Poshmark Refund

Seller posted rhinestone tshirt when received the neck had been ripped off. Refund approved.but didn't have tech to print label tried calling customer service #. mailbox full! Could not get timely help. So mailed item back to seller tracked delivery.. Delivered. Poshmark release payment to seller. Seller claims no delivery...my should have been returned to me. If had active customer service phone these issues can be addressed in a timely period.

Poshmark Return order

Poshmark Fur coat was not delivered and no refund

My name is Ana Hilton. I live at 1122 Lyall St., Esquimalt, British Columbia, Canada. My phone number is [protected]. My email address is [protected]@hotmail. fr. I am absolutely disgusted. I have been a frequent customer of PoshMark for over two years. On December 12, 2022 I ordered a fur coat on PoshMark. The total cost was $216.70. The order number was 6397f8868ea15f28ba5d927d. I knew that it was the Holiday Season and that it might take a little longer for it to be delivered. After a couple of weeks I started to worry. I kept checking the website and there was a message on it that deliveries may be delayed during the Holiday Season, so I kept waiting. At one point I received a delivery that I did not order. I did not think about it being connected to the PoshMark order right away. It was just a rubber flexible cover for a round kitchen container. I contacted Support on January 1, 2023 and then several times afterward, trying to find out where my fur coat was and when it will arrive. Each time I received an email response that said they would look into it. The email address of the sender was always one that I could not reply to. After I received a response from one of the Support Team, Amber, I noticed that the item was marked received on the website. I did not do that. I made certain of that. I eventually figured out that I had been scammed and that the rubber container cover had arrived instead of the fur coat. I sent pictures of it so they would have proof and either get my fur coat or refund my money (and make sure that the person who was supposed to send the coat would receive appropriate consequences). Instead I received a message that I took too long to respond, that I should have formally asked for a refund right away, that I would receive no refund and get a $90 credit toward future PoshMark purchases instead. There was no apology for what happened and no mention of any consequences for the person who sold me the fur coat. I am furious that instead of responding with some integrity and some honour they just seemed to use whatever technicality they could so they get out of giving me a refund. The seller was rewarded and I was punished. I know a lot of people. So does my husband. If I do not receive justice we will just have to settle for telling everyone we know what my experience was with PoshMark.

Poshmark Customer service

Purchased a purse back in October but I never received it. USPS confirmed that their driver signed that it was delivered. USPS is taking full responsibility for this mistake.

BUT USPS needs confirmation that the package was fully insured so they can give me the full amount purchased (they only gave me $100).

I've emailed Poshmark several times in December and in January (to date) and they said that it was too late. I should of submitted the issue within 3 days of receiving the order. I did chat with the Seller where it was recommended to work with USPS first because the order shows as being delivered in the Poshmark system.

I'm not asking Poshmark for a refund -- I'm asking them to provide PROOF that the bag was fully insured. They have not responded. I've already reported them to BBB.

Desired outcome: company to contact me with the ID or information needed to confirm that the bag was Fully Insured.

Poshmark My desired outcome is to just refund my money.

I ordered an Item through Poshmark, Inc. Item was sent using USPS Mail. The package was to arrive and delivered on 24th of DEC. The Carrier delivered to wrong address. Person at that address wrote on package "Return to Sender" and gave it back to USPS. I been intouch with a Poshmark Community Team Member which seems not to understand the situation. Poshmark Team Member continues to write back after a period time saying REPLY to this Email and gives me a different to Date to reply back if I have not received the package. Poshmark Support is not helping to situation but making it worst and long drawn out situation.

They have very poor business practices to say the least.

Poshmark Purchase of designer jeans, new with tags

I purchased a pair of WHBM skinny jeans from seller @lisalamy516 that were new with tags – about $80 after tax. Upon arrival, I immediately tried them on and found a small defect – it was fraying near the zipper. The same day, I wrote the seller, described the defect, sent pics, and requested an exchange – she never responded.

I should mention, the fraying was difficult to photograph because it was so small. And it’s not something I can simply snip off, for fear of making it worse. In any case, if I was in a brick and mortar, I’d definitely choose another pair of jeans.

2 days later, I requested a refund through Poshmark and purchased another pair from another seller - I was worried about holiday shipping times and needed a pair right away. I’d also read Poshmark’s return policy and felt confident the pics I sent of the defect were more than adequate proof.

