Unresponsive to a return request. Shoe labeled wrong
I ordered and received a pair of Brooks sneakers in size 12 D width. My shoe size is between an 11.5 and 12 D. They arrived and my first impression was they looked small. I immediately tried them on and they were short and low on my foot. No way could these be the size stated on the label. I removed the sole insert and they were still very small. These shoes are either mislabeled or are not genuine Brooks. I immediately (same hour after receiving them) started a return request. They responded with wanting pictures which I sent. Then the following day they requested additional photos. They are unresponsive to any follow up communication. These need to returned and I want a full refund including return shipping.
Desired outcome: I want a no charge return label and full refund

Customer service fraud dept
Sold a barbie $90 doll brand new. Scam was she claimed item damaged but I had al my pics as proof.Inshort posh has been giving me a runaround and altho I sent pictures 5 times they keep saying they never got. I sent side by side pics of the dill she had as opposed to what I sent. I even posted proof under facebook under poshmark. Clearly everyone commented they could see the fraud and posh ignored it. Thank god I took lots of pictures. But will have to sue them in small claims court to get money back and will file for punitive damages.
Desired outcome: Poshmark has ignored but I kept a paper trail along with pictures
Shipped wrong item to buyer
I accidently shipped an expensive dress to a buyer on Poshmark. I have been diligently trying to get the dress back and the buyer is ignoring me. There is no way to get customer support and I am in tears. I just bought this dress for a wedding in 2 weeks! Buyer bought a skirt from me for $20! I don't know what to do? Why are people so mean!? Poshmark provided a return label and she is NOT returning it!
My name is Kim Castelo, 380 Donald Street, Bedford, NH 03110
Desired outcome: I want my dress back, it brand new never worn and I want it back that way.
David Yurman earrings or so stated. No response from support.
I made a purchase of what was to be David Yurman earrings. They arrived not as expected. Let's assume the seller thought they were authentic.
I have contacted customer support 4 times to request a refund and return instructions.
I have not gotten any reply since I sent a picture of them, the order # and my full personal information.
This was my first and will be my last "bargain" purchase. If you think almost $300 is a bargain.
Desired outcome: return for a refund.
Tiger Plant Stand
I bought a tiger plant stand on Poshmark. It arrived broken. The leg was cracked and broke off when I took the plant stand out of the box.
I took a photo of the broken part and sent it to customer service. Now 2 days later they want photos of the box taken outside. Must be sent within 48 hours or they will close my claim. Ridiculous! Just refund my money! They claim to guarantee orders, but they are making me jump through hoops to get my money back. Other sites are not so difficult and would have issued a refund by now.
I will never buy anything on this site again! I should not have to fight for a refund when the order arrived broken in shipping!
I have purchased from you many times using paypal with no problems now you want a picture of my passport or license
Why after being a established customer for a number of years are you asking me for a picture of either my drivers license or my passport to verify my payor source when i always use pay pal i refuse to provide that with all the identity theft out there i can not believe you would ask for that now i can not purchase from you guys again. I had 4 items I wanted to purchase recently and without providing that i could not purchase what i wanted. Well it is your loss.
Desired outcome: to purchase without giving passport or license
Buyer damaged item
Hello my name is Christian McNairy user name caliloso on Poshmark! I recently sold a BRAND NEW pair of Gucci sandals tags attached on your platform! As we all know all sales are final so I’m guessing the buyer wanted a refund so she destroyed my sandal claiming that’s how it was sent! Why would I send a sandal that’s destroyed KNOWING I wouldn’t be compensated? I have reached to poshmark SEVERAL TIMES and I haven’t received a response! When the buyer shipped the sandal to me I opened up a case and all Poshmark offered me was $85 in posh credits! THAT IS RIDICULOUS I DO NOT WANT POSH CREDITS I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR SANDAL REPLACED! I I will attached how shoe look before I sent it and how I got it back! I will also attach the generic automated emails your company send to me every time I contact support but get no actual response!
Desired outcome: REFUND
Product not as advertised by seller. Now I can't get my money back.
A Hermes scarf was advertised by a seller as "faded" "like it was washed". Faded was OK with me but when I received the scarf it was totally trashed. There were stains on every inch of material including a large yellow stain in the center of the scarf. Part of the lettering on the scarf was transferred to areas on the scarf like it was stored folded and wet. I placed the order 3/27/22 and my credit card was charged 2 days later without me accepting the order. I've been complaining to Poshmark since including numerous photos to back up my complaint. Dahlia in customer service sent me an auto-reply. Nothing was done so I inquired again and Dahlia asked for another photo of the whole scarf. This was followed up with a request for rating Dahlia's customer service. Which was a single star. This was followed up by someone else about the poor rating. I posted another inquiry and still no one has directly responded to me. They are big on auto-replies and there isn't any obvious way to speak directly to a human being to resolve this. I plan to file a complaint with my credit card company in hopes they will look into the matter so I can recover my $177.67. Meanwhile this seller is likely peddling more junk to unsuspecting consumers and Poshmark is enabling him to do so.
