On 17/05/19, I ordered 41 lipsticks on kiko's official website, and I paid £91.80 by credit card.
The order number was [protected].
The status of my shipment reads "delivered" on 23/05/19. My parcel was signed by a person named Ahmad who is not the apartment staff or my family and friend. At present I have still not received the goods. All the information I submitted to the seller are correct, neither name, hand phone number or even the address. The postman clearly did not executed his/her responsibilities well, by confirming the receiving person, as well as recording person's details just in case anything happen.
After this, I emailed customer service for numerous but no one answered. I hope :
(1) Skynet TRACK where the postman went to send this parcel, is it a lost item or is there anyone keep it without notice.
(2) Revert back to me on solutions
(3) Explain why your postman did not execute the responsible properly, and how is your further action to act on the person

I brought the domestic item (25.5.19) from lazada (LAZM9001143326) and the seller just located at Nilai, Negeri Sembilan and I checked that item reached to the Nilai Sorting Facility on 29.5.19.
Firstly on 30.5.19 they send the items to wrong branch-Kajang and give reason shipment delay becoz misrouted. The correct branch for my shipment address is Nilai. (Nilai to Nilai took more than 3 days).Then the customer service promise to me that they will make sure that i will receive on 31.5.19 as I told them that I will not available to receive the shipment after 31.5.19. (Going for holidays)
Suddenly, today (31.5.19) i being informed that they cannot make the shipment becoz items Shortlanded (missing some parcel). How could they make 2 mistake at same shipment. Just think why should people pay you if they feel you'll make they life more difficult.

On Sunday it is delivered on melbourne hud but not deliver on location.
We dont have any contact number to ask someone.

As per mention, received a call and stated the parcel will receive before 12 pm, so i appointed someone to stay at home just to receive parcel, however after around 6 hours of long wait, dont get a thing yet ! if you cannot delivery within the time frame please do not commit to customer before 12 pm as we have things on hand to do but just waited at home to just receive a parcel!

I sent a parcel for delivery on 9/5/19 It was only delivered on 14/5/19.
Your delivery facility when contacted was utter rubbish... when I said I wanted to complain about your slow service she hang up on me and I immediately call back no one pick up.

I am very disgusted by you service and even more by the lack of urgency by your personal on insuring the delivery of my parcel and the rudeness of hanging up on me.

if he is not the one who cannot solve
then he must refer me to other person that can tell me exactly what is happening and where is my important document. but he provide me disgusting and using me some exclamation point when im only just asking. and block my messages when i just need information because in the tracking service you provide it said OUT FOR Delivery on april 15. if he cannot deliver im willing to pick up and collect because its important document. check my screen shot..i never use your service again and tell all my friends and relatives all over the world philippines, united arab and portugal that i will not recommend your service. good day and thanks.

The status is already updated to Delivered.
But none of my family members get notified or get notified when the people send the package. He just simply left my package outside my house, nobody found that until the next morning. How if my package get stolen? Even in the tracking status shows only Delivered but not showing who received or signed for that. Is every courier in Skynet that irresponsible? Who is going to take the responsibility if my package get stolen? Ring the door bell. B*** S***. Poor Service.

After receiving a message being asked to pay a tax for my shipment, I called skynet to refuse this shipment and ask to send it back. After 2 weeks I got a new message informing me that my shipment it's expected for clearance in 1-2 days so I called again to ask them to send it back ASAP. It's been 2 months since then and today when I called to ask why ASOS (the provider) didn't get the shipment yet? Every time I got the same answer: "apologies, we'll process your request now" and nothing happened. Theres an 1 month policy for returning and refunding the order. My booking number lazm9000981084, please find the attachments, they said will delivery by today (01.03.2019) this boy have call my boss when early morning (012-7967811) he said will delivery by today, but until now we still haven't receive the goods, I also call many times but he never answer my phone, (see the attachments) I have call office last have one ms nor already pick up the call, she said will delivery at 04.03.2019. But yesterday I have call office also they also said will delivery by today (01.03.2019)... Please check the status reply for me as soon as possible... Because this already delay our jobs, any cost for lost we will charge from skynet... Thanks please contact me as soon as possible...