@lisalamy516 immediately responded with several messages saying that the defect looked like a tear or mark, that the jeans weren’t meant to be worn skin tight, & accused me of damaging the jeans. I reminded her that they were skinny jeans, and informed her they were no more tight on me than on the model in the posting. I also explained that the waist was actually a bit too large, but I loved them so much that I’d initially requested an exchange, which she ignored. I sent her another pic showing how the defect wasn’t noticeable when the jeans were laid flat. She sent multiple messages referring to her high rating, multiple sales, and how she’d never send a defective product.

When Poshmark finally responded, they claimed that the defect didn’t qualify for a return, applied a $5 credit to my account, and reminded me that I could resell it on Poshmark. The Poshmark return policy claiming full refunds if the buyer receives an item “not as described” is a lie. I know now that even if the 2nd pair is defective, Poshmark won’t honor their phony return policy. And even if the 2nd pair are defect-free, I’ll be permanently canceling my account. I wish I’d checked Poshmark’s ratings before this purchase – I’d never purchase from them at all. Hopefully my experience will help others avoid them as well.

This annette konfrst I bought some crystal teal drop earrings from a seller on Dec 5 she will not return my messages on the refund the item costed me $15 total that's with postage items number is 638EA44C38BEE_61F297A687 I just wanted my refund they said my order was cancelled but it came to my house anyway I have it but my sister said she doesn't want it please give back me the $15 dollars please I don't want to have to turn your company in to better business bureau ok annette [protected]@yahoo.com

Poshmark Ordered pants received capri shorts

I ordered a full length pair pants according to sellers ad and photo.

I received a pair of long shorts, that go just past the knees.

I reported incorrect item received, provided photo proof.

Poshmark staff Brook, then decided to mark my item complete and refused a refund.

This was the last straw as they had done this couple times before. I ordered women's XS Rashgaurd, received child's L, reported it incorrect Brook again marked it complete and refused refund.

This seems regular practice of this company.

Once they mark it order complete they then email you and tell you to just resell the item so they collect more fees off same item.

This company is a scam.

Poshmark Poshmark is the worst ever when it comes to support and scams

Poshmark is a horrible company. Their customer service is absolutely miserable, most of the time they just send off automated emails that don’t even relate to the message you sent them because they can’t be bothered to read anyones concerns. There are so many scammers on Poshmark, one tactic is to to request the item be held for pickup so it never actually gets delivered and once Poshmark credits them, they go pick it up. Meanwhile they hold the buyers earnings hostage that whole time, which according to Poshmark their policy is 3 days from delivery. If items is requested to be held, that is the same date the available to you and Poshmark continuously violates this policy and allows buyers to scam. There are a lot of bad sellers and scams on Poshmark as well. I’ve bought several items and had my order canceled for no reason due to this also. Lastly they want to charge top dollar commission but provide no service, if there’s any issue you’re left swimming up a creek without any life vest. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and no way to call and talk to a real human, just a bunch of woke robots who need to learn how to work! Stay far away!

Desired outcome: It’s too late, they have done this over and over again, I’m over them.

Poshmark Buyer mislead about suit sizing.

I purchased a suit from Postmark based on Sellers description of 19inches skirt length. However, when I received the item, the skirt was in fact 25.6 inches. Why too long for my small frame. I have been unsuccessful trying to get Postmark to respond to my inquiries. I paid $150 for this purchase!

Poshmark Horrible Company,terrible Customer Service!

I want to close my account so I decided to redeem the amount I am owed. Was able to redeem a small amount from an item sold in Nov.(or so I am told a check is coming?) However I cannot redeem the balance I am due for the items I sold in Oct. I have contacted what they call customer service and all I get are the instructions on how to redeem a balance. I have explained to them that is not working . Now I am not hearing from them at all. This is absolutely one of the worst companies I have dealt with.! Everyone needs to do their research before deciding to do business with this company...hope their practices catch up with them!

Poshmark Cancelled sales without explanation

I sold a designer Chloe Nile bracelet handbag for $500 and Poshmark sent me a shipping label to one of their authentication facility in California. it was delivered to their facility and then 2 days later my item still under review then when I came to check the status I notice the sale has been cancelled 2 hours ago today. I provided all the necessary details and proof of authenticity and yet they cancelled the sale without explanation. They failed to elaborate the reason why they cancelled, I bought the purse directly from NEIMAN MARCUS so I know that my item is legit authentic. I am beyond disappointed of how they processed their authentication. I hope they return my item as I will no longer sell to Poshmark after what happened. I have the right to know what is the reason of cancellation. Such a waste of time and effort. Ship my item back or I will file a complaint against you poshmark! Well I guest poshmark will probably pay attention to their consumers once all this claims and issues that never got resolved will get reported on TV and all social media platforms!