Desired outcome: Return the scarf for full refund
Did not receive payment for watch I sold to buyer
ORDER DATE

I sold a watch to a buyer 3 weeks ago. The buyer opened a case because I forgot to put a new battery in the watch. She took it to a jeweler and he replaced it and told her the watch is in perfectly good working condition. She then told me to contact Poshmark and tell them to release payment. On the details of the watch it says that the item is going to be returned. Poshmark sent her a return label, however she insists that she didn't ask for one. I told her she has to release payment or contact Poshmark. She claims she did not get her money back from the watch and I didn't receive the money for selling the watch she is going to keep. Who has the money? I have sent 5 support messages Friday, Monday and Tuesday. Have not heard a thing from Poshmark. Buyer is not doing anything to help. How do I get my money since she is keeping the watch and probably received the money back. Now I'm out $400 and a watch. I'm beyond upset. Please help!
Desired outcome: Please release payment on the watch or have buyer send the watch back asap.
Reselling of products that come from chinese slave labor
Poshmark is endorsing the slavery in China by allowing items manufactured in this manner to be resold. If the American civil War was really about slavery, we as a nation would not do business with China. It is bad enough that "Fair Trade" (a marketing gimmick) allows child slavery products like coffee and tea for Starbucks and many other companies. We would not do business with Columbia or Brazil either if the Civil War was really about slavery. Slavery is evil and nobody should buy any consumer products that come from slavery.
But you have no issue being a slave owner yourself. I bet you were one of those white slaver owners. Why is it okay to be racist against blacks but not Chinese.
Cancel the sale immediately and refund my money immediately.
On March 30, 2022, I purchased an item from a seller on the Poshmark platform totaling close to $3800. I purchased the item without ever having contacted the seller and at the seller’s list price. Within a few hours of having purchased the item, the seller blocked my account. To me, this was concerning and I contacted Poshmark and asked them to cancel the sale because the cost of the item was so high and I felt like something odd was happening and that the seller was not going to mail the item. My emails were largely ignored for three days by Poshmark until I was finally contacted and told that I must contact the seller (ummmm, I told them he had blocked my account) and give the seller the opportunity to mail the item. I was told I had to wait 8 days and only then, I could cancel the account. Despite my repeated requests to cancel the sale, Poshmark persists on holding onto my funds. This payment to Poshmark will yield me nothing but, interest charges on my credit card as I await a refund.
Desired outcome: The seller’s account should be sanctioned for tying up my funds and not canceling or mailing the item.
Don't waste time; continue to try contacting Poshmark and keep a record, while also, seeking legal counsel; search for one with free Consultation.
Banking details
Hi my name is Daniel Thomas. I am a Seller under the username Danielstargazer. My email that I use for the poshmark login is [protected]@gmail.com. My problem is that I cannot receive any of my payouts simply after changing how I wanted my form of payments from poshmark. I was using SECU bank, then after changing my information to use VARO BANK my payout funds are now just sitting as pending, and has been this way for the past week.
Desired outcome: Can this company issue my pending funds back to my pishmark account. I guess I will have to just use my old banking details.