Package has been booked for express collection on monday 25th of february and must be delivered in humansdorp and been paid for as well is taking 4 days to be collected. Phoned every day since tuesday to try and found out when the package will be collected and every time skynet transfers the phone call promising that the collection will happen that specific day or keeps you on hold just to be cut off. This is unacceptable service for every time they promised that the parcel will be collected absolutely nothing happens. No collection!

On 26/2/2019 (calltime around 5pm)

I had called customer services regarding my parcel order from lazada (lam9000976268), according to your customer service they informed us that the address is wrong, as customer customer your staff should treat client politely but instead she keep complaining, shouting and give unreasonable answer to us.

On 27/2/2018 (around 2.30 pm)

today your dispatch coming to our office to deliver the parcel but he complaining to us that at one time he came to our office but no one in the office, but for ur information that time is our lunch time and what you guys expect.. For sure all our staff went for lunch.. He also complaining to us that it waste his time to come to deliver the parcel because the parcel is too heavy and not worth it for him where he only get srm0.40 (*that what he said). They way he bring the parcel also not careful where he drag the parcel.. I know the parcel is heavy but you guys should know how to deal with it. The parcel is expensive, so if got any damage would you guy compensate it?

Very dissappinted with one of skynet driver. He had bumpped on my car and just leaved. Very irresponsible driver. Should stop and make things clear rather than just went off.

The delivery personnel never come to my house and claimed that consignee not at home. Please make sure the person in charge has delivered his service before leaving any message to claim that the consignee is not home. He never try to reach me through phone call or short message service which I has been tracking my parcel for a day long. Very lousy and bad service!

Hi good day... Im complaining about the package that they send to me because they are asking a money to pay for it trough western union... But I told to them that package has already paid., they told me that they will hold that package bec., there is money inside... They are going to send out that one if already paid... Waited 5 days for domestic delivery. Malaysia is really not that big. Paying price for express delivery yet what I get is normal slow delivery service which is less than half the price for other company. Called skynet on the 4th day to arrange a delivery on the 5th day, the staff agreed yet I still didn't receive the parcel on 5th day. The staff even complained to me that they delivered on the 3rd day yet nobody is at home, but hello, I asked my whole family members and also neighbors. They told me there is no delivery that day. Skynet workers really can lie. I salute your service attitude. Irresponsible and lieing to customer are probably your company mottos. I will never use your service in the future. It has been 27 days and I am still waiting for them to call regarding my item. If they have lost it, then just tell that they have lost it. I want compensation. That is all. Why would they keep me in the dark? Nobody is trying to solve the problem that they created at first. I assume that the agency stole the item that I purchased. If they did not, why would not they want to actually try to find my item?

Thank you for ruining my entire day to the lady that I spoke with! Today morning I called your customer service for some parcel enquiry. I get to speak with a lady name bella. The worst customer service experience I ever experienced. All her inappropriate tone, sarcastic language, bunch of sighs! Omg who does that to customers? The worst and worst customer service!

shipping from Kl at 19 disember 2018, untill today 28/ disember 2018 do not yet deliver.
submit a complaint to skynet office, they said they pass to an agent. is that authorized agent? or just a person that make mistake? no call, no msg to client.
client has to follow up the case. malaysia pekan office dont do job. your shipping agent did not do job. avoid using skynet ever again.

I have experienced a very bad service from skynet company.the drivers contact number is [protected].the drivers who are doing deliveries seem not to understand the meaning of door to door. They are so rude. The driver did not want to deliver goods where iam staying. I have not received my parcel and i donot know what he is going to do with my parcel.My house is an apartment. Skynet is to provide service for customer. The driver told me to go downstairs and take the parcel in a very rude tone. Then he told me if u dont want to take its ok. i ask the driver can send my parcel to me by tomorrow.the driver just said if i have time，i will send to u .execuse me ? Wht type of service is this .i hope this company can take it seriously and reply me ASAP thanks you
