Pos Malaysia lazy customer service staff at pj poslaju

customer service poslaju petaling jaya had such a very bad service. i called many times not even once they picked up, then i recalled in 1 second, the number is busy what happened? please la orang lain pun ade kerja lain dont have time to keep calling la. dah la delivery man tak de call receiver during delivery time, tetiba hantar sms suruh call nombor yang takde orang nak pick up ni untuk ape? and where's the slip? you simply didnt make any effort to send then why need people put the receiver's phone number there? simply lepas tangan takde responsibility dengan kerja sendiri. then call tak jawab menyakitkan hati bukan nak mudahkan kerja orang lain, malah merumitkan lagi keadaan. nanti cukup 7 hari barang return ke sender pastu kena bayar postage bagai lagi. kalau sy jenis tak bekerja, goyang kaki tunggu barang sampai then ok, sy boleh collect sendiri tak payah minta delivery man hantar barang tu lagi dah. senang!

Pos Malaysia barang tak sampai!

hi pos laju malasyia
saya nak buat aduan, barang yg sy beli by shoppe x sampai.

mula2 sy track brg dh smpai sg petani.
tp bila bnyk hari x ada call dr posmen & x ada brg yg sy tggu, sy track semula, brg sudah pergi ke puchong!

dan hr ni sy track brgnya sudah dikatakan delivered to someone yg no name! di shah alam!

kenapa cuai sgt pekerja pos laju ye smpai brg alamat di sg petani, dh smpai sg petani, pegi hantar ke puchong buat apa..!

dr shah alam - sg petani - shah alam!

Pos Malaysia poslaju

Checking by poslaju tracking, [EN957919648MY]
My parcel arrived at poslaju alor setar on 30/5/18 (9:23 am) but until now I didnt received my parcel. So when I call alor setar office, ive been informed that from alor setar, they already post to Pendang since yesterday evening.

So today when I go to poslaju pendang to selfpickup my parcel, i've been told by officer on duty that they cannot do anything because too many parcel to search. Furthermore, my parcel will be dispatched out only on saturday.

So do they know how important that parcel to me.? Why I cannot selfpickup my parcel.? Something wrong with your operation or your officer. You need a better system.

I WANT MY PARCEL ASAP!

Pos Malaysia still have not received any updates regarding my parcel.

FYI, my seller already send the parcel via your service on the 22 .05.18
there is no update on the parcel status after that.
the tracking no: ED338373209MY.

Pos Malaysia parcel should have been received by 22.05.2018 and I have yet to receive the parcel

No tracking update available from the website. The last update on the website back in 22.05.2018 only state "unsuccessful delivery due to" due to what Pos Malaysia? You need to be more precise on your update of the status of the shipments. Been trying to call Pos Malaysia these past few days and none of the staff actually answered my call. I did not receive any notice from Pos Malaysia asking me to collect the shipment myself. I have emailed [protected]@pos and I am awaiting for your prompt response.

Pos Malaysia my item cd344743739my tracking status not updated since 19 may

Salam pos Malaysia. Saya sangat kecewa dengan servis yang diberikan. Barang yang dipos dari Sungai Petani lebih seminggu masih tidak sampai kepada saya. Parcel bernombor consignment CD344743739MY last updated status pada 19 Mei. Hari ini 30 Mei hampir 2 minggu belum sampai kepada saya. Saya ada hubungi Pejabat Pos Cawangan Bagan dan dimaklumkan parcel akan dihantar pada minggu ini. Sekiranya tak terima boleh call semula pada Isnin minggu depan, barulah parcel saya akan dicari dalam timbunan parcel sedia ada. Saya perlukan parcel tersebut secepat mungkin kerana perlu diedarkan kepada tuan punya. Mohon tindakan dan kerjasama pihak pos Malaysia. Sekian, terima kasih.

Pos Malaysia bad customer service for poslaju jalan song kuching

Pos Laju should review their customer service staff especially phone operator as I had bad experience in trying to contact Pos Laju Kuching Jalan Song. They purposely hang the phone on my first try and tried to call again many times but ended with unsuccessful call. I hope this complaint should be taken into account to improve your reputable company because of the name Pos Laju brings the image of efficient and effective services.

Pos Malaysia service

When I check my tracking number, I found that my parcel not delivered because my mom is not at home. My mom working at the morning. So I try to call post office sungai mati, to ask for delivery it again on the evening so that my mom will be at home. But when I try to speak to the operator, they cut the line. Then when I try call it again, they answer then cut the line. I found it soooo rude. Let say if they cant delivery it again, they can say it nicely when I call. Or just say, sorry, u need to come to post office by yourself to collect the parcel. I can understand. Theres no need to answer then off the phone. Please, I know that so many people nowadays use poslaju. But, it doesn't mean, this attitude can be forgiven.

Pos Malaysia my item arrived but not available at the post office

In the track and trace online, my tracking number item have arrived at kota belud pos laju and can be collected on 25th may 2018. But whe I go there on 28th may, the poa laju worker said that the item is not with them! I have queued up for 2 hours and I end up getting to know that the item is not there? Then why it is updated on the website its already available to be collected?

