credit card fraud
Dec 29th, 2016 my credit card number was stolen and used at Poshmark. They had the name and shipping address of the person that stole it. I had filed a police report. Poshmark gave my police department the run around for the last 3 months to protect the identity of the criminal that us d my card! When I started posting on their Facebook page and replying to people with customer complaints that were being ignored by sending them to make a formal complaint at www.bbb.org/greater-San-Francisco I was banned from their Facebook site and all my replies including my story with names and dates of Poshmark employees was removed thereby denying me of my 1st amendment right of freedom of speech. I urge others that have problems with this company and not getting results to file a BBB complaint it is the only thing they seem to care about.
did not transfer my funds after a request
I requested that my funds be transferred to my bank account and they have yet to do so after a whole week ... This is so unfair I've worked really hard to earn my money I've referred so many people to this company all I ask is that the morning that I earned be placed in my bank account I'm not here to bash POSHMARK I just would really like to be treated fair in this situation

That's not true. They will go to any length to Rip Off the consumer. First, they purposely make contact impossible. You respond immediately upon receipt of the defective item and are given no information as to where the complaint goes. You are provided no direct communication to any Customer Service. Try it yourself. You get a cheap recording where you are only allowed to leave a voicemail. I responded immediately with a valid and legitimate complaint. They intentionally make it difficult for s consumer to even do so. Disgusting fraud and theft!'

The item was described as Perfect Condition with a 34" inseam. The jeans smell, have been recently worn without washing, the side seams on both legs are crooked and the inseam is only 30". I've been complaining every day with no response. I want a return label and refund! I'm not able to reach the seller although I've tried. I have filed several complaints and most recent with BBB. I can see by all the hundreds of compliments filed, this Poshmark and sellers need to be held accountable.
I'm trying to update 'this complaint! I am damn sure not satisfied. Item was dirty, smelly, 4" shorter than advertised with crooked seams, curled up hem from dragging by owner. Poshmark is crapmark! The sale group is now full of used underwear, homemade bottles of unknown glop, porn ads, broken junk, fake designer purses, dirty rags, random misc yard sale rejects, nicotine vape, gross used makeup, recalled child items, unsafe baby stuff, beggars, scammers, and tons of questionable chinese import crap. See pics. Flagging this stuff is useless. Poshmark is swamped with it, and it's rarely removed. Ever.
harassment
I bought a pair of shorts from a seller on the site, after I received it I was asked to rate it. Well, the product wasn't what I had believe it to be. I gave one star and the harassment started. The seller wrote me calling me names and making threats 17 times in a 3 hour span. I blocked her, she made a new account and continued to harass me. I blocked that... She than found my Facebook page and starting making threats on it. I reported all this to poshmark, it took 5 days to return a email ( they have no phone number) only to be told that I need to continue blocking her when she writes and that they're sorry for the experience. So basically, this seller is allowed to do whatever she please and they don't care. I have contacted the police and had to have a no contact order placed. I deleted my account and I pray that she doesn't come to my house and kill me. Just plain madness.

I started using Poshmark about a month ago. I found a really cool bag that I really liked. I contacted the seller and asked was the bag an authentic and the answer was yes. When I received the bag it was totally fake, made of fake leather and was defective. I contacted the seller but was ignored, then I emailed Poshmark customer service and explained what happened. Few days later they told me that the bag was authentic. Absolutely ridiculous! These people does not care about their customers at all! Never again!

I ordered a bag from Poshmark online store. When I received my order, I was extremely disappointed, because the bag I received was not authentic. I contacted customer service, explained what happened and provided some pictures. They told that there was nothing wrong with the bag and basically called me a liar. They suggested me keeping the bag. What kind of customer service is that? I'll never order anything from them again!

I ordered a bag from Poshmark website that ended up being a fake. I paid over $500 for it thinking that it was a real designer bag, and after I receiving it, knew clearly it was not authentic because the leather was not genuine! So I contacted customer service and demanded a refund. They said that the bag was authentic because photos and description said so. It is impossible to tell if a product is authentic from photos! Their return policy says that they guarantee a refund if an item turns out to be non authentic. So where is my money, you thieves!? I live 30 minutes from their office and they refuse to even look at it. Horrible disgusting scam!

This company looks professional but when a problem arises you are basically out of luck. Poshmark has absolutely no support. This website is a complete joke! I don't recommend Poshmark to anyone. I was supposed to receive an item back from a buyer, but since I received nothing I contacted customer service. It took them 5 days to contact me back! I received a notification that my item has been delivered back to me and the funds were returned to the buyer. I never received anything! I am so disappointed with the lack of customer support. I will never deal with Poshmark again!
fake confirmation info
Don’t buy from the company www.poshmark.com. After I placed the order and paid for it, I hoped to get any info, but the seller didn’t provide any confirmation email or the tracking number. I sent multiple emails and asked about the status of my order, but no response. I told them to return money, but again they ignored me. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

The website www.poshmark.com is total rip off. I placed order and paid on time, but these jerks took my money and didn’t provide any info. I was really shocked. I sent them emails, but the rep replied only once and told me that everything was ok with my order. After that no info, no delivery and no idea how to get money back from these jerks. I’ve sold some items to Poshmark and they were supposed to deposit money into my account in a few days time but 2 weeks later I still haven’t received anything. This company claims that money was sent and there is some banking problem but I just don’t buy it.

Someone has used my business email address to sign up for an account and now I am receiving constant spam. They are obviously not using an email verification process to set up accounts.
6/3/23 I purchased a KD thermafit men’s sweatshirt from Poshmark vendor @coolestcloset10. I received a different color and pattern sweatshirt. I sent pictures to Poshmark showing the item I received was the wrong item as advertised. The seller said they won’t accept my return and refund and am lying about receiving the wrong item.
I ordered a Fendi Wallet for my Fiance' birthday and was immediately billed. It was eight days later and a dozen messages to Poshmark and the seller wanting to know the status of the order, and to date have not received a respose from either. I have been frauded by @shoppers679. DO NOT buy from this person. It is a scam and Poshmark does not care.
