Pos Malaysia poslaju

My friend's parcel still not being received yet and today she'd just realised that her parcel is already delivered to someone around shah alam, an indian guy. So its been like weeks now and supposedly she should be getting her parcel already. I think Poslaju should be paying more attention to this issue because you cant just easily let someone received your parcel especially when its not theirs. Please do something and give full attention to the receiver. Dont just give it to other persons. The names are disclosed properly on the parcel so you should be sending it to the real owner of the parcel. Thanks.

Pos Malaysia bad service

Saya hantar Barang 30/4/2018 Sampai 8/5/2018, customer belum dapat barang, sudah satu minggu, check tracking di online shudah nak 1 week, tracking said at Barang di branch kota Tinggi, call berapa Hari tak orang answer phone, barang ini urgent, tak tahu Kota Tinggi branch buat apa, hantar barang lambat, tak answer call, macam mana buat, service bad .

Pos Malaysia service slow

Barang sya pos pada 3/5/2018. 4/5 sampai sekarang 8/5 barang tu still tersangkut dekat Poslaju Parcel Hub. Come on lah pos laju, sya nak guna urgent barang tu. Sepatutnya bukan dalam masa 3-5 hari dah sampai ke. Barang tu di pos di KL, sya duduk di Johor. Kalau nak diikutkan tak jauh pun. Geram betul dengan pos laju ni. Tracking no sya : EH811262826MY.

macam mana caranya nak baiki tahap perkhidmatan pos malaysia, buat ruangan aduan tp tiada maklumbalas dr pos. buat hotline [protected] tp menunggu punye lama sampai 5 min x ada pegawai ambik panggilan. cal no pos laju cawangan..mana2 tempat mmg susah nak jawab. tolong lah buat kerja elok2, jgn susahkan org dan pelanggan. jgn sebab pos malaysia dah megah berdiri, buat endah x endah pada rungutan pelanggan. tlg buat semakan dengan pos laju bangi, no tracking EH819136421my. minta tolong la uruskan buat serahan kepada penerima. beliau x boleh memandu..x boleh tinggal rumah waktu siang disebabkan mengasuh kanak2.

saya suri rumah mmg duduk dirumah x keluar kemana pun...saya sentiasa check tracking poslaju di apps poslaju...bila item out for delivery...hati mmg berbunga...tp lastly tunggu smpai jam 7.30 pm xde check balik...unsuccessful...kepala hotak la...org tunggu punya lama boleh x successful...staff x buat kerja ke...malas nak naik tangga?...kalau malas berenti duk umah...mmg kecewa dgn poslaju...lepas ni pakai agen lain selain poslaju...tq

Pos Malaysia barang tak sampai

28/4/18 dah sampai pos laju bandar dato onn jb..sampai sekarang 6/5/18 check tracking still sama lagi.. Apa masalah pos laju sekarang ni sebenarnya ya..? Agak2 lah..jgn buat pelanggan tertunggu2 .ataupun nak tukar nama jadi pos lambat pulak.? Tolong ye perbaiki mutu perkhidmatan anda wahai pos laju..please double check dan hantar brg saya secepat mungkin.

Pos Malaysia poor service

Hi Pos Laju .Your guys are having really really poor service.I called pos laju skudai 5 attempts but once they pick up, they drop immediately and same to ur hotline malaysia .I dont know whats the purpose that u set up a customer service line but in fact ur careline doesnt even helps.I have been waiting for one weeks for my parcel and when i track it online u said u alrdy been to my house and left a note but I DIDNT RECEIVE ANYTHING.This caused me have to walk in to the pos laju skudai branch and seriously i do check the operating hours before i went there, ur official page said that they will be operate from 9am till 3pm on friday, but when i reached there by 2.20pm, the centre was alrdy close.WTH is this?i wish i would get response from ur guys immediately or otherwise i will bring it to the next level.

Pos Malaysia bad services

Saya terima notis pos laju pada hari ini. Saya cuba call customer line 1300 300 300 untuk membuat penyerahan kali kedua. Malangnya, masa & duit saya terbuang begitu sahaja. Seolah2 talian tu memang sekadar hiasan sahaja. Tiada operator yang menjawab & kena dengar iklan2 yang bising berjam2 lamanya. Setiap kali telefon kata tunggu 15 minit lagi. Telefon semula kena tunggu lagi. Sampai bila? Kredit dah macam air buang ke iklan yang takde kena mengena tu! Macam mana lagi saya nak mintak pihak pos laju buat penyerahan kali kedua? Ini item no saya: FQ002105701MY. Tolong la jangan nak aniaya orang.