Fraudulent listings, price gouging, no phone customer service, ada discrimination
Numerous sellers on Poshmark are purchasing jewelry from Amazon and reselling it for an exorbitant amount on Poshmark. The sellers are claiming the rings are real silver and contain real gemstones when they are 100% fake. These are all mass produced in China. One ring in particular that I purchased was supposed to be a large emerald cut aquamarine with small diamonds on the sides set in 925 silver. The seller was selling it for $40. I bought the exact same ring, using the same photos the seller on Poshmark used, a year before on Amazon for less than $10 (have invoice). Not only was the Poshmark ring not real despite the seller claiming it was, the stone was not even a pale blue color like an aquamarine should be (it is my birthstone and I have a lot of aquamarine jewelry) but instead it was a pale green (have photos). I reported this to Poshmark and sent photos despite just having major surgery on the nerves in my hand/arm making taking photos impossible. I have a disability, and made Poshmark aware of this. They threatened me stating that if I could not send them additional photos within 24 hours they would close my case. I was in hospital following my surgery and had no one to help me. Poshmark knew this. I was forced to take the photo, file an ADA complaint as it caused further damage to my nerve injury and am filing a civil suit as well. To make matters worse, multiple sellers on Poshmark are selling the exact same ring for prices ranging from $30 to $100+, not including shipping. Sellers are claiming these are real yet they are being sold in bulk on Poshmark (each seller has several of the same ring in a variety of sizes for sale). All sellers are also using the same copyrighted, stock photos from Amazon and Poshmark lets these be listed as “boutique” items, which, per Poshmark’s definition of the term, they are not. They are cheap glass, fake silver, and mass produced in sweatshops in China and can be found for as low as $3 on Amazon though Amazon is not claiming they are real. I flagged several listings on Poshmark, including those from the following sellers along with the price they are selling them for:
Diamonddelight $89
Salemsdresser $30
Wendy_jewels $60
Fashion_deals1 $98
I_said_yes $62
X_tremeshine $82
Gem_collection $86
There are several more sellers of this item and also several other items of jewelry being handled in this same fraudulent manner. I reported this to Poshmark and left comments on the seller’s sites for this item warning potential buyers that this was a scam. These comments were left on March 26, 2022 and I reported them to Poshmark that day as well. Poshmark deleted my comments (sellers nor buyers do not have the ability to delete comments) from all the sites and now will not let me post others. Poshmark gets 20% of a seller’s earnings, so they are motivated to continue to allow a piece of fake $5 jewelry to be sold for $100+. This is fraud and theft. I live in CA near Redwood City (Poshmark’s supposed “HQ” in Silicon Valley) and the number of complaints against them is staggering. The AG’s office is being notified. Poshmark’s business practices are so illicit and shady that they have no phone customer service available. This is a major issue especially when dealing with a company who has access to your financial info (credit card and bank account details) as well as other PII. This is a violation of privacy laws and their business practices are criminal. I am an attorney and it is just a matter of time before a class action law suit is filed. Getting a class certified with all the evidence available will be quite easy. These business practices need to stop ASAP.
Photos:
1. Amazon listing of aquamarine ring showing actual pricing
2. Proof of purchase of Aquamarine ring from Amazon by me 1 year ago
3. Comparison photo of Amazon actual aquamarine ring purchased 1 year ago (on right) with one purchased on Poshmark several weeks ago - can see dramatic difference in color
4. One listing of ring from Poshmark selling ring for $98 (also shows item being listed as “boutique”)
5. Continued listing from Poshmark showing comments and fraudulent info about the ring
6. Another Poshmark listing from another seller for same ring selling at $86 and also listed as “boutique”
I have at least 10 different sellers all listing this same ring at outlandish pricing and using same stock, copyrighted photos. I reported them to Poshmark who deleted my comments and is ignoring the issue as they get more money that way. I can send much more additional info, however given my disability, recent surgery and the further harm Poshmark caused, it will be difficult for me.
Desired outcome: Cease allowing these fraudulent listings that are blatant price gouging. They must stop violating rules, regulations and laws, and the ADA by threatening and harassing a disabled person. Must have live phone service.
Unfair Poshmark decision.
First! Poshmark never emails back or responds.Ive had a 5 star rating for a few years. The last 2 sales i had One customer complained there was a HEAVY perfume oder in the NWOT .There was no oder other than leather.then last night a buyer complained i sold a med jumpsuit where it clearly shows S in the picture i have and she showed a picture the wasn't mine.Yet again poshmark sided with the buyer after i showed pictures go the Small label.im extremely disappointed with poshmark and considering going to eBay and others where i will get better service.Poshmark to me is all about the $$$$$$$.
Desired outcome: Make the buyer keep the item.If it comes back being swapped i will refuse it .
Incorrect order
February 2022 I ordered a Telluride Wool/Mohair Topper with Dolman Sleeves. I received a tight fitting knit sweater which I cannot use. The sweater arrived 2 days later than promised. The photograph on Poshmark was small with no description or measurements. When I asked for a label for return purposes, Poshmark asked for photographs, then advised that I had furnished inadequate
photographs to justify the return. I'm not sure what the purpose of the photographs was, I reported them to the BBB. They held strong and refused my request.
Desired outcome: Refund
The worse seller and the worse customer service.
I purchased a pair of Gucci Marmont shoes on February 18th. On February 28th, I reached out to the seller and asked what the status of the order was since I had heard nothing! I understand that the company needs to authenticate the item but it is now March 9th and I have no shoes. I have asked for a refund at this point but they are now saying that because the seller sent item to Poshmark after the 29th and they received them on March 3rd I am stuck with the transaction. The company website says I can cancel the order after 8 days from the date of the transaction. I ask for a refund. The can ship the shoes back to the seller. I'll even pay the shipping cost back to the seller from the company. This is the worse company, the worst customer service.
Desired outcome: A refund of the purchase price.
No response to my email False advertising
I ordered a bag over $500 and it's supposed to be authenticated but they are not authenticating it and I was unaware before purchasing. The listing says FREE Authentication over $500. It was $1100.
Desired outcome: Want the bag authenticated