Poshmark Poshmark Stole My Items

On October 24th I sold two items on my Poshmark account I shipped them the next day, right after I shipped them Poshmark canceled the orders, so I couldn't access them or email the buyers my closet was also deleted of all item listings my emails and inquiries about these actions went unanswered Poshmark has stolen these items from me I would like reimbursement or my items back immediately

Poshmark Stolen account

My account @julee423 was hacked and stolen on 10/17/2020 I have sent multiple emails to get this resolved. I got the one and only email from them with a case number telling me that the changed my email address to the account. They request I send another email which I have on multiple times. The hackers are using my account with my picture of me and my dog with my name and location to sell more than likely stolen merchandise. This is illegal to use my picture and information. I need this account shut down.

Opened an inquiry within the 3 days . No response. After 3 more emails, they answered. Said too late to file and pretty much tough crap.

I have removed all my listing.s

Will now list only with the REALREAL. Or Threds UP.

What happened to speaking to someone? What happened to buyer is right? What happened to compromise?

Once they do get back to you, they answer in a way you could be mistaken for something stuck on bottom of their shoe.

DONE! They now suck like everything else. Really disappointing. But...is what it is.

Desired outcome: A reasonable response. To be heard, I want an apology and I would like other options to speak to someone, not rely on emails that do not help .

Poshmark Slippers purchased on Poshmark

I purchased a pair of slippers advertised on Poshmark as UGG Women's Ansley slippers, size 9. I won the bid, paid, and slippers were sent to me. The slippers were a size 9 MENS, not women's. I contacted the seller who said they are size 9 and she would not refund or accept a return. I then contacted Poshmark customer service, who asked for photos - which I provided. I sent photo of slippers I received next to my old pair as well as the tag of my old pair, and I sent the UGG dimensions charts for men's and women's slippers; all of these photos clearly show the men's slippers I received are much larger than a woman's size 9 is/should be. However, after submitting all of the documentation, Poshmark Customer service responded with the below:Re: Order Id 5ec421b3970a131eda26c1d6

We have reviewed the case you submitted for order "UGG Australia Ansley Fur Lining Loafer moccasin shoes slippers sz 9". Unfortunately, this case does not qualify for a return because:

- Unfortunately, this does not qualify for a valid reason to return. We recommend that buyer's ask as many questions as possible regarding fit, color, style, material, etc.

- Sizing can vary by fit and was not misstated by the seller

- Welcome to relist in closet

I did not purchase a pair of MENS slippers - the sizing was advertised and sold incorrectly and there is no way I could have known. I cannot believe that it is legal to refuse a return based on misrepresented seller information.

Desired outcome: I require a full refund as well as a return shipping label to send slippers back to the seller.

Poshmark Receive a shrunken sweater, Poshmark sided with the seller and wouldn't let me return it

I spent $40 on a wool sweater on Poshmark. When I received it and tried it one I realized there was no way the size could be what the tag said, it must have shrunk in the wash! Taking a look at the tag on the back, there was bunching all around it which suggested that yes, it had shrunk (the seller even alluded to having washed it during my claim process when the care tag says to dry clean it). Poshmark sided with the seller on this one, and I'm out $40 on a damaged sweater. NOT BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN

I'm sorry you weren't offered more meaningful assistance by Poshmark or the Seller and please accept my condolences for the lack of respect you experienced during the entire process. As someone who has been burned a few times buying gently used stuff online I feel your pain. I've also accidentally shrunken some really cute wool sweaters in my lifetime and it made me super sad until I learned that wool is a very interesting material. It may sound crazy to soak shrunken wool in more water to loosen the natural fibers (some unshrinking methods recommend adding mild soap or a little fabric softener) however all hope is not lost. Try searching online for How to Fix Shrunken Wool and use your best judgement to determine if the suggested rescue methods will help ease a potential $40 loss. You and that sweater might never be the same again but you might be pleasantly surprised with the results after a rescue attempt depending on the thickness of the wool and your expectations. Over time the natural fibers will relax with continued wear especially if the wool doesn't get immersed in water ever again. Best wishes for a full resolution.