Pos Malaysia delivery status & staff working attitude

Queue up at pos office mukah for more than half an hour under hot sun, one people spend about 10-15mins to get their parcel. When my turn, the staff said that my parcel already out for delivery (check from system, delivery since yesterday morning). The staff said he cannot do anything for me because there still alot of people queuing there! Which means, I need to queue again tomorrow if I not yet receive my parcel today?! Super slow service & not responsible staff.

Pos Malaysia barang dah dekat seminggu tak sampai

Wahai post laju, , andaikata barang tu org tak urgent untuk hantar/terima, , kami takkan pilih pown khidmat post laju ni bossku..kami memilih poslaju dan bayar mengikut berat barang, , sbb kami nak barang kami cpt smpai dan barangnya urgent..knpe pos hari rabu, , skrang dh nak masuk selasa xsmpai lg?peram kat pasir gudang tu buat ape?klau nak sruh self pickup, , call lah no phone yg ade kat situ cik..sy sbgai owner barang ni boleh pegi amek sndri sbb itu yg boleh buat sy cepat dpt brang sy..bukan tak boleh sabar, , gdex, , fedex, , 2hari/3 hari settle dh penghantaran..knpe smpai 6 hari barang tak sampai2?dlu2 sy main jgak post2 surat cinta pkai post biase..4 hari awek sy dh bace suratnya..ini pos laju lagi teruk plk dri post biase?same2 tlg lahh ye..kami bukan tak bayar, , kami bayar..walaupun sikit tapi itu lahh nilai yg kamu mintak..tlg maklumkan kpde poslaju cwgn pasir gudang..andaikata tak boleh hantar, , , call no sy [protected] Luqman..sy sndri dtg amek..maaf andai terkasar bahasa..bukn bru kali ni kne..dh 3, , 4 kali jgak laa..ni trackingnya EN439759433MY..harap complain ni tak diabaikan..maaf..terima kasih

Saya tidak menerima surat berdaftar dpd SKMM walaupun posmen menyatakan yang dia telah buat serahan pada 02 April 2018. Malah, apabila saya rujuk penyata serahan, nama, no. kad pengenalan dan tanda tangan BUKAN nama, tanda tangan dan no. kad pengenalan milik saya. Saya juga telah bertanya kepada jiran-jiran saya jika mereka ada mengambil surat tersebut tetapi memang TIADA. Saya juga dengan telah buat aduan kepada SKMM kerana surat tersebut mengandungi lesen radio amatur saya. Pihak SKMM minta saya buat aduan semula kepada pihak Pos Malaysia untuk menyiasat ke mana surat saya tersebut dan diharapkan ada tindakan daripada pihak Pos Malaysia kerana ini adalah amanah.

Pos Malaysia unethical behaviour

I am complaining about a postman in Melaka (his handphone number is [protected]) with his unethical behaviour. On 27/4/2018, he refused to send the post to my house (Taman Bunga Raya) and he forced my boyfriend to go Petronas (near MMU) to take my post at around 1pm when it is very hot. My boyfriend does not have car and he has to walk to Petronas to take my post under the big sun. Furthermore, my boyfriend even waited him for around 20-25 minutes there under the big sun. Before I used pos laju for several times and I was satisfied, but this time I am really unsatisfied and disapointed with the service of poslaju. I hope that poslaju may try to improve the attitude (especially lazy attitude) of their certain workers although only minority of them to achieve or maintain the best courier service in Malaysia.

Pos malaysia telok datok, amat2 mngecewakan... sudah bnyak kali sekarang nie brg tidak dihantar & tdak update status brg... pos bayar... tapi barang kena collect sendiri... sekali di call, sekali hantar... kalau xcall barang tak hantar.. kenapa macam tu... untuk ape kite bayar caj pos mahal2 kalau barang kena collect sndri... sangat2 mngewakan & sangat2 teruk service...

Pos Malaysia delivery failure due to poslaju non procedurial practice

My tracking number for ER244535852MY, delivery failure today Thursday, 26.04.18 at 2.40pm. Poslaju deliverer caused me the problem in receiving the item from Shopee. I only knew about the delivery from shopee message to me. 2 actions in contra to the practice of Poslaju service, i.e.: i) He did not come out from his van, merely horning doesn't indicate that he's coming to our place. For terrace houses, the horn sound could be directed to the neighbours left, right or front houses. He didn't come out of the car because of the hot weather is not the right excuse. My house is clearly fitted with the bell. As always if he rings the bell, then my maid and kids could easily get notified as they could see his face from our cctv. ii) He did not leave any card mentioning what action I need to do next. These are are 2 big mistakes non customer friendly had caused me the problem of communication break down. Shopee message to me to call [protected] notified me the case & I did lodge report by phone of unsatisfactory practice by Poslaju. Let's see what's their action to overcome the wrong doing.