Pos Malaysia pembaharuan lesen jpj

Saya telah pergi ke Pos Malaysia Berhad cawangan Pos Besar Melaka. Selepas usai memperbaharui lesen penuh saya di Kaunter 8 jam 2.00 petang 28 Mei 2018, saya mendapati alamat yg tertera di lesen tidak sama dengan alamat tertera di IC. Di lesen saya kekurangan satu baris alamat. Kemudian, saya telah berpatah balik ke pos malaysia yang sama dan bertanyakan tentang hal ini. Namun, petugas wanita yang melayani saya tiada kerana kata rakannya pergi ke tandas. Saya menunggu selama 10 minit dan akhirnya seorang petugas lelaki memberitahu saya bahawa pos malaysia hanyalah mengambil gambar sahaja dari IC dan alamat dari sistem JPJ. Sedangkan saya baru sahaja membuat IC baru dan tiada kena mengena dengan alamat semasa pertama kali membuat lesen. Saya amat kecewa dengan perkhidmatan ini kerana saya telah membayar rm 2 sebagai commision kepada Pos Malaysia. Saya berharap tindakan lanjut dapat diberi kepada petugas berkenaan. Selepas ini saya bercadang untuk memperbaharui lesen di JPJ sahaja untuk masa akan datang memandangkan Pos Malaysia gagal memberikan perkhidmatan yang bagus sebagai ejen bagi perkara ini.

Pos Malaysia khidmat pelanggan

Hi.

Saya telah membuat pembelian setem untuk ofis. Namun amat mendukacitakan pihak Pos Besar Johor Bahru tidak mengeluarkan sebarang Delivery Order (DO) bagi tujuan tersebut dengan alas an pihak POS tidak pernah mengeluarkan DO.

1. Pohon pihak pengurusan POS mengkaji balik perkara ini memandangkan DO amat diperlukan dalam prosedur perakauanan terkini.

2. Pohon pihak POS melatih tenaga kerja supaya lebih beradap sopan dan berintegriti dan tidak perlu menengking2 pelanggan (ini adalah apa yang saya alami sendiri). Bila saya buat panggilan juga..saya terdengar cakap2 kurang elok mengenai saya semasa menunggu panggilan di sambungkan sedangkan saya tidak kenal siapa pun mereka.

Please check an update status of my parcel er254851341my which until now no any update after last time update 17 may

The parcel post on 16 may 18 its almost one week pendding.

Hopefully pos laju can help us to update the system tracking and urgently deliver the parcel as soon of possible

I really hope poslaju upgrade the service to more effective.

Pos Malaysia botol pecah

Barangan Poslaju yang diterima saya telah pecah, sedangkan telah dilabelkan sebagai Fragile.. ini telah merugikan pihak saya dan pihak penjual. adakah ini cara poslaju mengendalikan barangan kaca? betul2 mengecewakan saya. saya harap pihak poslaju boleh selesaikan kerugian yang saya hadapi ini. tolong jangan menyusahkan pengguna jika pengguna telah mempercayai pengurusan anda.

Pos Malaysia product/service

Saya hantar barang pada 21.05.2018 tracking no. Eh697493090my, status track and trace barang dah sampai pada 22.05.2018, sampai sekarang tidak dihantar ke alamat yang dituju, bila ditanya, pos laju bukti mertajam bagi alasan, banyak barang sampai dan semua pekerja bekerja di stor... Alasan yang tidak munasabah... Pos laju tiada sistem kerja ke.. Kita dah datang di kaunter pos laju bukit mertajam, dorang tak boleh buat apa2x... Excuselah pos laju... Saya bayar mahal tau dengan korang bukan free yer..

Pos Malaysia barang belum sampai

Kenapa poslaju banyak sangat masalah? First, saya courier pada 17/05/18 no tracking en929868551my sehingga hari ini 24/05/18 belum sampai lagi, call poslaju shah alam, glenmarie semua tak berjawab. Check kat track & trace last update 17/05/18 - item processed-poslaju parcel hub.
Courier kedua bertarikh 23/05/18 no tracking en929868551my saya hantar alamat yang sama dengan courier pertama ke klang, selangor. Bila check dalam track & trace, update pada 24/05/18 - arrive at delivery facility at - pos laju kluang
! Kluang? Johor? Terang-terang poskod 41000 klang.. Update dalam tu kluang tu kenapa? Kenapa teruk sangat perkhidmatan poslaju ni?

Pos Malaysia cabinet

Item from Johor to Sabah Kota Kinabalu poslaju Kota Kinabalu already...But still haven't yet out for delivery since 21 May to today 24 May... I call did not pick up... Are u all working or just having party at poslaju... A lot people already complain how bad is poslaju... Poslaju better just close it if didn't take seriously about customer iyem...

Pos Malaysia delivery service is utterly bad

I have a complaint regarding a parcel that i'm sending using poslaju service,

Delivery date: 15/05/18
Current date: 24/05/18

Parcel status: at delivery facility

I would like a through explanation on why the item havent arrived at location yet.

It has been 9 days, a pigeon could deliver faster than this!

I'm at my limit, I want the parcel to arrive by this week!

Pos Malaysia late delivery

Im ms. Ping from li meng furniture sdn bhd, I got post a document on 16 march 2018 from poslaju tesco menjalara (kl) to petaling jaya (selangor) only.

Today is 24 may 2018 1pm - already 1 week working day, but why my document still not yet arive petaling jaya? We use poslaju because our document is urgent but why your services become pos lambat sampai? When my document can arive?

Please give a me a reason. Many thanks.

Pos Malaysia very slow delivery

I'm very disappointed with the pos laju services! My item is being posted on 14th of may. But until today 24th may 2018, my item (en072698140my) still at the post office. It is stated there the item dispatched out from sibu mail processing centre from the date 22nd of may at 1.30 pm. I called the poslaju sibu many times at this number 084-332198 and 084-315224, but no one answer the call even more than 10 times I had called them!

Pos Malaysia delay of delivery service by branch

I would lodge a urgent complaint towards postlaju branch- Bndar Dato Onn Johor Bahru. I have been tracking my item and found out that my item was dispatched out from the regarding branch on 21st May 2018. However, up till today I have not received my parcel yet. I saw many people complaint this branch too as the item will not be sent even after waiting for one month. I hope the related authorization may take into serious consideration into this matter. Tq.
