the address 36, Lorong Bandar 3, Seputeh, 58100 Kuala Lumpur. But at that time I was not at home and nobody is at home too to receive the parcel. Then your delivery man suggest to me that he will throw the parcel inside the house compound since it is a small item. I told him not too because I have big dogs inside. I ask him when can he come again and he said" I tak senang ada banyak barang lagi mau hantar tak tahu pukul berapa!" way of speaking not very friendly. I got very annoyed with his attitude and told him I will go collect the parcel at Skynet office. My mom purposely went back home to check whether any Skynet slip note was left inside the post box so she can collect on my behalf but only found one crumble Skynet slip note at the drainage grille without any written notes. My mom called your delivery man mobile again and ask why Skynet slip note was not left behind and why he throw away the Skynet slip note at the drainage grille. He replied that is not ours was other people slip note. He said because he managed to speak to the consignee and Skynet slip note not required. Is this true? Without the Skynet consignment number am I able to collect my parcel at your office in a smooth way? I don't think so, your collection counter will sure present me a "ANNOYED" expression because you have so many incoming parcel and how to check immediately! I have experienced with Skynet delivery and have no problem before. Please explained. Lastly I managed to get my consignment number after my mom asked him and she have to write it down herself.

Skynet Worldwide Express rider attitude

I am dazed by the amount of complain on Skynet service. No wonder I got this too!

Today your rider came to my house and delivered a package that I am supposed to pay for. When asked who is the sender, he said he doesn't know. Asked him to call and ask he said cannot get office/supervisor.

Then the started to show bad attitude and threatened to send the pack back to sender. So I took the pack off him tried to call into Skynet with the tracking no. To my surprise there is no customer service on Saturday!

Then I wrote on the delivery note my phone number to get the Skynet office to call me back. The rider left without the pack! The next thing I know, the rider claimed he was able to get to his office and they told him to make a police report! WTF!

1. I called the [protected] number he gave me and is not reachable! But he is able to reach ?!
2. If he can get office, why couldn't he when I asked him to help me check for the sender information!
3. If he shouldn't leave the pack, shouldn't he request it back?!
4. Why in the first place the rider came without any phone calls to me, if in the first place there is money to be collected. All my deliveries via FEDEX, DHL, EPS, etc etc etc all call before they come when we need to prepare payment.

Thumbs down skynet.

Skynet Worldwide Express promises not being kept and extremely poor service delivery

7 phone calls, 4 days of promises, 70 minutes in total spend on the phone with customer care and still nothing! Seriously, why do I have to go through all of this to receive something that I've paid for? So I ordered 3 pairs of shoes online and unfortunately my supplier is using SkyNet as their courier service. They can only fit 2 pairs of shoes in a parcel bag and the third pair of shoes had to be placed in a second parcel bag. On Monday morning I received one bag with the 2 pairs of shoes and after I ran out to the delivery guy for my third pair of shoes, he advised me that he does not have a second parcel bag for me. I called my supplier and they confirmed that they did send all 3 pairs of shoes and that the third pair is probably just in a second bag and will be delivered shortly. That afternoon at 15:20 I called SkyNet and the lady at customer care confirmed that the second bag is still at their warehouse and that it will be sent out to me on Tuesday. Tuesday at 13:30 I decided to call customer care again, seeing that I still did not receive my second bag. I spoke to a lady at customer care (name can be given on request) that could not tell me where my parcel is, she then placed me on hold to call operations, but after holding for a while, the phone was cut. I called again and the same lady answered the phone, placing me on hold again to call operations and after holding for a while, she came back telling me that operations are not answering their phones. She then took down my number to call me back after she got hold of operations to tell me what is going on. At 15:30 I have not yet received a call from her, so I called customer care again. I spoke to a different lady (name can be given on request) who asked for my email address after she could also not get hold of operations. She cc'd me in an email sent to operations, requesting that my second bag should be sent out on Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning I received a SMS confirming that my parcel is out on delivery. The whole of Wednesday I was waiting patiently for my parcel to arrive, but by 15:50 I decided to call customer again, seeing that I still did not receive anything! Again I spoke to a lady and while she placed me on hold to call the driver responsible for my parcel, the phone cut again. I called back, speaking to a different lady (name can be given on request) who also placed me on hold to call the driver. When she got back to me, she told me that the driver advised her that the parcel was only scanned out but was not actually loaded onto the delivery van. She then advised me that it will be delivered on Thursday (today). This morning at 10:20 I called customer again to confirm that my parcel is actually out on delivery for today. I spoke to the same lady that assisted me with sending the email to operations and she placed me on hold again to call operations. When she got back, she informed me that operations will have to search the floor for my parcel, she then took my number to call me back as soon as operations confirmed where my parcel is. This is really ridiculous… I've paid for my order, and I am pretty sure my supplier paid SkyNet to deliver my order to me, so why the hell is it this difficult to get my parcel? You had absolutely no problem delivering the one bag of this order, so why do I not have my second bag for the same order yet? please sort this out before the end of today, because I will not be told "tomorrow morning" one more time!

The Customer Service Manager at SkyNet contacted me and informed me that they are busy with my complaint. I've received my parcel this morning, 2 working days after my complaint and all was resolved.

Skynet Worldwide Express worst logistic of malaysia!

It seem that Skynet management reluctant to even bother the customer complain at all !
Items received at hub didnt deliver out next day . When I try to call the branch . Forever no pick up . The phone in the office is for display purposes only . Forever can't find my house location yet reluctant to CALL me ! Do you even train your delivery staff !