Pos Malaysia sending parcel to wrong address

Please tell your delivery staff to check out the address properly, because when im waiting for my parcel, never comes to my address and arbitrary put at other office in other level and other department but same company.
For example, my address is
Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA), Kaunter GST Kastam Tingkat 3
(Customs Refund Verification Counter),
Departure hall,
Kota Kinabalu, 88740, Sabah
But they send at Kastam office in other place. Please take note: Departure Hall, Level 3. Kaunter GST Kastam. Not other place where is not in level 3 and not Kaunter GST Kastam. tq, im paid for using poslaju services, but never sent at right place. Please improve yr services

my parcel in tracking already arrive in miri a couple of weeks ago.. but when i go to pos laju miri branch here.. they said my iyem haven't arrive yet.. why the system very slow? i need my parcel for work.. its emergency.

Pos Malaysia er243999854my irresponsible postman

This is such ridiculous postman I had ever seen. Can you please check who are the postman in charge for my case and take displine action against him. Understood it's his duty to request for IC but how can he expect a person carry his IC 24 hours at home. Request to wait so can go in to get the Ic he immediately issue this undelivered notice. Is he being paired for this job or he work for volunteer? What type of attitude he has? Logged complaint to sungai besi pos office and million excuses given. Really pissed off! Call the customer care line for more than an hour nobody pick up the call. Please take necessary action and hire more responsible staffs.

Pos Malaysia lambat proses penghantaran barang

Sye tidak faham kenapa sejak kebelakangan ini pos laju cawangan muar lmbt proses penghantaran barang..sye adakalanya trpksa menunggu hampir 10 hari dan no tracking setiap hari cuma mengatakan item out for delivery tapi barang masih tidak sampai..sudah lh service kne bayar mahal tp service hancur..update pada web tp barang masih diperam di pejabat pos..jika barang yg di post tu ubatan kecemasan bagaimana?
Harap pos laju cawangan muar dapat buat sesuatu dengan mutu perkhidmatan yang diberikan.

Pos Malaysia custom attitude

I seriously don't like the custom working attitude in bintulu pos laju. They called me to pick up my parcel. I arrived at 11.30am, waited until 11.45am, ended up they said the custom not around because got personal problem. What the [censored]! Is not 12pm yet, and I skipped my working time to catch up the pos office and the custom left earlier because of personal problem? C'mon, your time is time, and my time is not? This is not the first time already. Pleas don't mess around with my time, my time is precious also, I made time to suit your custom working hours, don't waste it! Asked me to come back again, what! How do I know if you suddenly got personal problem and gone earlier before 5pm? Use your stupid brain to think about it! Is not funny!

Pos Malaysia kerosakan barang

Saya telah menerima bungkusan saya yang dikirim melalui pos laju daripada negeri selangor...malangnya beberapa barang dalam bungkusan tersebut rosak/pecah...5 balang makan di dalam kotak tersebut telah pecah/rosak semasa penghantaran...kotak tersebut telah pun dilekatkan dengan pelekat "mudah pecah" dan sepatutnya dikendalikan dengan cermat...dengan ini saya ingin membuat laporan tentang kerosakan dan kerugian yang saya alami...mohon pihak pos malaysia memberikan saya maklum balas dengan secepat mungkin...

Pos Malaysia surat belum sampai, never answer the phone

I have been waited almost 1 month, but I haven't received any of my letter yet. I need to use them urgently so I call to sandakan pos laju center many times but after they picked up the call they just hang up immediately. Please improve your customer service! As a customer, I need to know where are my letter. It's does matter if you tell haven't arrived yet but why don't answer the phone. If this situation happened on you, what would you think! If you important letter haven't arrived almost 1 month. I think you also will be so anxious and nervous like me. Please be more consideration and responsibility. This is a part of job, why you don't respect your own job and your customer. Feel so dissapointed of sandakan pos laju service!

Pos Malaysia servis out!

saya nak komplen dimana saya yang kena pickup barang di kaunter poslaju. apa jadah ada posmen kalau saya yang kena pergi ambil. baik saya yang jadi posmen. lepastu bila call nak tracking barang line busy. pastu call balik dah dapat, orang tak angkat pula. call sekali lagi busy balik. niat nak tanya barang dok mana ja sampai kena call hari hari baru nak angkat. busy sungguh pos laju. pos laju bukit mertajam dengan nibong tebal memang tak memuaskan. saya harap ketua segala ketua pos laju ambil la tindakan terhadap dua cawangan ini. tak guna saya bayar postage kalau hampa penyegan nak mai hantar. memandangkan saya yang pergi pickup barang kat kaunter, harap abang kakak pos laju share gaji hampa dengan saya. Tq !