I never face this problem when the other merchant used Gdex, TaQbin, Poslaju & Dex logistic . Even those service are not good but they can find the location most of time if they can't they will call to ASK . This is not the first time I face this issue.

Skynet used to be not bad back in 6 or 5 year back which I used their services compare with other logistic . However other logistic company slowly improved their service to be at least ok .

SKYNET is worst ! I really hope the merchant don't ever use skynet again !

The negative reviews below from other customers are what I am experiencing as well. I guess since they are contracted by iHerb, Skynet does not treat us good as we are not biz customers per se. I am waiting for delivery of medication for family member. The tracker mentioned that it has arrived at the warehouse (12km from my house) and being delivered (5 working days now). For 12km - around 20 minutes. I called few times to ask if they have lost the medication, they denied. They promised they will call back but did not. I told them I don't mind paying additional for another delivery company to collect from the warehouse but they mentioned that another outsourced third party has taken the parcel, hence they don't know the whereabouts

Stop using Skynet Malaysia delivery service. I filed complained and never follow up to you. I used the word stolen by Skynet Malaysia because the staff told me they saw my toaster but now they told me lost in transit. They are lousy, dishonest and cannot be trusted. They only pay rm$100 to you and I lost rm$900 for my toaster.

Don’t use Skynet Malaysia, you will get yourself troubles.

I would so angry about your customer service which i cant called in any hour.whether i called at moring or afternoon it also no one will answer my call.Then what is the function of your customer sevice? I am so angry about your online tracking, there show that you are delivered the shipment for me that i wanst in home.However, i was staying in home that day but i couldnt receieve any call.Until now i still cant receive any message to get my shipment, what a really poor service

Skynet Worldwide Express courier service

I have a parcel supposed to be delivered by Skynet. I contacted the customer service, was told the address was incomplete (not sure why this happened). Provided necessary info after they finally found my parcel (about 3 days to look for the parcel after the details of the content were provided from the type to brand). Informed they will delivered by Wednesday and until Thursday has not received. Called again (fyi i called several times hence I lost count >3 times), they will deliver my parcel on Saturday-25/11 by 1pm. Waited & until now has yet to be received. Frankly the customer sevice (batu caves) was very cooperative, but I am not sure what happened after. I am unsure when will my parcel be delivered to my doorstep. And your hotline was useless as nobody answered (subang).

Skynet Worldwide Express poor delivery system

I need to complaint Skynet of Branch Balakong.
Tracking no : [protected]

I unsatisfactory of their service. My parcel arrived to skynet on 14/11/2017.
I haven't receive until today. How long I still need to wait?

Within the period, I had called almost 4-5 times to your customer service. The excuse that the girl answer is lack of man power.

I understand, but the period is too long.

Skynet Worldwide Express product keep delay

i ady call to subang branch 4 days, they keep said will send my product by "tomorrow" how many "tomorrow" need to wait, my product 11.12.17 ady reach at subang branch, until now i keep call everyday they only will reply, we will send "tomorrow" or we will call u back, but never get any call from them, this is your company services? i will everyday record the phone record and see need to wait how many day just received my product after that i will post out the record, tracking no: [protected] pls take note

Skynet Worldwide Express very bad service from melaka skynet

I dono what the [censor] service on skynet melaka, but pls take action n pls change such behavior.. this afternoon i just wan to call n chek my goods condition, so i call [protected] this no to pandan malim skynet melaka, but when i call from 4.00pm 24.11.17 untill 6.00pm 24.11.17, two hours inside i call at least 20 call, also no people neet to pick up the phone... So what is the problem for the skynet melaka worker do ?go to the stool ? Sleep ?be lazy ? Go back home d ? Dating with people ? Go to eat nasi lemak, goreng pisang d ?go shopping ? Realy make people angry when i call 20 time over, but no people to answer me !

Skynet Worldwide Express merchandise

The package was delivered to the wrong address. No response from Zara nor Skynet on the proof of delivery. The phone number provided in Miami has you at first or second in line but nobody ever answers. Very bad. Extremely bad.
I contacted the company via their website and no reply from them. Called New York office, same result. Zara maintains the package was delivered but it wasn't. The number is Miami is [protected]

Skynet Worldwide Express bad service

Hey skynet! I want my parcel! Tracking info still at pekan from 1 nov till now. Not even update anything. Dont you think people want to use their stuff asap haaa? I already lost my patience. What the hell so stupid are you? Ive been experienced with skynet, twice. Even two times only but all of service are so bad! Sucks everywhere everything everytime! Do you do your job? Or all of you just salaried blind? Paid salary without doing anything! I want my parcel! Stupid ever courier

Skynet Worldwide Express delay in delivery from skynet seremban

I sent my document to from Kemaman to Sendayan on 15/11/17. Inside the parcel there were some urgent cheques to our supplies (the supplier term is cash on delivery). When i check the status, the parcel arrived to Skynet Seremban on 16/11/17 and out of delivery on 17/11/17. However until 20/11/17 my Sendayan colleague still didn't received the cheques. On 21/11/17 our supplier arrived on our plant, however they refuse to start their work without cheque on their hand and decided to return their office. My Sendayan colleague keeps on calling Skynet Seremban and finally manages to get the parcel after lunch. Our supplier came again for the second time and due to the cheque delay they charge us on their traveling. I would like to request refund from Skynet on the traveling charge.
